Großartige Lage und Preis. Umgeben von schönen üppigen Bäumen. Die Garden Suite befindet sich auf einem 1/3-Morgen-Gelände in zentraler Lage zwischen der Innenstadt von Pearl Street und der 29th Street Mall. Jeweils zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Campus der University of Colorado ist zu Fuß in fünfunddreißig Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Garden Suite verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, eine Küchenzeile mit Bartresen und Minikühlschrank, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine Waschküche. Es bietet einen großen Flachbild-TV mit Comcast-Kabel und das komplette Sport- und Filmpaket. Wifi ist ebenfalls enthalten. Es gibt Kingsize-Betten in jedem Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer hat warme, wundervolle, beheizte Fliesenböden. Beginnen Sie Ihren Morgen mit einer Tasse Kaffee von Keurig!
Draußen gibt es einen Holzkohlegrill zum Grillen. Es ist ein privater, schöner, üppiger Baumgarten. Gegenüber dem Goose Creek Greenway Path. Ruhiges und friedliches Zuhause, perfekt für Urlaub oder Arbeit.

Super location. The place is easily accessible. The rooms were cute and decorated perfectly. Tracy our host was fabulous and so easy to work with. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

What a place! Suite is clean and spacious, and while it is the lower level of a home, it is still private. You may hear a footstep or two here or there, but you will still feel like you are in 'your own space' and that includes a nice outdoor area made available for guests. Due take note that you will not have an oven. Yet, you will have an electric stove top. Outside of that, the place is stocked with staples you may need, and owner responds immediately if/when needed. Highly recommended.

After the bustle of spending time on the Hill/Pearl Street/campus with my daughter or nearby hiking, the available parking, pleasant stroll along the path to the clean and comfortable Garden Suite was a perfect end of a busy day.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and could not have asked for a better place! The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still within walking distance to shops and restaurants (about a mile to Pearl Street Mall). The Garden suite is cozy and clean, with an amazing outdoor area. Tracy was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Boulder area!

Stayed for more than a week moving our son into Boulder and found this to be a great place to stay. Tracy has paid attention to detail. Beds are super comfortable, full size refrigerator, washer, dryer and slow cooker too. Bunnies in the backyard daily!

We stayed here to move in our son to CU and it was the perfect location and size and layout for us all. It was huge and had everything we needed to have a successful, stress free move in. Tracy was super helpful and communicative. We hope to stay here again for spring break or move out!

We were in Boulder for our honeymoon and chose this spot. It was beautiful, spacious and relaxing. Loved the patio and back yard space. There were even two bunnies that came around every day. Would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space is so well thought out, and felt completely private and comfortable. We had more than enough space to spread out and really relax. Loved our mornings outside, drinking coffee, and watching the bunnies. The location was great- we walked to Folsom Field and Pearl St multiple times. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Tracy!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my niece's CU graduation. We loved the deer in the yard, the comfortable beds, the large refrigerator, the coffee, and the living space. It was convenient when driving to the college, restaurants, and town. The lighted pathway and courtyard area were peaceful and helpful with my 80 year old mom. Highly recommend!

Just far enough from the hubbub of downtown and in a great neighborhood this property’s charm was perfect for our stay.
We could jump right on a trail or we found the Rayback Collective was within walking distance when a short haul with a reward was more in line with our needs.
From the bed sheets to the bath amenities Tracy did a top notch job. There were soft sided coolers available for hiking days and great suggestions on what to do and where to get a bite to eat in the area.
This property checked all the boxes that helped make our time spent in Boulder memorable.

Loved this little Garden ( Green Meadows) stay. It was cozy, clean, and spacious ! The little patio outside was super cute too but a bit chilly for grilling. The king beds, mattress and pillows were amazing. Great location!!! A five star easy. Thanks to Tracy for the welcome too when we arrived. We hope to be back. Also, sorry my husband accidentally knocked the body wash container off the shelf in the shower and the pump part broke off.

Mountain Getaway
We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect. So close to all attractions and in walking distance. THe beds were very comfortable and the shower was very nice. Highly recommend.

What a perfect little space for our Boulder visit!! Clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay. Even had three deer in the garden our first morning which was a bonus sight. Good and easy location for staying in Boulder with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Awesome Stay!
Our family of four visited Boulder for the weekend for a wedding. The place was perfect. The beds were comfortable and everything was well appointed. We were worried it might be musty but no basement smell at all! Tracy was a fantastic hostess! She was available if I needed anything but we never felt like she was in our space. Location is great… Just a few blocks from 28th and a few blocks from Pearl (The two many districts in Boulder). Great vacation, thanks Tracy!

GREAT stay!
We stayed here for a week and it was perfect. It's immaculate and Tracey has stocked it with every large and small amenity. The location is prime (we walked to The Rayback Collective and the Goose Creek Trail is also 2 blocks away).
It was quiet and peaceful with a very comfortable king bed (there are 2 bedrooms, but we stayed in just one). Tracey is a responsive and helpful host.

Lovely unit
This garden apartment was perfect! It was clean, spacious, well appointed and in a charming backyard setting. The owner was super easy to communicate with and the practically non-existent checkout made our trip smooth and effortless. All three people in my family thought the beds were comfy; what a treat it is that they are both king size. Because of the basement location, the unit stayed nice and cool even when it was 90+ outside. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Boulder.

Boulder made Easy
This little apartment was super cute and homey. Had all the comforts of home without having to pack them all. Extremely clean. There was a stack of fliers and had written list of local restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Perfect location
Perfect location and size for us (two adults and two kids). Convenient parking, clean, and had everything we needed including a hair-dryer and ironing board. Loved using the outside sitting area. Would definitely look at booking this location again!

Slight hiccup turned into a wonderful experience
My fiancé and I stayed here for a couple of nights and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue with the plumbing in the shower, but Tracy responded and called a plummer immediately and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. The whole process was prompt and painless and Tracy still offered us an extra night stay for the inconvenience. A very accommodating experience and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area again!

We loved having lots of space to spread out! We were appreciative of the outdoor lighting along the path as we arrived late. Great king size beds and everything you would need.

Perfect Send Off
The property was perfect for out little family of four. We had a night all together before we got our daughter settled in to her dorm at CU. Tracy was on top of everything. Communication was great. We will definitely stay again when we come back to visit.
