Booked this condo for my sister in laws bachelorette trip and we had so much fun. There was 8 of us that stayed in the room and we all fit comfortable. Per some of the reviews concerns, the condo owner did updated the second bedroom room and the bedroom is very cute! We did run out of towel towards the end of our stay, just because it was 8 girls and we all had to wash our hair. The owner did her best to accommodate us and get us more towels. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely book with Julie again!

Needs lots of work
This property needs lots of work… Lots of Rottenwood, rusted metal, outdated furniture, TV didn’t work, burnt out lights, very uncomfortable bed, toilets didn’t work, drains were clogged, and much more.… Not sure why someone would not spend some money making it nicer. Worst property I’ve ever stayed in Destin in over 20 years now.

Worked for us
This property was in a perfect location. Easy access to the pool, beach, and the strip. The property itself is older, but had everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time in the room, so it worked for us. Great vacation!

A Bit Older Than It Looks
This property is centrally located in Destin very near The Track, Target, WalMart, Publix and many great restaurants. The lobby of the condo is very nice and clean. There is a resturant and a separate bar on site. There is also a small store on the first floor, which is convenient for small purchases. The check in process and communication with the property manager was top notch. Unfortunately, that is where the positive aspects of this property end. In my opinion, this room is much older and out of date than appears in the pictures. There were several power outlets that did not hold anything when we tried to plug them in. When we tried to plug something up, it just fell out of the outlet. There is no washer or dryer in the unit. There is a very old washer and dryer on each floor of the condo, but you may have to wait if someone else’s clothes are left in it. It cost $7.50 to wash and dry a load of clothes. Overall, we were fairly disappointed with the stay at this property.

Great Trip and fun times.
We had 8 ladies and we all had so much fun. There is so much to see and do. There are lots of eating places right across the street. Walking distance to beach. We played in pools and nice hot tub. Also had 5 yr old come play. Got up early and walked on the beach and seen Dolphins. We loved the place and everyone was really nice. Julie the owner is very nice and easy to work with . The only issues were not having enough towels with 8 ladies but I went down the hall and used washer and dryer and we had plenty of clean towels. The place has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Definitely would go back. Thank you Julie for a memorable Girls Trip.

Needs some Up keep!!
The condo needs some painting and updating. Furniture in the 2nd bedroom needs replaced it was terrible, we had to fix the bed frame and the table light you had to plug and unplug to turn it off and on. There was several lightbulbs out and the slider kept getting stuck and the screen door kept falling off and we had to continually put it back on the rails. There was zero instructions on how to use any of the televisions. And the toilet seats needed to be replaced. The condo slider doors faced the ocean but the side window really just shows you the hotel to the side of you. Really not much view of the ocean. The Condo has lots of potential but needs some updates, our friends got another condo in the same place and there’s was beautiful and had been updated for about the same money. Felt like for what we payed for it, it should have been nicer.

Best Friends Getaway
My friends and I arrived early and were able to get into our condo early. It was perfect for what we needed. There were 3 of us. Everything, from the check in, to renting beach chairs, to the comfort of the condo itself was wonderful! We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!!

Will come again
There wasn’t a thing we would have changed about our stay. The views were amazing and the size and description of the booking was exactly what we were expecting. It was near many attractions and restaurants. Would recommend to other families, especially with young children. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and splash pad (wasn’t open yet due to early season) and the walk is very short to the beach.

The property manager communicated beautifully and was very accommodating, even got us in the condo a couple of hours early. The condo was clean and equiped with everything we needed except for fully operational chairs for the beach. Apparently the guest before did not report them broken. Also, this property does not allow guest to use their personal umbrella's on the beach which means an additional charge of $20 or $30 a day is added to your stay to rent an umbrella and or chairs. Because this is not explained in the property description, the property manager did give us a $100 credit which was very nice. The chair rental company will not allow the umbrella's up if they feel the wind is to strong so guest stay covered to avoid sunburns and no refunds are given. This property is very tired and could use a complete renovation as could the condo.

Perfect spot in the beach and the VIEW!
Great place to stay except you have to pay to do you laundry and it cost $4 to wash and dry so we spent a lot of extra money to do two loads of laundry each day but the view and great time we had made it worth it! Julie answered all of our questions and was very prompt in her response. Thank you!

Did I mention the View from the Living Room as well as the master bedroom was AMAZING!! It was truly breathtaking... This is definitely going to be a go to spot for future vacations. Property and location were great! The front desk check in staff member was rude and not efficient at all. The property pool was not heated, hot tub was unavailable, and restaurant on site was closed.

Nice place, lots of cooking supplies, linens, nice view. Be aware that home "umbrellas" for beach are not allowed on property, we didn't and found another area to use. They allow tents though. Overflow parking for a 2nd car is across the street behind chik fil A which is a pain, but doable.

The 2 bedroom unit was lovely and nicely furnished. Beautiful ocean front balcony was enjoyed often. Anything and everything you would need was in unit. Kitchen very stocked . Even had books and puzzles to enjoy as an added perk.

Condo was very clean and well laid out. Comfortable beds. End unit, up high, with great beach and city views. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooks (even cookbooks!) Easy access to beach and close to lots of restaurants, and other attractions if weather is warmer.

Had never been to Destin but we enjoyed our stay at Sundestin condos. The property manager was excellent to work with. She checked on us after getting there and during our stay. Loved having a front desk to ask questions and they were so friendly and helpful.

Perfect for family of 4!
Updated condo, clean! Beautiful views of the Gulf (when it wasn't foggy). We were so glad this resort had an indoor heated pool, the kids spent most of their time there! The outdoor hot tub had a view of the gulf! Will plan to visit the area again! Host was very accommodating and responsive with questions! The only thing we had trouble with was the main balcony door was very difficult to pull open, we just used the bedroom access to get on the balcony! In talking with others at the property, it sounds like we lucked out getting an updated unit with 2 bedrooms and views of the gulf! We enjoyed our vacation so much! The sugar sand and views of the beautiful gulf will have you forgetting about home as soon as you arrive!

We had a few issues with the front desk at the property. But the actual property management company for this listing was phenomenal. The condo itself was great. We would rent with this company again just because they were so great. Communication was wonderful and so organized. The condo was clean and in great shape. Would definitely rent from them again.

Memories
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This was an impromptu trip for my family because my husband is battling some serious health issues & said he needed to get away & make some memories with us. The staff were very considerate of the fact that he is disabled & they always were eager to assist him.
The condo was very clean & spacious. Perfect for our family of 4. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and then there is an additional side window in the living room that gives another lovely high street view. It is fully equipped with everything.... plenty of extra towels & sheets & every kitchen appliance needed.
I sent a message in the middle of the night to let them know that we would be checking in during the very early morning hours because my husband had a late doctors appointment then to add that the ride was difficult for him so it was taking us significantly longer than expected. I received a text late morning just to check to see if we made it in safely & the gesture spoke volumes. I really appreciated the level of hospitality that was extended to our family & the concern to make sure my husband had a comfortable & enjoyable stay. Our weekend memories were priceless & we are thankful.

Great Getaway!
Though a side-facing unit, the view of the ocean and sunsets was incredible. Unit was well maintained and tastefully decorated. Would prefer not to be on a main highway, which was undergoing construction during our visit, it was easy to reach great restaurants in the area. The white sand beaches were cool to touch in the hot sun unlike darker sand beaches. Walks in the morning along the edge of the surf were the best part.

Great time in Destin
Our family enjoyed our stay in our unit. The condo was clean and met the needs of our family of six. It appears to have been updated in the last year, and it's lovely. The management company was excellent from start to end! We enjoyed the communication and the follow through with the manager. The only thing is the overall complex needs a facelift. You can tell it's dated, and it appears that they tried updating the lobby. However, outside of that, the rest needs some attention. If you're looking for a great place to stay, then this is the place!
