Very average hotel with minimal quality. I stayed at this hotel when it was brand new and it was great. However, with thousands and thousands of travelers wearing down the rooms with no improvements, it has become just another worn down facility more like Motel-6!

Now that COVID is longer a thing they are serving hot breakfast once again. However, what they serve is three time cooked rubber eggs with very low quality breads and cereals. The coffee is made from a powder extract machine and tastes like it too. Breakfast as a whole is very disappointing.

Room didn’t seem clean, mirror frame broken, kitchen did not have silverware. Other guests were smoking in their rooms, paper thin walls and floors.

the breakfast was mediocre. they did offer a early check in but couldn’t process my card until a manager got there so they just wrote my card number down for him which was kinda odd.

the staff was terribly rude. the doors didn’t work with our keys more than half the time. found bugs in our room during our last nights stay. rooms were not sufficiently cleaned before our arrival. no linens could be supplied for the sleeper couch in our room because they were “out”. coffee pot in room didn’t work. staff accused us of having a dog, we did not have a dog with us. sooooo many charges were on my card and no one could tell me what they were for. I was locked out of my room for 45 mins, in which time the manager called me a liar about that time frame and the man working at the front told me I would have to wait till morning to get into my room! I had to go sleep in another family members room till the manager arrived. I even offered to purchase another room, he said there weren’t any available. it was a mess. do not stay here. there are so many other places to stay within the same price bracket, I strongly suggest you stay elsewhere. this list goes on of what we didn’t like about the property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Convenient location, quiet

Waiting for room to be cleaned but it was clearly not clean. Toilet overflowed and had to switch rooms. No one at front desk to greet you. And the elevator inspection expired almost 2 years ago. Wont stay here again

The property was on a nice location

The rooms smelled of dogs. They were both dirty. I actually had to clean the bathrooms and clean chocolate from the counters.
