The property was as listed on VRBO. No issues during our stay. I will rent this property again when the opportunity presents itself.

This is a beautiful home, quite roomy, very nice gated neighborhood and beautiful back yard. Owner was great with communication. There were 6 adults - all retired. It was a consensus that this lovely home could use a little TLC and that is why we didn't give it 5 stars for all questions.. Upon our arrival, several light bulbs were burnt out. Owner came with light bulbs, said he could hire someone to come and change them out. Not a big deal, we did that ourselves. 3 of the bathrooms had burned out bulbs...small, hard to find bulbs, so those were not changed out. Garage door openers did not work...needed to replace the batteries,- we did that. The floors were not clean throughout the house. We did not contact the owner regarding this as we knew he was going to be out of town. We used the mop ourselves, but a few of us wore white socks and they were very dirty on the bottom after walking around the house the first day. Like I said, I think with a good, deep cleaning and a little TLC this place would definitly be a 5 start place. Very close to everything you could possibly need or want.

Great location for golf,restaurants food stores

Everything was clean and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. We did have rain so cooking was inside but there is a large gas grill and a gorgeous patio. We came for a graduation and family gathering and found the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this property!

We had an great experience this summer staying at this property! The house had everything we needed and more. Great location for our baseball tournament. Kyle was very responsive when I needed to reach out to him. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay…when we arrived the pool was green from all the weather but the owner jumped right on it and had it ready within a day.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed hanging out in the patio and by the pool. May want to include directions to the house since Google seems confused about whether it is Ave, Court or Street. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We couldn't have had a better time. Plenty of space, quiet beautiful neighborhood. Lovely home with everything we could have needed. We would stay here again. The rental, arrival, stay and check out were simple and quick. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean,classy, and beautiful stay. The lemon tree was loaded and smelled so good.

Over all we really enjoyed our stay. The dryer stopped working, which was inconvenient. A book with explanation on how things work in the house, would have been helpful. Nice foosball table. Great selection of TV stations. The inside of the house was very clean. The furniture was nice.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kyle’s property. It was beautiful, as advertised. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is fantastic! It's immaculately clean, a great layout, comfortable beds, and a wonderful outdoor area with a nice pool, BBQ, and fireplace. We spent 99% of our time by the pool. The owner was quick to reply to a text with a question. Minor annoyances; there should be labels on the confusing light switches, remove the annoying alarm on the bedroom slider, replace the burnt lightbulbs, and add more recliners for poolside. Major drawback: some of the worst pots/pans/cooking utensils/dishes and dullest knives we've seen in a VRBO. Also, all other VRBO's we've stayed in have some basics; cooking oil, cling wrap, ice in the ice-maker, but they had nothing beyond a couple k-cups and spices. If you don't plan on cooking, then that's not an obstacle. If those things were addressed, we'd definitely stay there again, but as it stand, we'll have to pass.

This was a terrific place to stay. Kyle is awesome and I really appreciated his property. I used it for my college golf team and the size of the home, plus the twin beds in two of the bedrooms made it perfect. Pool, patio...it was all awesome!

Huge house. Everything was very nice, no hassle. Everything worked well. Comfortable and spacious. House is so much better in person.

Good time with family. Would have loved to swim, but the pool was too cold. Place was in great condition. Beds are really firm, so my sons sleep on the couch instead. Would recommend a reference book for renters in the future.
