We were pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Communication was quick and easy and we very much enjoyed our stay. The two different beds and assortment of pillows made it easy to find the right sleeping arrangement, and the location was not only easy to get to, but also a near-perfect central location for what we were hoping to do while there. It was a very, very nice stay. Again, thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

I've stayed here 3 times, and it's been consistently wonderful. The house is cute, clean, and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Ruchard and Rhonda are great hosts!

Very cozy and clean. Short drive to Downtown Saint Joseph.

House was clean and exactly as pictured. Only downside was not knowing that walking places isn’t an option due to proximity and lack of sidewalks but that’s not really specific to this property and more just something we weren’t aware of!

This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Both the living room couch and beds were comfortable. There's plenty to do in the area. Me and my husband enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you for having us Rich & Rhonda

House was well supplied😁 Fans were a little noisy, but we did sleep. We needed to do more research to find were to RENT dune buggies, and to charter a short boat ride. We did the last evening figure out the TAXI BOAT😁 Car show and Farmers market was some good activities. Loved Silver Beach, enjoyed the seagulls!, sand Sooo SOFT and CLEAN. Volleyball and splash pad nice additives. Water was too rough for us first timers to try paddle boarding . St Joeseph and Silver Beach is a place we’ll come back too. 👍🏼

Had a great time with my family at this house for a long weekend in St Joe. Nice decor, very clean, good amenities, and short/easy trip into downtown.

Nice stay

I returned to the Saint Joe area to visit family. They literally lived around the corner from the rental. It was so convenient to the downtown area, the beaches, the stores and everything. It was super clean and super convenient. It will be my regular place to stay in the future.

We had a great time staying at Lincoln House! The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a big help. 5 minute drive to St. Joe, 10 minutes to Silver Beach. The amenities were exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out.

We very much enjoyed our short stay in St. Joseph! The house was super cute and everything was spotless. You can tell the home was recently renovated. Wifi and tv access were great. We made day trips to Warren Dunes State Park, Silver Beach and Jean Klock Beach. The location is wonderful to access different areas. All about 15 min drive or less. I recommend Silver Beach Pizza, Clementine's Too, and The Mason Jar for meals! Jean Klock Beach is our favorite every year. It is relaxing and much less busy than the other popular beaches. We have an infant and it was nice that the home was equipped with a baby gate, high chair, and pack/play. We even enjoyed a camp fire in the evenings with a sky full of stars. Overall, would highly recommend the Lincoln House. Owners were wonderful to work with. Very easy to communicate with. We would love to return!

This is the perfect little place for a family getaway. 10 min to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. The property is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place is exceptionally clean. It was a good size for our family of 4 (2 small children). It is an older home that has been renovated, so keep in mind it has a small restroom. Great to have a washer and dryer to use on site. Location is close to St Joes (10 min drive), the neighborhood seemed quiet as we didn't see many others around at all but we were gone most of the days.

The house was comfortable and very clean. The house is in an area surrounded by fairly busy streets and close to the highway so it was hard to find a place to walk the dog near the house. The house is on a small lot with other homes very nearby. However, you can drive to lots of attractions nearby.

This is exactly the type of rental we love. Simple, clean, and lots of space for our toddler to run around. We hate staying in hotel rooms because there’s nowhere for our busy toddler to move around. The living room was just right for her to move around in and play. Very clean. Super comfy beds. Nice neighborhood as well to walk the dog. We will definitely come back again!
