Dies ist ein Stand-alone-Hütte in Treme, nur drei Blocks von der Französisch Quarter. Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohngegend, ist das Haus auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie das Haus des Eigentümers. Das Haus ist 600 qm mit einem Wohnzimmer / Küche / Essecke Kombination und einem separaten Schlafzimmer und Bad. Das Badezimmer ist mit hochwertigen Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo, Conditioner, Seife und Duschgel ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, und das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Das Haus ist beautifulyl renoviert und professionell gestaltet, mit modernen Möbeln, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, alle Edelstahl Geräte, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Kabel-TV und Wi-Fi. Außerhalb sind Gärten gepflegten und eine überdachte Veranda perfekt für Kaffee am Morgen oder am Abend Cocktails. Sie werden mit einer kalten Flasche Champagner und frisches Gebäck begrüßt. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich fünf Autominuten von der I-10 und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu den Faubourg Marigny und wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt. Hervorragende Lage und elegantes Haus. Check-in Zeit ist 3 p. Meter Check-out Zeit ist 12 Uhr.

Property was amazing and the welcome package was lovely. We were highly impressed and would definitely recommend. Property was also very clean.

We really enjoyed staying here. 3 blocks outside the quarter. It’s a little hide away behind a privacy fence. Host was very accommodating and everything you could need for your stay was provided. Exit the cottage take any side street and head south and you are in the quarter. Take them all the way to the end and you end at the French Market with everything in between. Far enough outside the quarter where it was quiet, close enough to walk to be in the quarter or on Bourbon St.

So walkable to the French Quarter, incredibly comfortable bed and furnishings, delicious muffins the host left us, great AC & hot shower, and peacefully quiet for the best rest while you're there. The little garden area outside is so pretty too!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was set up to be welcoming. Paul was accommodating to our needs and wonderful in his communication. We loved being walking distance to the French quarter but separate enough for some quiet downtime.

We stayed at this cottage April 1-4 for a short visit to New Orleans. It was absolutely FABULOUS in every way! The owner thinks of everything. There was muffins, coffee, water and even wine. The bathroom had some complementary toiletries such as soap, shampoo and makeup wipes. If you appreciate a good garden area, there are beautiful plants all along the walkway and a quiet garden area to sit in. It’s like a little calm oasis. This was our first time not to stay in a hotel in New Orleans and we will never go back to staying in one after this experience. Just wonderful!

This darling private cottage in the historic Treme District of New Orleans was a perfect stop. Close enough to the French Quarter, but far enough away for a quieter stay. I walked to the quarter the first day, and taking Ubers to anywhere and everywhere was super easy. The cottage was secluded with a wood fence along the walkway for privacy and safety. You enter the walkway through a combination number locked gate, along the main house, and smell the jasmine blooming, see the beautiful lush flowers growing, and immediately feel secluded right there in the city.
The hosts have everything you can possibly need if you forget anything from home. The kitchen is well stocked and has nice stainless steel appliances. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. One afternoon, I enjoyed just sitting outside in the courtyard garden area, listening to the wind chimes and looking at the colorful flowers while I read a book.
I would stay here again. I was on my own, but there is plenty of room for two. If you are looking for your own space away from the quarter, but close enough, look no further.

Close enough to the French Quarter to walk to most attractions, this little cottage was secluded, private, and quiet. So comfortable and cozy. We loved coming back here at the end of a day of walking and touristing to enjoy a glass of wine (supplied by the host! — thank you!) and talk about the day. Loved that coffee and half and half were already in the kitchen when we got there and fresh muffins to go with it! All communications with the owner were friendly and prompt. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

The house was everything that we could’ve asked for and more ! It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go although we mostly took ubers at night. Once you get through the gate it’s so beautiful with the plants and the outdoor seating which was nice to have when waiting for rides.
Our host was awesome and communicated very well and would check in from time to time to see if we needed anything.
We will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future when we’re in the city we miss it already !

We loved this place! Paul had it all set and welcoming with snacks and drinks and cozy decor. It was clean and well stocked. The location was close to the French Quarter and we would have walked if the weather had not been so bad during our stay. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you to Paul!

Once through the gate, the experience from that point, until you've had a walk through of the cottage, is like entering the secret garden because everything you need is there, the more you look around, the more you discover what has been provided for you. From toiletries to wine in the fridge or candy in the candy bowl.

(or Little Palermo for those of us who's Sicilian descendants immigrated through New Orleans), this gem offers proximity to the sights and sounds of the Quarter and peace and quiet at night.

Everything about this property is amazing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to and the neighborhood felt very safe. Paul's communication was always immediate and very accommodating. His hospitality was very gracious - we were greeted by pastries and wine. The little garden outside is so welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend his spot to others!

My Husband and I loved the location - within walking distance from the French Quarter and Jackson Square. Whole Foods is nearby too by car. Treme, itself, is a historical area; so, we enjoyed staying there. I loved the courtyard with the palm tree: almost felt like we were on an island. Loved the gas stove with oven. Easy to adjust the heat when needed. Bonus: washer/dryer. There were dishes, pots and pans. Linen and blankets. A real comfy couch too in the living room. We never saw the host in person but he was a phone call away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had the best time during our visit to New Orleans. The location of Paul’s accommodation was in the heart of everything we were interested in seeing. We were able to walk to most of our destinations and take in the sights along the way. At night, we had a quiet and cozy residence to call home. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This gem of a cottage was clean, super stocked, and the garden was so incredibly gorgeous it was hard to leave! Paul’s place was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had every amenity we could have hoped for and more. So many thoughtful things like coffee creamer and bottles of water were a great extra and unexpected touch. Walking distance to bourbon street and Superdome and we always felt safe in the area. Ill start out by saying that I wish i could give more than 5 stars, this property was amazing, we were delayed a day in our trip by Hurricaine Lee, our host Paul was super supportive and communicitave during our change of plans, upon arrival we found the cottage to exceede our expectations, Paul had cold drinks waiting in the fridge. Pastry on the table, guide books, restaurant suggestions, the cabinets were filled with everything we could need! If your stay in NOLA is focused on the French Quarter. This is the perfect spot! 3 blocks from the quarter 6 from Bourbon, a block and a half from Armstrong park. We cannot wait to return to New Orleans and book this cottage again!

Paul may be the most polite and prepared owner I have ever stayed with. Our interaction was minimal due to the property being in excellent shape and the arrival going so smoothly, but the property owner was quick to respond to our questions, even before we booked the cottage. We’re morning people, so we didn’t venture out much beyond the dinner hour, but you would have never known you were in a larger city based on the noise in the area in the evenings. As of May 2023, street surfaces in the neighborhood are receiving some much needed attention, but yet parking was no issue at the property. The cottage is well appointed, just as described in the listing, with a well kept garden just outside the front door. Our favorite part was the fact everything we wanted to do was within our reach. The French Quarter was a 10-15 minute walk, an Uber to the other side of Canal Street was around a 3 minute wait and a $9/8 minute ride, and to reach the Garden District we simply had a car drop us off at a beignet shop on Canal for breakfast before hoping on the St Charles line. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Paul was the consummate host with dedicated correspondence all the way through the process. The cottage was beyond our expectation from it’s quaint charm, to location, the quiet solitude of the courtyard garden, to the extras provided,(stocked fridge & bathroom essentials, to fresh pastries!). We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Really sweet little cottage with a nice, secure gate to access-very private feeling. Paul had the fridge stocked with lots of condiments and fresh milk and oj-sooo ice! Very comfortable bed and great sleep after long days walking around!

I’ve stayed in quite a few air b&bs and this one is by far the best. Paul was a great host and offered some really good recommendations for food and activities. The house was beautiful and very clean. He kept it feeling like home. I would definitely stay again! Location is great my husband and I were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. We had an issue with someone breaking our window while we were out one day but it was taken care of pretty quickly. We won’t get to come very often but it was a great place for our honeymoon and we hope to return soon!

This home is a nice gem in the New Orleans Area- Close enough to everything-- we parked our car and never got in it till we had to leave!! Close to both French Quarter and Bourbon Street, yes you have to walk a little but not far. Also walked to Canal Street and Harrahs Casino-- its about a mile and half-- but then again from what i heard-- walking is good for you! Now for the home-- Stacked to the hilt, super comfy bed, nice quiet location- safe neighborhood, you will love staying here . AAA Rating all the way
