This place was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful 10th floor oceanfront condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean. Large layout. Easy check in process. Building was very nice and clean. Only issue was the elevators in the building. Only two elevators. Takes time to grab one sometimes. This is not an owner issue.

Even though our visit coincided with hurricane Debby, we had a great time! The condo is fantastic and met all of our needs. We especially appreciated the amount of dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies that were available. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return in the future!!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo. It was was the first condo we stayed at that we didn’t need to clean when we got there. The location was perfect. It was close to all the restaurants, stores, and mini golf. We will definitely be coming back next year.

This property was so well thought out! Carts and shopping carts are available to get items to the condo. Beach, pool, and hot tubs are easily accessible and well maintained. The kitchen was so well stocked. TVs are large and furnishings are really nice. We loved everything so much that we didn’t have to reach out for anything!

We absolutely loved Tom's condo in Myrtle Beach, SC. From the spacious bedrooms with the comfy beds to the fantastic recliner chairs in the oceanfront living area, we could not ask for a more perfect place to stay while at Myrtle for my grandson's baseball tournament. We loved waking up and opening the curtains to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and my daughter cooking breakfast for everyone in the open spacious kitchen while we sat around and conversated before heading out to the ballfield. If you haven't looked into reserving Tom's place for a weekend or a week or two, you are missing out. We will definitely look into renting from Tom again when we are back down Myrtle's way! Be Blessed!!

Your lovely home was very comfortable with a great ocean view.It was well equipped & very clean.It had parking close to the building. Attractions were a close drive. Just watching the sunrise or walking the beach made this a great place to enjoy Myrtle Beach. We would love to return.

Since this condo is at the end of the building it is very large. We stayed here as part of a guys golf trip. Plenty of space. The couches were super comfortable and the large TV was great for watching the final four. The condo is located about 8 minutes from the airport. The unit was clean. I would recommend staying here. Just one thing to note. They didn’t provide shampoo or paper towels. Not a big deal just thought others would want to know for planning.

This home accomodated my family perfectly. We were visiting my daughter who is a student at CCU for Easter. We were even able to bring Granny and she had her own room. We cooked big breakfasts, were able to get my college student caught up on her laundry and enjoyed family movie night complete with popcorn and everyone in their own comfy recliner. We especially enjoyed the ocean decor right down to the dolphin faucets.It was a lovely visit. The staff was helpful with additional parking and we felt very safe. The host was quick with responding to my questions and we would love to stay there again.

The marvelous view of the ocean. Incredible sunsets and sunrises. Watched storms come in from the ocean and backed out.

This was a beautiful property and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and takes great pride in providing a good experience for the guests. Kitchen had everything we needed and so did the rooms. One thing about the building is the front desk personnel and all people that work there are extremely helpful and welcoming. There are carts to bring up all items to the room which was more than I expected. It made it super easy even when needing to go out for a large grocery run. Thank you!

We had a nice week here. The balcony faced the ocean and being an end unit, we had a great view out the wide front room window. We all enjoyed the recliners and huge tv. We needed batteries for a remote and maintenance came right up. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. The beds were comfy and the walls very soundproofed.

We had an absolute fantastic vacation at this unit. The location is amazing and the unit fit our family of five very comfortably. The leather couches and chairs are a welcome finish to the day after a long day at the beach.
We also spent some quality time on the patio and twice saw dolphins swimming in the ocean. Tom is super responsive to all questions and a very welcoming host. We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed the stay. The rental had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The TV’s were very nice, as were the furnishings. The only drawbacks were that the A/C went down the first night, and after being fixed it seemed to struggle to keep the place cool at times. Also, the dryer would only work intermittently and you had to restart it about every 20 minutes or so.

This property was wonderful for my family. The ocean view, layout of bedrooms and the multiple recliners are top on my list of what we enjoyed.
Thomas was a great host and very responsive to messages. The concierge service in the lobby was wonderful and welcoming. We got to know some of the staff on the property; they made us feel at home and like we were recurring guests even though this was our first time staying.

The property was everything as described. Had one minor issue when we were there which was just a fluke, but Tom responded immediately and it was taken care of quickly. The property was clean, spacious and the views were spectacular. I would definitely recommend staying here. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to stay again.

Family vacation
We were somewhat disappointed with the condition of the building itself. Regency towers itself was dated. The fact that there were only two elevators for 17 floors was not practical. The hallways were dated and Un-inviting. We were a little concerned when we reached the 10th and got out of the elevator. The Condo itself was very well appointed, clean, and updated beautifully. Despite the above we truly enjoyed our stay.

Family fun at the beach
Perfect condo-for our family.. Area perfect for eating out which we enjoyed! There were are a few issues which we addressed to the owner who immediately answered. Primary issue was the sand on the furniture and floors. We purchased a wet jet and cleaned the floors ourself or we needed to wear shoes or socks at all times!

Fun at the beach!!
Beautiful condo directly facing the beach. Amazing views and very roomy for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. We love the location of Regency Towers. It is close to all the attractions but far enough away from the strip so it's not too noisy. It doesn't have all the swimming pool attractions of a lazy river, ect. But the pool was clean and nice! And perfect for us because we were there to enjoy the ocean! The kitchen was nice and roomy for cooking meals! I do wish there was some pantry space but there was plenty of counter space to keep our supplies. Our only hiccup was a surprise charge for a second vehicle upon arrival. At the time, the listing stated that the only charge would be for a third vehicle. But, after messaging the owner a few times he was able to see the confusion and change the listing so it won't be a surprise expense for anyone else. All in all, it was a great trip and one of the best condos we stayed at Regency Towers!
