Great place to stay. Had family in for several days for a wedding. Grandkids stayed for spring break. Loved walking the dog through the quiet streets. Well equiped kitchen. Nice outdoor area.

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood for the kids. The owner was very nice and answered any questions in a timely fashion. I would definitely rent this place again in the near future!

This house has plenty of space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms! The game room with the pool table was a hit! It was close to the beach, only about an eight minute drive. House could use lot of cosmetic updates. There was paint peeling from the ceiling in several spots of the house, kitchen cabinet doors do not stay closed. One of the doors fell off the hinges and fell on the floor, which my handyman husband was able to fix. We had issues with AC not cooling below 77° so I reached out to BJ and he said he would send someone out. He was very responsive. I would definitely work with this property manager again!

We had a seamless check in and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was a great homebase while we were in Florida for a wedding and spring break. Close to beaches, shopping, etc. with plenty of grocery stores nearby. Easy to get to and from the airport and main highways. The whole family enjoyed having multiple spaces to relax in and having two master suites was really awesome. Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we were in the area!

The size of the unit was prefect for us 4 adult males each had our own room, and the pool table was a nice bonus. When we got in the unit, we notice there was no coffee maker, so I called the owner and he was great and he replaced it right away. The unit can use a good updating. and a better cleaning crew. I would walk around in my sox and the bottom of them would be filthy, and dirt in corners of rooms. But overall it did worked for us

Slept 8 guys on a golf trip comfortably. Plenty of room. Great stay.

Property is in a very nice neighborhood and close to beaches. The house worked great for us with 8 adults, a 3 year old and three 1 year olds Owners were very quick to respond to some questions and things we needed. Really enjoyed our stay in Largo!

This house was plenty big enough for our family. There were a few things that I had to do such as change burnt out light bulbs. The instructions stated there were keys (meaning more than one), however there was only one key in the lockbox. We really had to coordinate the things we wanted to do based on what other kids wanted to do so that some people were NOT locked out of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool table, however the tips kept falling off the existing pool cues. I would suggest buying a few cheap cues so that guests can enjoy your pool table. We did receive compliments from others that were renting a house in the neighborhood about the patio and pool table. Thank you for hosting our family for the holidays!

The house feels like roomy. The king size bed has a good mattress. They provide plenty of towels. The house has a lot of room if kids got bored of tv they went to the play room. The down side was, The dryer was not working properly and the kitchen has old kitchen dishes not a big deal for me because we weren't cooking much or washing. But overall the house is comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us. Lots of space in the kitchen to cook all our meals and snacks. The kids loved the pool table and the nerf guns! This property isn’t perfect but good value for the money we paid. We enjoyed the location which is close to shopping, the beach, and activities in and around the Tampa Bay Area. The owner was readily available when we had questions and was quick to reply when we needed him. Laundry on site was fantastic so we could go home with clean clothes! I definitely recommend this house for others.

This house did not disappoint it was everything BJ said plus more! We was full with 12 people and it was big enough not to bump into one another and cause chaos, perfect for a large group. The house was full of linens and cook wear. The only downside is that the beach is NOT a 5min walk to the beach the closest beach was a 21 minute drive. The neighbor hood was nice and quite!!!!!!!! All in all it was a great place to stay.

We had three small families all in this house. There was plenty of room. The neighborhood was quite. Loved the location. It was close to the beach as well as close to any store you may need to go to again.

The house was as expected and the host was great.

I would recommend them, I had not one issues at all! They even came by day after checking in tho make sure everything was ok an gave us a few tips on places to visit an where some places were!!!!

This place was in a perfect location just 12 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and 10 minutes from local shopping centers. It was just the right size for a multi-family stay with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a game room complete with pool table. The patio was awesome for lounging in the evenings. The owners thought of everything and always responded promptly to any question. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to visit again.

We were extremely happy with the property and that it accommodated my entire family and my daughter’s little dog. We loved the house.

Other than not having enough hot water (showering). We enjoyed our stay.

The property was spacious and clean. It provided just what my family needed for our 5 day stay. The pool table was the highlight of our time spent. Everyone enjoyed playing pool to late at night. Also thankful for allowing a dog friendly home as our golden retriever is part of our family. Just a short drive to cost water beach was also nice and convenient. Also neighbors were not worried of seeing stranger in the property and did not bother us at all even though we grilled and made a bomb for outside.

Could have used a few more supplies (dishwasher soap, aluminum foil, dish drainer, extra dishcloths and towels) to make the stay a little easier. A top sheet on the beds would have been nice for both comfort and cleanliness. Only major issue was multiple ant infestations. Had to spend to much time eradicating the ant problem.

Stayed at this house with nine other family members just last week(8/10-8/16). Plenty of room for all of us. Pool table was clutch at night. So was having 3 full bathrooms. House was close to five different beautiful beaches. No complaints. Would definitely rent again!

Owner visited to make sure we were happy and comfortable. House is large with nice game room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

Spotless throughout! Very quiet neighborhood. This home just goes on and on. Bedrooms all over, bathrooms a plenty. The game room with pool table is nothing but fun. Really like the outside sitting area , especially under roof off the driveway when it's raining. Plenty of parking for family, other guests and visiting friends. BJ answers questions promptly and is willing to help for anything. Very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay there. 15-20 minutes from Madiera Beach, John's Pass, etc. A MUST STAY PLACE!

The house was great. We enjoyed it tremedously. The pool table was well used during our stay. A few things to think about: No wash clothes or hand towels for bathrooms. No measuring cups, the replacement microwave is pretty small to be able to prepare anything in it, and garbage disposal would also be nice for the kitchen. Not sure the pick-up dates for the trash and recyclables is correct because picked up trash on Friday and did not pick up the recyclables. Thanks again.

We experienced some problems while we were in the house for a month but BJ was responsive.

Our whole family of 12 stayed over New Year's for a wedding. Had plenty of room for us to all spread out. Pool table was a big hit. Close drive to lots of places. Would rent again for sure.
