Enjoyed this townhouse as we visited Athens.

Clean, comfortable space with plenty of room for a family or friend group. Centrally located in Athens within close distance of all attractions. Secure garage for parking our vehicle was also appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to those taking a trip to the Classic City!

The location was great for visiting our daughter in the dorms. Walking distance to downtown, the dorms and campus. Clean and spacious townhome with parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, quiet, and private location. The townhouse is beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are very nice sizes as well as the bathrooms. The property manager was great with communication and responses. Overall A great experience for my birthday and I would definitely rent again in the future!

Great place to stay and awesome communication with the owners. We had some trouble adjusting the heat and Andy was awesome with getting back to us on how to make the adjustments very quickly.
There was some cleanliness issues with the Master Bathroom but overall the place was as advertised.
The place is super convenient to the UGA campus and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Close to classic center ..only a mile away. Was very clean as in pictures. Quiet neighborhood and was wonderful having a garage. I would stay here again. Close to everything.

Our host Andy is fantastic, very responsive to all messages and request. My only regret is we didn't find this place before my daughter graduated. The location is great for game days , parents weekends or graduations. Stay here it's great!

We stayed in Athens while our fur baby had surgery at UGA. The townhouse was very nice, clean, and in the heart of Athens. We were so close to any and everything that we needed! Andy was very helpful and quick to respond. The townhouse was just as pictured and nicely decorated! It was nice to relax somewhere that felt very welcoming and like home. This was much better than staying in a hotel. Andy has done an amazing job and is a great host! The garage was a great bonus! We look forward to staying here again! Go Dawgs ❤️

With one daughter at UGA, and hopefully another on the way, we come to visit often. This was a superb location in a quiet neighborhood close to campus and downtown. It was so great having a condo To hold our family as opposed to renting two hotel rooms. The condo was clean, and the communication was excellent.

This is a fabulous townhouse within walking distance to campus. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The area felt safe & communication was great. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Athens, if it's available.

We stayed at here for my daughters tour of UGA and a Dawgs football game. Location is perfect to walk to the game and avoid traffic. House was clean and complex is quiet.

Unfortunately I was not able to stay the night I was booked due to a flight cancellation. I did not expect anything but Andy nonetheless gave me a partial refund when I wasn’t owed anything and did not ask for anything. So, while I cannot offer a review of the accommodations, Andy’s willingness to do this speaks volumes to the fairness with which he manages his VRBO. I will seek his property out when I next come to town.

This property was perfect in all ways for our stay in Athens as we helped our son move into an apartment. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved having the garage since we drove from Austin, TX and had a packed minivan. Location wonderful.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a quick little getaway to Athens. The location was perfect, not to far away from everything. Owner was very responsive and could everything clean and home-y. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Athens!

It is a clean and comfortable townhome with necessary amenities, comfortable bed, and good water pressure, but I might suggest an upgrade to the pillows. Quiet, dug-in neighborhood location (we weren't there on a game day) probably 15-20 minute walk to intersection of Baxter and Lumpkin. Added plus is garage parking. There are some signs of heavy rental use inside with a broken cabinet door and towel rack, but this was not an inconvenience. The whole location was perfectly clean and decorated in fun tasteful Dawg fashion. When visiting again we will check here first for availability.

Clean and ready for our comfortable stay. Do know there are stairs to bedrooms. Well furnished and very attractive location. Small touches are thoughtful like detergent and hand soap. Would stay again when we need to go to Athens. (Door nob in the hall bathroom upstairs needs to be tightened.) Great Stay!!!

My wife and I were in town four daughter-in-law’s baby shower. The area within walking distance was great for dining. Just over a mile away we’re some excellent running trails. It was a perfect match for us.
