Tonya checked us in she was awesome! Very helpful, courteous, friendly. My husband is n a wheelchair & she put us on 1st floor as requested. We requested extra covers which she supplied. She was professional and friendly with a positive attitude and a good advertisement for Red Roof Inn. We look forward to a future stay with RRI!

Outside doors should lock & be used by key for guests so non guests cannot access entry but by lobby doors.

Housekeeping very rude nosey and lazy

Pretty much nothing but was too tired to care.

No breakfast because of covid. TV didn't work properly. Not an ice machine anywhere. Tried to contact the front desk,no answer. Went there and no one was around.

The smell of cigarette smoke never went away, even though the clerk assured us it is a non smoking hotel. There was trash on the floor ( empty soda bottle) and gum stuck to the side of the headboard. There was no table, and the clerk assured me that queen bed rooms don't have tables; I don't know why because the room had plenty of space for it. It would have been very nice to have a table to work at and eat at. The bathroom was clean, but there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths, there was not a mat to put down by the tub. The remote mostly worked, except it would not turn on the TV, that had to be done at the side of the TV. The window had a large crack. They did not have a gym/workout room.

Nothing, this is a motel were most rooms or rented on weekly or monthly rates.

People smoked at all entrances, I’m a non smoker. The ground floor we entered smelled like wet dogs. The phone cord was torn out of the phone couldn’t call front desk. We had 3 kids on the third floor running and screaming until 1am. We had a king size bed but only had 2 small pillows on it. They gave us 2 small towels n 2 washcloths no rug to step out on. They said they had vending machines none in the whole building. We bought our own towels n pillows to be comfortable in the room. This is one place I want waste my money on ever again.

Getting in the parking lot is a joke during peak hours at Whataburger next door. The room was very dirty, feces or blood on the outside of the toilet, room and bathroom floor sticky and filthy. The shower has previous tenants' body hair left over. Had a non-smoking room but could smell cigarette smoke from the hall. Could hear music and other guest conversations from inside of room. Outlet covers missing on plug-in and missing smoke detector. As long as you're up to date on vaccines, you should be fine.
