This was our first trip to Destin & we could not have had a better time. The condo is easy to find and in a great location. Upon arrival, everything was clean, and there was tons of storage space along with even the smallest details being thought of to enhance our stay. Mary Beth is extremely responsive, communicating with us prior to arrival, during our stay, and upon departure. The main bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and the multiple bathrooms was great! The view is AMAZING and such a short trip down to the beach it really is perfect! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

This condo is clean, updated, and truly beautiful on the inside and you are right on the beach. The lookout from the kitchen is breathtaking. The easy access to the beach is great when you have kids. You do not have to go up and down stairs to get back into the room! The property manager was wonderful to work with very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay right on the beach

We have been to Destin several times. This is by far the best view/beach access we’ve had. It’s very spacious. The pictures don’t give this place the GEM status that it really is. Location is great for restaurants and entertainment. Marybeth is responsive to any questions you may have. We will be back!

We have stayed at quite a few condos in the Destin area. I wanted to stay at Crystal Sands because of its proximity to the beach. Everything was as described, only better. There were several amenities not mentioned; I always pack hand soaps for the bathrooms but they were already there. There was coffee and filters, and tea. There was also dishwashing liquid and detergent (although we used our own). I really liked that it was a bath and a half and the way they connected to the tub area was unique. It was all great! We never met our host but she was very helpful and prompt with her responses. We’ll be back!

Condo was nice and clean. Small but adequate for two people. It was located right on a walkway so you had people walking by all the time. Lots of tourist and army helicopters going over during the day which was noisy

Beautiful place to stay right on the beach! Walk right out!

The location was perfect! The beach was just steps out the patio door. The chair and umbrella service was a plus. Everything was clean and communication with the owner was great! We loved that we were away from the busy boardwalk just a few miles away, but still just within minutes of Publix, Target, shopping, and restaurants. Love this condo! We will definitely be back!

This was the first trip over Easter. It was perfect. Weather didn’t cooperate but it was still a great trip. The condo was perfect for us and the area was great. The condo was first floor walk out which made my granddaughter very happy. Great trip. Can’t thank you enough!!

This little one bedroom condo was perfect for our 4 day trip to the beach. All we wanted to do was sit in the sand all day and being right on the beach, we were able to do this. It's simply fantastic to open the sliding glass door and literally step onto the boardwalk. The condo is well appointed and clean. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 11-night stay at this condo, which is exactly as described on the site. You can't beat the fantastic beachfront location with the gorgeous white sand and green water just steps away. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a great beach vibe, just really relaxing and welcoming. It was clean and really quiet, with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. It's also very well equipped, including the kitchen (you could stay here comfortably long term). The host is really nice, very responsive, and invested in her guests having a great stay. Check in and out is a breeze (combo lock on the door). Since we are very health conscious, we appreciated the air filtration system. We had a great time and highly recommend this property!

We were supposed to be in our usual FMB but since it is sadly recovering from Ian, thought we would give Destin a go. Location is EVERYTHING with this gem! Although it was unseasonably cold during our time, we didn’t mind—the views and close proximity to the Gulf was perfect. I would suggest adding a lounger chair or two for use vs the high top bistro set for maximum relaxation. The washer and dryer availability was a huge plus!! One suggestion: checkout for off-season could be a few hours later, 9:30 is awfully early. 12:30-3:30 is plenty of time for housekeeping cleanup in off-season considering all of the tasks required of renters for checkout (emptying fridge, gathering all linens, starting dishwasher, taking out all trash). I’ve never had so many “must-do’s” prior to leaving a rental while paying so much for cleaning services. It was enough to pause re-booking. After all, that’s why we pay so much to book through VRBO as this should be included. Went to Tailfins, huge sports bar (very loud on a Sunday if that isn’t your thing) and higher in price compared to other eateries, especially for what we consumed. Overall, it’s all about the ambience, very well appointed condo, VERY clean.

The owner, Marybeth, was pleasant, timely, and communication was easy.

Marybeth has an excellent condo that’s very nicely furnished with everything that you need. No complaints at all with this stay and we’ll put it on top of our list when we come back!

This condo location is PREFECT. 109A Unfortunately the layout doesn't really allow you to hear the waves while you sleep. We tried the pull-out sofa and it was terrible. Beyond that hiccup we loved it. We were able to just step right out of our room out to the beach. The beach is private so not at all crowded. Lots going on to see and do. We are beach bums and just sat an enjoyed the beach. The condo had pretty much everything you need. Bring your bathing suit and your beach towel and your good. Sure wish we could have brought our little chihuahua baby with us but we understand. Safe area with a friendly family atmosphere that is so close to everything! We will stay again.

This location has the most beautiful sunsets and the property owner is very responsive.

Beautiful view of the beach and easy access. The condo had everything thing we needed, and Marybeth was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This condo is directly on the beach, just walk out the back door and you are in paradise! The 1st floor makes it so convenient too. Mary Beth was awesome to work with, the condo was ready several hours early and she sent me a message to let us know. The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated and has so much storage space for your belongings. The 1 1/2 bath was great since there were 4 of us staying in condo. The condo even had extra beach chairs (beach service was included too with booking) & boogie boards, all you need to bring is yourself and a swimsuit!! I will definitely be staying with Mary Beth again, her and her condo are THE BEST!! Booking with her was the easiest I've ever had on VRBO.

Beachfront

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights leading up to Memorial Day. The condo is just as pictured. You walk out the sliding glass door and two condos down are the steps to the beach. Super awesome location! Easy to come in for a bathroom or lunch break! It is nicely decorated and appointed and had everything we needed. We were grateful to be in such a nice condo with a beautiful view of the beach because it rained five of the days we were there for most of the day! Marybeth is an outstanding host who handles her own property personally. She is very helpful and accommodating. I had some medicine mailed to the condo and it went into a locked mailbox that I could not access. She came over personally at lunch to open the mail box and hand me the medicine! I highly recommend this condo for a beautiful and comfortable beach front stay. The bathrooms were tight which was fine for me and my husband. It would probably be comfortable for two small children as well. I don't think I would want to have six people in this condo (especially with all the rainy days we had) but others might be fine with that. Be sure to bring your own beach towels, laundry detergent/softener and toilet paper. Otherwise you will end up at the nearby Wal-Mart where you can easily find anything you need! Mary Beth has two beach chairs, two boogies boards and some sand toys. Mary Beth pays for two beach chairs and one umbrella the beach boys put out each day. But those chairs and the umbrella are removed promptly at five pm each day (we stayed out later on the few sunny days we got!). Also, you have to go out early each morning and put your towels on chairs to get chairs in the front row directly facing the ocean with nobody in front of you. If you are planning on eating dinner out, plan ahead an find places that take reservations. Many of the popular beachfront restaurants have very long waits for a table. That would not be workable for families with young kids. One night after trying four places each with super long waits, we ended up getting food at Publix and cooking in the condo. That was a frustrating evening. For great fish or shrimp tacos definitely go to Burrito Del Sol. No reservation needed here! Casual, inexpensive and great food! We also had great Italian Food at Pazzo Italiano. And ice cream at Brusters was great!

The rental was perfect for our needs for this trip. Just a short stroll down the steps to the beach. Gorgeous views of the beach from the kitchen and living room. A great spot to wash dishes. Marybeth was great and responsive when we needed her. The bathroom set up was perfect for getting ready for our mornings on the beach and evenings out to dinner. Would absolutely here again!

Very enjoyable stay with great beachfront location for a decent price. Better stocked for supplies than any other Destin beachfront condo we have stayed in, but do bring your own shampoo. Would stay here again.

Walk right out to the beach from this location. Very clean and owner is there to help you with any need at all! Didn’t want to leave! We will be back.
