Schlafmöglichkeiten für 8 in Betten und 2 zusätzliche auf Schlafsofa. Komplett eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, Küche und drei Schlafzimmer. Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt viele zusätzliche Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen und bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit 2 Barhockern. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We opted to prepare our own dinners and everything we needed was there. We even discovered some spices were there as well. All utilities worked great and we had no complaints.

Great property with ample parking for large groups. Spacious home with all the amenities to allow for a comfortable stay without having to purchase everything for a long weekend or lengthy stay.

Our family enjoyed our time at the townhouse. The place was very clean which we appreciate. I would recommend the exterior photos be updated to show that this property is not on the end but instead it's in between two properties. Also, the photo of the grill on the patio is not current. The actual grill there could use a good cleaning. But that said, we were pleased with our stay and love the jack-n-jill bathroom set up. Thanks!

Was the perfect place for our family during a soccer tournament. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Townhome was clean and many of the basic items were stocked (toilet paper, trash bags, ect).

We took the grandkids to Santa’s Wonderland and spent the weekend with them. The house was perfect and so much better than a hotel. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room. The only comment is the stove was a little dirty with the tin foil under the burners was not fresh and had grease stains from prior use. The pans need a little update. All appliances worked. AC was nice and cool. The location is excellent and property is quite and plenty of parking. Overall good stay.

Stayed here for an A&M event and was very convenient. Plenty of space in bedrooms and living room was great place for us to hang out. House was clean and had everything we needed.

We decided to split this with another family for a softball tournament. Even tho we ended up not needing Friday night (just Saturday), it was still cheaper and much more spacious than a hotel room, which we normally do. Convenient to get to and from the fields. Will stay again!

Stayed here over the weekend to be able to attend my daughter's orchestra and band concerts. Clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had to make a last minute reservation...opted for a VRBO rather than a hotel. Best decision by far. The blue bonnet was in a great location and much more comfortable than a hotel. Gave us room to spread out and each have a private room. Loved it!

We very much enjoyed our family stay here for Ring Day weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is decorated very cute and it was just very comfortable. There is ample reserved parking and plenty of guest parking. We hope to rent it again for graduation!

Loved the location. Our sons were attending A&M's football camp, and it was just a short drive to the stadium. Place was very clean. Wifi was very spotty. Train was close by. Had an inconvenience with parking lot being sprayed and had to park our car along the road but manager refunded $200 for our trouble. Much appreciated! Overall, great place and highly recommend it!

We were in town for a softball tournament. The house was close to all the fields. It was a comfortable house to relax and cool off and having the washer and dryer to clean uniforms was a plus!

We were here for 7v7 State football championship and it was so nice having a home to go back to after long hot days at the fields. The property manager was extremely responsive to all questions and we had a great time.
