The best trip we’ve ever had at the beach!! Everything was clean and nice! The view was spectacular! Great for a family of 4 or even 6 with the double beds!

My family stayed here for 4 days. Condo was very clean. Master bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Condo is in perfect spot of building. You can over look the pool ocean hot tub. Way condo is setup you view ocean from every room accept second bedroom. Private beach was really nice. This being a smaller building less people on beach so it’s not crowded. Paradise.

Indulge in a luxurious getaway at this updated and beautiful property in Destin! As a corner unit, you'll enjoy both pool and ocean views from the windows. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large air mattress at the property. Despite my recent hip injury, the proximity to the beach and elevators made it easy for me to enjoy the pool, sand, and sea with my children. When I had WiFi issues with my baby monitor, Chris promptly resolved the problem. Don't miss out on this incredible property - we're making it our annual tradition!

Appreciated the fast communication over a minor floor cleanliness issue expected in any rental anywhere because not everyone removes their shoes and palmetto bug issue which we fully expected being in a very busy condo setting that you'd run into ANYWHERE in Florida. it was quickly taken care of by their hospitable cleaning partners and we would love to come back! highly recommend! Thanks, again!

This is a nice condo but there was not any beach equipment included at all. Unless you bring all your beach stuff with you, you will need to rent chairs and umbrella which was pricey. Nice covered parking. Destin was beautiful.

The view is incredible. The beach access was easy and the pool on the way back to the room is a really nice way to relax from kids running all around the beach.
Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and some were within walking distance. If you’re familiar with current Destin, you realize the importance of having access to places within walking distance.
Great place that we will definitely be staying at in the future.

We loved the beach access, pool and hot tub.
Its probably a lot to ask of a condo to have chairs and beach supplies for their guests never knowing how theyll be taken care of. The chair/umbrella rentals on the beach add up really quick. We were kind of surprised to find no common kitchen essentials in the condo. Salt, pepper, foil, etc. But other than that it had everything we couldve needed! We will most definitely be back!

It can always be a bit stressful booking a trip and attempting to judge a property by a few pictures, so we typically rely on reviews to help in our decision making. Our family of 4 (w/2 boys 9 & 10) spent a week in this property and could not have been happier!
Communication was quick and easy from arrival through check out, the only thing we had a hard time with was leaving the incredible views! The 4th floor location meant we could easily opt for stairs or elevator, and the balcony view was above the palm trees, high enough to see the rays and dolphins swimming near the beach without feeling uncomfortable with our kids sitting outside without us. The unit itself had a perfect layout and accommodations for our family; it was clean and comfortable and ideally situated for easy access to everything we wanted to see/do in the area, we can’t wait to visit again! If you’re considering this unit, book with confidence that the listing is accurate, and really undersells how amazing it really is.

My husband, daughter & I were taking our first family trip so I wanted to book the perfect condo, and I truly could not have been happier with this property.
The location is perfect-close to every store (Publix, Target, Walmart, CVS/Walgreens, etc), great restaurants (Fish On Seafood was our favorite), activities (HarborWalk Village & Gulfarium are great for kids) and you are RIGHT on the beach. Being right on the beach was incredible; especially with having a toddler, it was so nice to be able to get “home” quickly if needed.
The beach itself is so beautiful - it was so clean and the water is crystal clear.
The views from the unit are incredible, we saw so many dolphins every single morning from the balcony. The unit is also so much bigger than it seemed in pictures!
You feel extremely safe-you need to put in a code at a gate before entering the property & another code before entering the actual building. I liked that the building was smaller, it was quiet & the beach was not crowded.
The unit was incredibly clean; I am a germaphobe and I was so happy with how clean everything was! You can tell it was professionally cleaned right before we arrived & it smelled amazing.
I rented a crib and let the property manager, Chris, know. It was perfectly set up in the second bedroom when we arrived. Chris was kind and helpful. He answered all of my messages so quickly and I feel very confident that if we needed anything, he would have helped immediately.

This was my second time this year staying in Destin Towers in one of Chris’s rentals. Both times have been wonderful & consistent with each other!
Upon check in the condo was very clean and smelled great! Everything we needed was right there. It was December, although the weather was chilly the balcony view never disappoints! I love a good sunset and this rental has the most perfect sunset every night. The kids loved the heated pool. Parking was easy, building entrances were easy as well.
Will always rent from Chris!

Location of condo is ideal. View is great. Low enough to see the pool (watch our kids) but high enough to not be bothered by noise and to see the gulf. Condo was clean, kitchen is very well stocked with anything you'd need to cook any type of meal. The ice machine was great. We never bought a bag our entire stay. Covered parking. We'll be back.

My kids really loved that there were some board games in the closet for a rainy days!
We spent most of our time on the balcony, the view was amazing! We also really love that the property offered a nice, built in grill area!
Walking distance to many stores, water park, mini golf, and restaurants!
Another wonderful part is the condos that this property is part of only has around 43 units, so our private beach area wasn’t crowded where others surrounding us were packed!
Chair and umbrella rentals and kayak rentals made our trip so much easier!
We will absolutely be back to this property!

This condo was so nice and comfortable!! It felt just like we were at home and everything about the checking in process was so easy. The beds were so comfortable and everything was just so clean and nice. The view from the balcony is perfect! Being able to see the pool, hot tub and beach was nice! The walk to the beach is very convenient and easy. And it’s very convenient to the stores and restaurants, walking distance! Definitely would stay here again and again! My teenagers also loved it. The perfect beach vacation❤️

Just came back from our stay and really enjoyed the beautiful view from the large balcony! The condo was very nice and the kitchen had everything we need to cook indoors. We did notice a faint odor in the master bedroom and common areas but it wasn't that bothersome! I highly recommend this condo and will consider stay here again!

The inside of this condo is really, really nice. The building itself is good, but not high end. Gates and codes to get in and out of the the building and property seems to be common around this part of Destin. But took some getting used to.
The balcony is big and very functional. The ice machine is such a huge addition! Well done. Master bedroom and bath is spacious and updated.
The distance to the water is very close and it’s easy to get from room to pool to beach. No sunsets or sunrises in late March, but still beautiful blue ocean.
Bring your own chairs and beach stuff - or pay roughly $40 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. We drove and brought all our stuff. You can buy stuff at any of the beach shops within walking distance.
Harbor Village Walk is about 2-3 miles away and is a really cool area for all ages.
Can’t beat Destin. We saw hundreds of dolphin and caught fish off the shore in front of the condo.

The condo was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The master however had a very strong smell, like body odor. This is most likely coming from the curtains. I think a quick change would fix this. My biggest concern was the dresser in the master. Upon leaving and clearing out the top drawer with it half way open, the entire drawer fell out. It fell onto the back of my hand and left a good bruise and is still sore 5 days later. This could be a dangerous situation for small children. Drawer stops should be installed so this does not happen to others. The A/C was a little odd (cool in the master and living area, but hot in the smaller bedrooms). The owner was contacted and did respond quickly. Otherwise it was a nice stay. The view was perfect. The amenities of the condo were more than expected. Super easy parking and check in.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing! Every morning we had coffee on the balcony and enjoyed dolphins swimming, white sugary sand and beautiful sunrises & sunsets.
The condo was very clean, and comfortable. The building was quite, we just pulled in to designated parking and took the elevator entered key code very simple.
Loved the ice maker and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook up some delicious meals. Will definitely stay here next visit to Destin!

We stayed in this unit over a long weekend. It was perfect for our needs. I was hesitant at first after reading reviews related to the smell in master bedroom. I want to say they were wrong, but in all honesty I could also smell it. With that said, this was probably one of the cleanest units I have stayed in and am guessing the smell comes from an external source somewhere. The owners do a great job!
The property itself is starting to show its age a bit and the hallways smelled, but this unit was updated and very clean! Would stay here again especially for the price!

Chris was wonderful to work with and quick to respond. The unit was clean and everything was in good working order, including a washer and dryer right in the unit.
The commons area could use some freshening up, but the unit itself was newly remodeled.
Our view couldn't be beat, with spectacular sunsets seen from our balcony. And we were right on the beach.
We had never been to Destin so we took a shot in the dark when booking online. I'd say we came pretty close to a bullseye.

This condo is beautiful and I hate to leave a bad review, but there is an overwhelming terrible odor in the master bedroom that doesn't go away. It smells like terrible B.O. We stayed for six nights and the smell never went away. We strongly suspect there is a mold problem in the walls. My husband ended up sleeping in the spare bedroom because his asthma flared up when he tried to sleep in the room. This needs to be addressed by the owner. I went back far enough in the reviews to August 2022 and someone mentioned it back that far, so the owner is surely aware of the problem. I couldn't unpack my clothes because I didn't want them to smell and ended up keeping everything in my suitcase in the dining room. Tbf we were offered our money back to relocate when we brought up the problem to the owner but at that late date couldn't find anything nice enough, we wanted to be on the water and have a hot tub. I only write this review because I wish I had known this so I could have booked elsewhere.

One of our favorite condo stays. Easy check in — never had to deal with keys, parking passes or a front desk. Tastefully decorated and furnished, with plenty of space for our family of four. Great view and location.

My ratings tell my satisfaction. This is a 5 star property, for sure. Perfect location on the beach and in proximity to everything my boys would’ve wanted (and I have 4 of them); the condo was smart and stylish and modern, PLENTY of room for me and my 4 boys, and more—next time for sure! All the supplies you could need for a good stay—we stayed for 5 days, bought groceries, ordered pizza, and Uber eats. All made effortless with this property. Chris responded quickly and clearly with any questions I had, and was very pleasant; The beach boys that manage the beachfront are young gentlemen to everyone—helpful, accommodating, and treated us like family the entire stay. I will 100% book this property again. Well done, and thank you!

We absolutely loved this condo! We stayed at a different location last year but will definitely return to this condo again for our trip next year! Very clean and had great communication with the host.

This is the best condo we have ever stayed at! It was a beautiful condo just as pictured and very clean. The shower was absolutely incredible and the couch has automatic reclining! We had all the amenities and felt safe at this condo. Lots of room and all updated appliances. Close to shopping and getting groceries. We would absolutely stay here again! The owner answered all my questions ahead of time and didn't have any problems while staying there. Short walk to the pool or beach. No beach chairs though. We just rented them and they were set up every morning for us! Perfect vacation!
