It's SO LOUD. The rooms are ok (though mine had a massive crack in the sink), but there are doors joining the rooms directly together, and they are in no way soundproof. It sounds like your neighbors are literally in the room with you. I could hear every word of the program my neighbor was watching. The hotel also claims to be pet friendly, but they charge a $25 fee for the pet and pets aren't allowed on furniture. I don't understand how hotels get away with charging more for an animal. Do they charge more for children? They don't provide any 'extras' for pets, so it's unclear where that fee goes. Just charge a deposit so people can get it back when their pet doesn't destroy anything.

I thought the bed and the pillows were awesome. That is one of the main things for me. I like to having a guide on the TV that I could scroll through to find shows instead of having to randomly click through the channels

It was not super clean. The smell was not what I would call desirable, which led me to having concerns about bed bugs and clean sheets. We did find a hair under the comforter, but I'm going to chalk that up as a hair falling out while making the bed
