Very nice location. Was clean.

False advertising on the washer and dryer. Didn’t find out till the property policy had to be signed. The AC was turned off when we arrived at the home. Temp was sitting at 88 degrees in the home. Turned it down and we had to leave for a couple hours. Never fully cooled off till the middle of the night.

Ótimo chuveiro. Cama extremamente confortável.

Limpeza. Toalhas muito manchadas e sujas. Alguns insetos pelo quarto e banheiro da suíte. Não tem opção de cadeiras e guarda-sol para utilização dos hóspedes.

The view was spectacular. The house functional. Just love the view , the staff response was timely and kind. Wonderful stay.

Nothing

The location was awesome. We loved being on the waterway, and the ease of access to the beach. That alone was well worth the price. The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything we could have possibly needed.

While the smart TVs were nice, it would have been better if a cable TV option such as Spectrum was available. Given the fact that it's a older home that has been renovated, there were a lot of weird step-ups and step downs throughout the home. The towels and bedding could stand an upgrade.

The house was clean with everything that we needed.

Just the lighting in the kitchen were not all working hence not well lit.

Very frustrated, I tried to give a great time for my family but this house is about many concerns, I cannot even cook at Friday night. Thanks to my husband he fixed something to see from the garage utensils As well We cannot enjoy outside, foliage everywhere furniture I need to clean. my husband need it to swipe when we got there when you show up. By the water shoe you furniture dusty and old, unsafe to kids . huge whole outside at the grass by the water my daughter almost hurt herself walking pls check I really danger. Living room: white sofas are dirty need to be washed. floor dirty, broken wood floor(pics) Bathroom and Bedrooms doors cannot be closed no privacy. Bathroom caught. Etc...
