Por decir algo bueno del sitio, la ubicación está bien, detrás del malecón y el mantenimiento de la limpieza de los baños estaba decente.

El sitio olía fatal en todas sus instalaciones, incluyendo las habitaciones, olor a frituras muy fuerte y todo el tiempo..el sitio hace comidas en la planta baja y por lo visto no tiene buena salida de humo y se concentraba todo el olor alli dentro. Las habitaciones no se encuentran como muestran en sus fotos, están desgastadas y abandonadas..se pasa mucho calor, el personal sólo te prende el aire por las noches. Se escucha mucho ruido por las noches de la calle. No lo recomendaría, por su mismo precio hay sitios mejores.

Excelente atención del personal. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra del malecón!

Tal vez abajo en el restaurante podría haber aire acondicionado.

Me encantó la ubicación del lugar, tiene buena ubicación, solo q yo esperaba que tuviera una televisión, aunq no fue así pero no importa, realmente fue cómodo estar hospedado en ese lugar

The volunteers were very nice and helpful but the owner is a rude person that seems to view all guests as a major inconvenience. She won't allow you to check-in even five minutes earlier than scheduled , there is no breakfast, she doesn't provide coffee or even drinking water , there are no amenities, no terrace to enjoy , she put up signs saying don't go upstairs to the terrace , it is a very unwelcoming vibe from the owner and she is very bossy to the volunteers. Also, I stayed at two other hostels close by that were only 100 meters away from this hostel , priced better and included access to lovely terraces , breakfast included and much welcoming vibe from the owners/ managers. I left my bag in the storage area at her hostel for the day and she called me and texted me several times at about 10:30 at night asking me to pick up my bag , I told her that I am at another hotel on the other side of PV and asked her if I could pick it up tomorrow because it was already very late , she then told me that 10:30pm is the cut off time for my bag to stay in her almost empty storage room and that now I would have to pay 100 pesos, when I came the next morning to pick up my bag the volunteers were given strict instructions to collect the 100 pesos and if I didn't pay than she would deduct the amount owing from them for not collecting 100 pesos from me for my bag. This is how she operates her business and takes advantage of very kind volunteers that are working there to sustain their travels . Anyway , my recommendation would be to avoid this hostel because the owner doesn't appreciate her guests and is too bossy .

It is well kept, clean but small and there is literally nothing but a bed and no common area.

MUY PEQUEÑA LA HABITACIÓN Y NO FUNCIONABA BIEN EL WIFI

Perfect location on one of the main streets close to anywhere you might need to go. Fairly calm hostel considering the location so was able to sleep well.

The AC is only on during the night, this wouldn’t be too bad if it was left on past 8am, but I woke up sweating both mornings at 9am

The location is great to explore central Puerto Vallarta. The shops and beaches are quite close.

The owner of the property only has ‘volunteers’ running the hostel, people who know nothing about hospitality and have zero experience dealing with issues and situations. The hostel manager was nice and pleasant to speak with, but she was not there all the time.

La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de todos los puntos de interes y el personal muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar. Tuve que estar alli la noche que el huracan Lidia toco tierra en Puerto Vallarta y todo el tiempo estuvieron al pendiente de cuidarnos y mantenernos a salvo.

Las fotos no son actuales, y en las hab les falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero los colchones eran comodos y estaba todo limpio.

Excelente lugar , cuenta con una muy buena ubicación, cerca del malecón y antros, se tiene todo a la mano, el lugar muy limpio y comodo, claro que regresaría a hospedarme ahí.

Location was very good.

It took the staff about 30 minutes to get me checked in. They didn’t have my reservation on the books. Bathroom was not “Japanese clean.” It was old and somewhat antiquated to say the least. Door key code: forgot to give me the last character. Annoying.

Besides amazing prices and great location, most of all I liked the staff and everyone who was staying or working at the hostel during my stay. I liked hanging out with people at that hostel. Everyone was very kind, patient, and always happy to help and give advice on the surrounding area. At no point I felt unsafe or uncomfortable around others at that hostel. Everyone seemed very nice. Special thanks to Thibaud, Arnaud, Marie, Saidy, Viri, and Wendy who were just awesome people with amazing personalities and revitalizing energy. They made my stay great!

I went in July and I did not like only two things about staying in the mixed dorm room: my loud room next to the noisy road and how the room would sometime get so hot. Most of the noise was either coming from the road or from noisy roommates. Sometimes, people did not respect or care that others were sleeping and would either talk loud or let the phone alarm keep ringing for a long time before they turn it off. Also, pretty much every night, there was someone who was snoring very loud. The room also was very close to the a very busy road and had zero sound proofing, so it didn't really matter if the balcony door was open or closed, the noise from passing cars was disturbing, especially if those cars were blasting music, which happened often. Just be ready to wear ear plugs every night. Another thing was that I was unaware that AC would be turned off for the most of the day and sometimes it would get extremely hot in the room, like a sauna. I'd recommend to bring or buy a fan. These were my major dislikes. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay at Ten to Ten Hostel.

Everything was outstanding. Great location in the historical centre. Pedestrian malls nearby, staff was great especially Suzanne in reception and Leyla in cleaning rooms. Hostal definitely their five star booking. Definitely the best hostal I've stayed in from Central America to South America.

loved the spacious private room and the kitchen was always very clean. staff were friendly and it felt safe

there was strangely no microwave in the kitchen and the roof could have been a cool place but it was dumpy. also weird that they didn’t give you any blankets besides a sheet.

A/C was only turned on for a few hours daily. No microwave in kitchen. Refrigeratorr needs cleaniong desperately. Had many uncovered foods and junk, much not labeled. Directions needs to be clear and followed by ALL.

The light sensor at the bathroom is horrible. It would turn the light off even though I was still in the shower. Also, the wifi router sucks. The signal couldn’t reach to where my room is. Also, add a locker at the 4 bed dormitory that will fit a backpack with computer.
