Vollständig möbliert und neu renoviert! Alle neuen Geräte, darunter ein 48 "HDTV und WLAN-hallo-Speed-Internet. Zusätzlich zu einem Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, gibt es Queen-Size-ausziehbares Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben auch eine sehr bequeme Rolle voll Bett. Waschmaschine / Trockner ist in einem separaten Raum gegenüber der Terrasse. Inklusive Strand und Picknick-Gang und die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um große Mahlzeiten zu machen. Die hintere Terrasse hat einen Außen Tisch mit Stühlen und einem Grill. Alle Komfort von zu Hause in einer großartigen Lage sorgt dafür, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genießen! Wir haben das Hyatt Hotel und Fess Parker Resort auf der Straße mit Bar und ein Restaurant und einen Wellnessbereich mit Massagen und Gesichtsbehandlungen. Das Vogelschutzgebiet ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Kai hat Meerzentrum, Restaurants und große Flanieren und Blick auf das Meer. Sonntag lokalen Kunst Strand Ausstellung erstreckt sich entlang der Promenade. Die Funk-Zone ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß und verfügt über Figueroa Mountain Brewery und Weinstuben. Sie werden einige unglaubliche Essen, Kunst und Service in diesem Bezirk finden. Hier bei Mariposa, Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung, finden Sie die perfekte Zone ein Airbus nach LAX oder besuchen Sie den Zoo zu fangen, oder einfach nur genießen Sie eines der besten Strände in der Stadt. Tri-County-Anbau ist an der Ecke und hat frische Bio-und Standard-Produkten, frisch gepressten Orangen- und Karottensaft, Milchprodukte, Fleisch, frischer Fisch, vegane Produkte, Getränke, Gewürze, Haushaltswaren, Blumen, Chips, Soßen, Nudeln, Brot , Desserts und ein Gefrierschnitt.

We enjoyed the property. The proximity to the beach and food was spot on! We literally walked to the beach each day!
Inside the property is a bit dated, could use a fresh coat of paint and a professional cleaning! There were lots of spiderwebs

Location could not be better and the owner was accommodating for an early check in and easy communication. Property could use some freshening with paint and outdoor seating/patio is in a parking lot. Worked out well for easy access to the beach and restaurants/shopping.

Clean, comfortable and well supplied. Loved the proximity to the coastal cycle path, we walked 25min to the wharf/downtown each morning, and enjoyed visiting the MOXI museum and the restaurants along State St.

Great place and location. Cute convenience store around the corner and walk to beach. I couldn't figure out how to work the heaters and the host drove over to help us get them turned on. Above and beyond.

This is a nice one bedroom apartment a block from the East Beach. The apartment is well stocked with linens and towels and can handle additional sleepers in the living room. The kitchen is also well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. The location is great and we went on beach walks every morning. There are two excellent restaurants within a 3 minute walk (Reunion on the beach, Convivo at a nearby Inn). There is also a very nice grocery store within 2 minutes walking. We found nearby street parking everytime which you might not expect at a location so close to the beach.

Perfect location if you have an event at Mar Monte Hotel. Walking distance (approx 1 block). The beach is probably 2 blocks away. Very convenient.

Ideal appartment for vacation in Santa Barbara. Short distance to the beach and only short but very nice walk under the palm trees to the board walk. Car parking in the neighborhood without problems. We enjoyed it very much and would certainly come back.

We loved that the location was so close to the beach and the waterfront area. It is close to so many activities. It was a nice place for my daughters and I to stay. A very cute and quaint condo. Check in and out was very easy. Loved our stay.

Jami, the owner, was very gracious and provided all we needed for a short but excellent stay. The beds were comfortable (one King in the master and a queen pull-out Lazy-Boy couch/bed). The bathroom was upgraded and water pressure worked great. Plenty of soft towels. A full kitchen for our use although we didn't use it. Very typical Santa Barbara style home. I liked the feel of it. It felt like home to us. It is street parking and not a dedicated spot though, so that was a bit of a struggle. We ended up parking about a block or so away, but were able to move our car very close to the property later that day. Beach was about a 7 minute walk away, but restaurants would require a vehicle or bike ride. Everything is just like the description states it is. We're very happy we selected Jami's property. Thank you, Jami, for a great stay! We will return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath with nice pullout couch. Host was great in her communication and everything was prepared for our arrival. This location is ideal...near some of the commercial areas of Santa Barbara and a short 1 block walk across the street to East Beach. What a spot! Thanks for a great stay!

Cute, well appointed apartment close to everything you want to be close to. Place was super clean, beds comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our plans were in a bit of flux due to a very last minute change in our travel plans, and the property owner was super flexible in working with us and giving us options. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Santa Barbara

The property is very nice and has a cool, old fashioned Spanish ambiance. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and kitchen was spacious and clean. It was nice being able to wake up and walk to the beach, restaurants, and a cute little market. The owner is very nice. We had a wonderful weekend!

So adorable!! Stayed with husband and 3 kids over spring break. Perfect for 5. Kids used sofa beg & rollaway bed. Husband and I enjoyed spacious bedroom and comfy bed. I have a child with special needs so a well appointed kitchen is always something I use. I bring my own supplies but this spot has everything I needed as well. So close to the beach, zoo and funk zone we walked to the beach everyday of our stay. Prop manager was communicative and kind. I would definitely return.

This little one bedroom apartment is in a great location, about 1.5 blocks from East Beach in Santa Barbara (it doesn't have a view though). It was reasonably quiet, on a lovely little side street (with easy free parking), and met all of our basic needs. The kitchen is adequately stocked with equipment (but it needs a cookie sheet/flat oven pan). My only complaint was that the sofa bed in the living room, which we needed to use, was not at all comfortable (felt all the supporting bars, etc.). The host (Jamie) was friendly and responsive.

This is a great location. It is an easy walk to the beach and the market. It is well equipped. It was also quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. We are readers, so we appreciated the good lighting next to the bed!

This is a unique, little apartment across the street from the beach. We had a few issues though. The primary issue was the fact that there is no heat in this apartment. If you're here in the summer, it's fine. But if your here in the winter, you're going to be cold. There's a small vintage looking space heater in the living room. But that's it.
Another possible issue is that street parking is tight. There are times when you may have to park far from the apartment.
The other thing that happened, was one of the circuit breakers tripped out and we lost power to the bedroom and living room. This was the last thing I expected to happen. I was able to reset the breaker, but this should not be happening.

Such a scary experience with my daughters and a baby! Had to find a hotel that night as we were so uncomfortable with the whole experience. The host did offer us another unit but the lack of security was so concerning we opted not to. Use caution if renting this place at night & the fact we were able to gain access to a unit someone else stayed in.

Awesome rental close to the beach. Jami was exceptionally responsive. Getting the B-Cycle month pass so we could hop on and off the electric bikes to get all over the city was definitely worth it.
