We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a great time. It was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy each other. It did tend to get a little warm upstairs during the hot Florida summer days however The rooms were equipped with plenty of fans, which helped cool things off. We would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend anyone else staying in the keys to take a look at this place and enjoy.

We loved our stay on Duval. The property was clean and well stocked. We loved that we were within walking distances of great restaurants and shops. We have our older children with us so we felt safe with them Venturing out by themselves as well. Pool and outside areas well maintained as well. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great location, well equiped, and lots of space

Paid a tremendous amount. Carpets and apolstered furniture were very filthy. This includes kitchen chairs, couch, and all 4 side chairs in living/family room. Could visibly see brown dirt stains on all. Ceiling in kitchen leaked for all heavy rains as well as under front door. Kitchen table was horribly sticky. This is due to wear and cleaning. Couldn’t even play cards because we couldn’t pick them up. Additionally elevator broken and pool undergoing maintenance. Shouldn’t have to pay for amenities not available. And having to carry luggage and coolers what a dangerous mess. Toaster on left side tripped breaker every time Outside patio had rotting wood. . Definitely not worth the giant price tag.

The property was better than the pictures looked! The beds were comfortable, there were so many bathrooms, and it’s so central we could have walked everywhere (if it wasn’t for the brutal heat in Key West when we stayed). They gave us 2 parking spots, and were quick to respond when we needed help with something (like asking for an extra blanket). Plenty of towels for your trip and overall a great experience. The only complaint anyone had was the mattress in the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable, but they slept the subsequent nights on the sofa unopened and said it was great! 10/10 would stay here again!
PS there’s a bumper pool table under the poker table!

Everything regarding the check-in and check-out was smooth. We had seven total in our party - my two boys of 13 and 15, my wife, my mother, and my two uncles. Having a bedroom for everyone was perfect (and each bedroom had their own bathroom / shower, which was a huge plus). Wonderful stay and highly recommend this location.

We had 10 in our group but are all assorted relatives. This condo not only accommodated our large group but was spacious and a nice kitchen . The 4.5 baths were nice as each bedroom had their own. Very clean and had all the touches of home!! Being right next to Duvall St was convenient! We used the pool several times too and it was very clean as well! Great place and staff at check in were nice too!

Very nice property that accommodated our large group. Everything was exactly as described on the website. A suggestion is to put blackout drapes in the front bedrooms as the sun was brutal every morning for those of us who were out late, enjoying the nightlife that Key West has to offer and to provide a shelf above the toilets in the small bathrooms to have someplace to use hair dryers, curling irons etc. as there is no other counter space at all. Everything else was perfect and our group agreed we would all want to stay here again.

Fabulous property right on Duval
This condo is conveniently located right on Duval, away from the raucous nightlife but a convenient walk to all of the restaurants and shops. It was a clean, spacious property with all the amenities you could need.

This property has a great location just off Duval street where all the action is! Close to Southernmost point as well. Bathrooms were all nice and newly renovated. One bathroom for every bedroom! Great stay!

It is off of Duvall St, but a long walk to the Mallory Square area. Nice restaurants and a few bars nearby, if that is your thing.

We had a great stay our first time in Key West. The condo is in a perfect location right on Duval Street. We enjoyed the pool & there was plenty of space for our group of 8. We would definitely go back.

Ac does not work
Downstairs ac drain was getting plugged up every few hours and ac would shut off. They sent Maintanance guys for 2 days straight to bandaid the problem but it just got worse. Stayed 86 degrees all day and night. TERRIBLE!!

Location is great. No need for a car. Full kitchen allowed us to have dinner in when we needed a little downtime from all the fun activities in the area. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Very comfortable.

Key West Family reunion
We had a crew of 8, and the location was primo. Plenty of room. Perfectly located for many activities. Excellent property management. They have check in and out down to a science. Really nice place. I'd stay there again. Well stocked with dishes and beach towels, which was a plus! My only issues were a) only one parking card key worked and they said it couldn't be replaced- which meant only one car out at a time; and b) the floors were filthy. If you walk barefoot, your feet were black-bottomed in no time. The dining room table was also very sticky due to the varnish being worn off, but none of these would prevent going back.
