Cute house in a perfect location. Convenient to Sunlight Mt and Aspen.

This is a great house! Very roomy, clean, great location. We just loved it for our girls weekend in Glenwood.

What a nice home this was! It was clean, roomy, cozy, and walking distance to town. Additionally, Donna was incredibly accommodating to us as we were snowed in and unable to leave on our designated checkout date. Donna was responsive, understanding, and allowed us to extend our stay a day so the roads would have the chance to clear and it would be safe to drive back home. I would stay here again when I come back to Glenwood Springs!

My small family needed a change of scenery for Christmas, and this house/town were both perfect! The location is unbeatable - walking distance to the grocery store, Walgreens, shopping, and restaurants. The house is old/historical but kept up very nicely. The only reason I didn't give five stars for cleanliness is because there was still coffee grounds and old coffee in the coffee maker when we arrived, and two bottles of soap for handwashing were empty in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom (just FYI for the owner). Other than that, the house was very clean and comfortable - plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. There is also plenty of space for family and friends to relax together, although the couch in the living room is not very comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs and have a fenced-in backyard for them. However, if you have old dogs, be aware that the staircase to the upper floor is steep with no carpet (no traction), so our old dog couldn't come upstairs with us. However, since there is a bedroom on the main floor, she didn't have to sleep downstairs alone. The owner did a great job of keeping us informed of local services and how to use various things around the house. Overall, it is a wonderful house and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.

Down the block from a nice morning coffee spot and walking distance to all the great vibes of downtown Glenwood Springs! Perfect yard if you are traveling with pups.

The house itself is older but very charming for its age. The floors do make a lot of noise when walking in the evenings with kids sleeping this could be an issue for some. The heat system is very slow to warm up, takes hours so turn it up when needed early. Everything otherwise in this house was good and worked well. Close to town and very convenient to most things. Would recommend this property as an option if your looking in this area.

Cute house and great location. We are repeat guests. This is our go-to place when we come to Glenwood. Walking distance to downtown and City Market. Also quick access the river paths.

Great place to stay!

We spent 5 nights here, while my husband spent some time on location from his typically remote job. We enjoyed visiting the Adventure Park, walking around downtown and shopping, delicious food (try Slope and Hatch, along with Underbelly!). We were able to walk to get sandwiches and ice cream, and enjoy the cool weather this fall. Great location, home away from home where you can relax. We even completed 2/5 of one of the puzzles in the closet, started in a rainy day. Having grown up in a small town myself, it reminded me of my hometown. Shop owners are so friendly as well.

The house was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Very comfortable and well appointed. Wonderful location for walking on the river, shopping and going to town. Also found other fun things to do like hot springs and the gondola.

My friends and I love this cozy, comfortable rental. The kitchen is well stocked. It’s like being at home.

We loved this house. It was built in 1941 and is wonderfully quirky. The hosts have thoroughly updated and remodeled, but it still has that old time feel. My seven year old grandson, while sitting on the back porch looking at stars, asked if we could just stay forever! We loved the area and hope to return!

Lovely small old home with well stocked home. We enjoyed the backyard and the proximity to town. The owner was a joy to work with and our experience is 100%.

Bf, 4 kids 6-11 and a dog. We did the Glenwood amusement park and the Glenwood hot springs. All went very very well. Took walks in the neighborhood and had Kaleidoscope ice cream. Great great location.

Charming clean home, had everything we needed, we cooked most of our meals there. Plenty of space for all 5 of us. Quiet neighborhood. Close to a grocery store, coffee, swimming, amusement park also close to a walking path next to the river. It was a really nice comfortable place to stay, we would stay again!

The kitchen in this place was well laid out and stocked with various essentials. Beds were comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. The back yard was secure so our furry friends could wander safely. We can walk to downtown which is super convenient. We would definitely come back to this place in the future!

Our group of 7 (4-adults, 3 kids) plus our dog, Pebbles, really liked the house. It is adorable. I myself do like older homes with the charm intact. The house had plenty of room for all of us, plenty of bathrooms/toilets and a kitchen stocked with all the necessities to cook, spices, coffee/filters and an ice maker. The backyard is fenced in for a dog. We were able to walk "downtown" to go out to dinner and shop. If it was warmer outside, we would have walked to the Glenwood Hot Springs pool. I love Glenwood Springs and will rent this house again should we return.

Place is older but has character of the timing. Easy walk to many restaurants and stores. Easy access to the bike path and river. Dog Park close by also!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is so big inside! Conveniently located downtown. Host was super great at communicating. We would love to come back!

This place was absolutely PERFECT for us!! Walking distance to town, a lovely backyard for our pups, and a charming home that has very clearly been loved and cared for over the years. We have been to Glenwood Springs many times but this home helped this trip feel extra special and we definitely hope to stay again!! We’d love to make this our go-to spot when in the area.

We enjoyed staying at your home. It was well taken care of and was comfortable for our group. We came to town for an event at the college and just some time away. It was an easy walk to downtown and had room to spread out for our party. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and the new appliances. Everything was great!

Very nice home conveniently located close to town and a river walk/bike trail. My friends and I each had our own room and enjoyed gathering in the kitchen, spacious living room and beautiful back yard for food, watching movies or visiting.

We three seniors had 4 successful and comfortable days in this Glenwood property. The rooms were spacious, the home was spick and span, and the kitchen was a busy place for us. Of course, the autumn colors accented our times as did the easy walks to downtown locations. We would happily stay here again--didn't have time to do everything!

Always a great time in Glenwood Springs! We have rented this house for quite a few years, it is great for our family! Lots of room and a fenced yard for the dogs. We of course will be back.
