A little noisy due to location near busy roads

Facilities we're fantastic. Everything that was needed in kitchen and for BBQ. The view of the beach was fantastic and the location was spot on for proximity to shops, beach, marina, lookout walk. There was immediate support from staff for a minor issue and this was all handled quickly via text message which was extremely convenient as it was late evening when asking for support. The easy remote check-in was great with a young family and the process was easy.

Minor inconveniences: Blind in the main bedroom doorway too large and jammed in top of door frame (husband able to dislodge from where it had been jammed up extremely high) but had to sit wonky when drawn down and let light through (either directly towards the bed or directly towards TV that reflected back to bed). No electronic main door entry (key only) Dryer extremely high above washing machine and difficult to get clothes out/check all the clothing was out. Great location to shops and beach but extreme noise from the main road below. Difficult to maneuver around in underground carpark due to steep decline on entry and incline on exit. This more so when going to leave due to the layout and other people parking in the space where you could turn or parking well over the parking space lines. Suit number not referenced in booking or check-in information (needs to be provided on booking information to help with parking allocation, as this is not mentioned and only found out when we were in the car park and wondering where we were supposed to park and began searching and finally found the number written (mostly rubbed off) on the back of the key card for the lift and parking gate) but not anywhere else.

Beautifully appointed, spotless, great location, undercover secure parking ,loads of fluffy white bath towels and beach towels provided

Huge and gorgeous Hamptions Chic. Its so close to everything in walking distance. Lovely contact lady.

Even though the lounge was beautiful to look at, it's not practical. It's so low to the ground it's very difficult to get up from it.

Loved everything, the cleanliness, the space, the view, the furniture, the location just so spacious and luxurious, just everything.

We liked everything. The place felt so homely and not like it was just accommodation. We loved the view also! It was really relaxing.

There was nothing we didn't like. Once the doors and windows were closed, there was very minimal noise outside, considering the location.
