Willkommen zuhause! Wir haben unsere Villa zu Hause zu Hause weg von zu Hause aus. Ich verliebte mich in Beachwalk, als ich hier im Jahr 2001 verschoben. Ich habe in Neapel seit 1989 lebte, also bin ich sehr vertraut mit dem, was die Gegend zu bieten hat, und es hat viele Annehmlichkeiten. Wenn Sie für den lokalen Geschmack suchen, stehen die Chancen, ich kann Ihnen sagen, wohin sie gehen.
Beachwalk ist eine malerische Gemeinde, die einen Spaziergang entfernt von Vanderbilt Beach ist. Es hat eine 24/7 bemannten Tor und Vor-Ort-Personal, um alle Ihre Fragen während der Geschäftszeiten zu helfen. Die Gemeinde ist zu Fuß oder Radfahren Entfernung zum Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheken, Kinos, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Beachwalk verfügt über 2 private Pools, einen Whirlpool und 6 Tennisplätze und ist auf dem Weg von der Ritz Carlton.
Unser Haus ist so bequem, sparen wir ein paar Wochen für unsere persönlichen Gebrauch. Mein Favorit, was über das Leben in unserer Villa ist in der Lage, an den Strand mit einem Picknick im Rucksack zu gehen und beobachten den Sonnenuntergang mit meiner Familie. Für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die ein Hotel Umgebung erleben möchten, stoppen Sie von der Ritz Carlton einen Schluck auf Ihre Lieblings-Trankopfer bei einem Spaziergang am Strand bei Sonnenuntergang.

Was very pleased as soon as we walked in the door! This condo is very spacious with a great master bathroom to include a large walk-in closet and a large his and hers vanity! As other reviews say, the king size bed is to die for and SO comfortable we actually checked the brand of the mattress to keep in mind for when we upgrade our queen size bed to a king at our home. The community has a great pool that can get a bit crowded but the beach is a mile walk away or a 5 min drive! We saw many great sunsets at the beach! You cannot beat the location which is close to everything especially the famous Mercato shopping area to include great restaurants with outdoor dining! Fifth Avenue is also a short drive away. There is also a great park across the street with more tennis courts, childrens play area and a nice walking path. This condo is a bit outdated but it was very clean and we did not really care. You can’t go wrong with this condo! We greatly enjoyed our month stay and Lisa, the property manager was very responsive. There are bikes in the garage and beach chairs and a grill we used on the patio. Enjoy!

Nice, clean, spacious condo in a great location. Very convenient to beach, Mercato, Pelican Bay and all the Vanderbilt area restaurants. Neighborhood is pleasant, peaceful and quiet. Super comfortable king bed!

My husband & I had a great month in Naples, FL. Our place was close to the beach, close to restaurants, and close to shopping. We enjoyed having a lot of space in our place, and it was very quiet too. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and beautiful pool by the clubhouse. We will return! Kathy & Paul

My husband & I had a great month in Naples, FL. Our place was close to the beach, close to restaurants, and close to shopping. We enjoyed having a lot of space in our place, and it was very quiet too. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and beautiful pool by the clubhouse. We will return! Kathy & Paul

I vacationed at this property in May and June 2012, I found the Accomodation to be as described,very comfortable.There were plenty towels,beach towels and pretty much everything else was there.The complex itself has two excellent pools which were well taken care off.I was aware of the location which is only a half mile to the main Vanderbilt public beach access and in the other direction a half mile to LA Fitness Gym,Publix and the Mercato Center which has an array of entertainment venues.All in all the property was of a high standard and suited me.I would not hesitate in recommending this property to be near the beach,but value for money.Any assistance I requested was timeously dealt with in a professional manner.
