The first night they were putting the bunk beds back in the condo beside us after painting at 12 at night it was very noisy and hard to get kids asleep was a little frustrating

The process was easy. The property was nice, clean, and a good location from attractions around. The only downfall was parking. We can't wait to go back.

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was pretty easy booking with them. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here with my family. However, I wasn't aware at first when booking that they were setup like condos/apartments which wasn't a very big deal because the inside looked pretty nice. What bothered me the most though was that in two of the three bathrooms the shower liners had mold like spots on them. When I called the their help desk the lady was very nice and said she'd put the order in but no one ever came to switch them out. In the contract it said they don't refund for cleanliness because they stand by their work but they dropped the ball this time because it wasn't done the first time and then when I called they weren't switched, and it's unfair to us who stayed because we paid our money to not have everything spotless.

We had 7 grandchildren and their parents with us, for vacation. Everyone had a bed and it was big enough to spread out. The hot tub was a great bonus when we came in for the night and needed to soak. We also liked the location and being away from the congestion. We will stay again. And recommend it to everyone.

This place is so nice and it looks bigger in person. Will for sure stay here again.

We arrived late in the night to our property. Check in was as easy as receiving a simple text message. Once we got in our condo- it was amazing. Bigger than expected and very nice with a Christmas tree decorated. Location is everything when traveling with younger kids and this spot was perfect. Reasonable distance to everything we had on our agenda. We will definitely be back!

My family and I rented a condo for two nights in celebration of a couple of our birthdays. The place was nicer than the photos look and location was perfect. We spent the day at Dollywood, a short 5 min. drive from our location and enjoyed the fireworks from our patio hot tub. We plan on coming back and staying again in the near future.

We loved our stay at your property the only 2 draw backs are parking near our location was limited and filled up fast, although there was plenty parking down below but was a steep walk up to condo, and then the pool location was just horrible no one wants to get in their car and drive to the pool.. but even with that we loved it there and more than likely book again.. great experience over all , spacious condos , very clean, everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and so polite.. I would still give 5 stars even with the 2 draw backs, hope to see yall soon

Remember to check about the freebies with your rental. I forgot and missed out. Property is well maintained and spacious.

Although the leaves didn't quite cooperate. The rental was fantastic. The price, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff were as advertised. The Unit itself was great actually more than we needed. The unit could use a few upgrades, but everything worked fine. If returning to Pigeon Forge in the future, I would definitely, try to book this unit again.

Stayed here over holiday weekend. Overall the stay was good. We had a group of 12 adults and kids. Layout was not like pictures listed but we made it work. There were two refrigerators but only one worked. Walls are very thin so we could hear the people upstairs walking and talking all night- which was frustrating but not necessarily a deal breaker. Hosts were responsive when called. Location was great- close to the things we wanted to do. Condo was clean and organized. Would stay again.

Our stay went fine, and we enjoyed our time in the Smokey Mountains. I gave the accuracy of the listing a 3 star as I received an email from Eden Crest the morning of our arrival letting us know that the bed situation was different then originally listed. This didn't work for the number of families we had staying so Eden Crest did bring in (2) roll aways for our use so everything worked out. The rest of the condo was clean and as shown in the description. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not working correctly so Eden Crest also brought in a new refrigerator for our use. Overall Eden Crest was very responsive and easy to work with either by phone or text. Our only complaint would be we were on the Lower Level and could hear the people above us walking around all night and our neighbors next to us....the walls are thin. That being said, if we were to stay again we would book a private cabin or a condo on the top floor.

Was told it was handicap accessible we had to pick her 300 lb. chair up and carry it in then carry her in not one hand rail in bathroom she couldn’t get in shower it was a tub. Also you removed 2 bunk bed sets we had to double up we were supposed to have enough room for 16 we did not!!

Nice place. However it was a little outdated. The couches were absolutely nasty and needed to be trashed and replaced. It was a quiet setting and very peaceful.

If you wanted to be picky you could complain about the old couch that the leather peeled of into the floor and a few minor other things that needed to be fixed. But for the price, location and the size of the unit it was great for us! Will def be using again.

Overall condo was good. Space was good, location was good. The only knock I have is sofa was worn and dated and parking was horrible along with trash space. For a 18 person condo you need more than 13 gallon trash area and parking was very limited once again with 18 person condo need more parking than one vehicle per unit

One of the rooms had beg bugs my niece was bitten. They changed us to another suite and that one was missing pots and pans, and cooking utensils, and some of the dishes were dirty. Before the bedbug incident I liked the stay. They need to get encasements for mattresses not those mattress protector that protect nothing.

We arrived after sunset and there were no street lights or poles and the “parking lot” does not have lines or designated spaces. It was honestly one of the major downfalls of the whole facility. The second issue was the noise level- however we do know this was no fault of the facility itself but if you are going for peace and quiet this may not be the location for you. The last piece of information we would like the share is the cabin is very poorly stocked. You need to bring dishwasher pods and extra toilet paper as no dishwasher pods were left to run the closing cycle and only 5 rolls of toilet paper were in the whole place!! Again we do understand some of this is not the actual facilities fault but we just wanted to share this information for future visitors.

Advertising was very inaccurate! No indoor poop actually no pool at all! No massage. No exercise equipment that was operable. The pictures didn’t show the dirty floors torn carpet and worn out couch. Nasty dirty carpet. The kids went barefoot and their feet were black. Not a nice place to stay. There was 1 trash bag for 3 trash cans. No trash can in the single queen room or bathroom. The walls are paper thin could hear the people above us snoring all night. When they arrived at midnight on Friday night they kept us up most of the night making a lot of noise!! Parking was horrible! No places for the amount of rooms. Won’t be staying again!

We were very pleased with our stay overall. There were some issues that arose most resolved and still waiting for a response on a few. We loved the amount of space that we had. We loved the location and would rent again in the future.

We came on a Friday night. Check was super easy but that is the only good thing I have to say about this property. We had 13 kids (ages 12 and under) and 5 adults from our church group. The tub in one bathroom doesn’t drain. I showered and the tub nearly overflowed from where the water filled up. The fridge was leaking water. There was mold on the ceiling of one bathroom. There was no broom and dustpan. We had to go buy one. They don’t pick up the garbage, you have to call them. The first night we stayed it was after midnight and you could still hear the neighbors through the walls/doors. I called Eden Crest and was told to find security there was nothing they could do. So I looked up the rental company for the next door condo and guess who the property manager was...Eden Crest. So I called back. I was told to call 911 and complain. Finally at 1:40 I went next door and knocked on the door. I explained that we had a group of church kids trying to sleep along with a lady that has stage four breast cancer. Their foul language was horrible. It didn’t help any and finally at 3:40 they went to bed. Then on Saturday night when we came back in from the pirates show we had the same problem. So the two bedrooms ended up moving and combining kids into the other bedrooms and living room so they would get some sleep. Now we had two rooms with no one in there because of the noise from the neighboring condo. The next morning we got ready to go out to the hot tub and the upstairs neighbors was overflowing their hot tub down on top of ours. So no one could get it. On Monday night when we came in from being in the park all day the condo to the top left of us proceeded to throw beer bottles over the ledge and bust them on the sidewalk. I wouldn’t stay here for any reason unless you are renting all four of the condos together for a large group. This looks like it was for a huge retreat type place. All the doors open to each condo together. There was a door leading up steps to the condo above us inside our condo as well as a door leading to the condo next door. The walls/doors are paper thin. Don’t expect to have any help from the property managers because that isn’t going to happen. I have stayed in many properties around the smoky mountains and this by far was the worst experience I have had. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The location of this property was excellent. It was easy to find and very comfortable. Would highly recommend it!

The room off of the kitchen that is a bunk room that leads to a bedroom has no door. You have no privacy or anyway of containment from the main part of the house. This room also has had the floor ripped up and left unfinished, exposing rusty nail heads and sharp staples still sticking up out of the floor. This lead to us not being able to use this room with the children. Having to double bed four kids with siblings, cousins. Ages were 10, 6, 5, 4,4,4,2,2,2 and 1 plus 7 adults. As this is clearly a safety hazard. Tetanus or stitches anyone? The kitchen was poorly prepared for the people that actually want to cook and clean up behind themselves. Mis- matched lids to pots, Only one small skillet, no baking sheets. Come on, these places sleep 21. They should be stocked to cook for that many. Neither sink had stoppers to soak or wash and rinse dishes and no scrubbers, brushes or other type of washing appliance other than a cloth rag. Those rarely clean anything well. We had to turn on the hot water under the sink to even use the sink upon arrival and during the last night there the ice maker was making loud thumping noises which I finally got stopped by turning it off then back on then off again. 3am. Whatever was wrong with it resulted in a leak in the morning that had water in the kitchen floor. There were a few other minor things that aren’t even worth mentioning. Overall I was disappointed. That could be such a sweet little cozy cabin. Instead it was pretty much just a waypoint in our trip.
