Had no meals...it would be useful as people are travellers to supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets and make sure each kitchen unit has a gas bottle...

The kitchen which I was fully equipped did not have many utensils. There is no sitting area to eat in private. The couch was worn and stool burnt. Nowhere to put my own toiletries in bathroom. No side tables in bathroom. Nightguard slept all night only switched on security lights at 0248. Guardroom and laundry area very untidy andu have to pass them to access rooms.... terrible first impression. Kitchen equipment was biggest disappointment but caretaker and his wife were very helpful and kind.

Very quiet location with exceptional views. I will definitely visit again.

The location and setting were absolutely amazing. Loved it. The rooms were better than the pictures showed. Very clean, spacious and well appointed. I'll certainly be back.

Absolutely nothing

Very quick and seemless checkin experience. Wilson was very hospitable, explained everything.

There were some maintenance issues with the sink/taps leaking in the kitchenette. I raised this with the caretaker and would like to believe the owner is addressing this issue. A work desk and proper coffee table in the living area would be a great addition, much needed. Otherwise a good place to stay.

The place is located in a quiet place and has good facilities. They also have good internet. The caretaker and the owner is very helpful and actually sympathized with our cause. We will definitely return there should we need to go back to Harare. The place is clean and well kept, secure. The grounds are also superb.

The site has an old number for an old employee who has since left the property and it is difficult to get in touch with them. They said they have tried to change the number without success. Booking.com needs to help here and assist the property change the number.

I liked that it was clean and quiet. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. It was as the pictures depicted.

There was no Wi-Fi for the 10 days I stayed. The mobile service provider I use didn’t have service in the area so I would have to ask a colleague or friend to come through to the property to hotspot me to their phones whenever I had an online meeting. The property wouldn’t allow my guests in so I would be forced to have 2hr Zoom meetings in a car which absolutely defeated the entire purpose of me specifically looking for a place that would have Wi-Fi. Communication wasn’t always the best either because certain things could have been communicated to me upon booking or upon arrival. The host cited Covid-19 regulations for their changes yet they aren’t in their fine print which I made sure to check before booking. Had they communicated said changes before my arrival I would have happily chosen a hotel where I could have met with my family or colleagues in the lobby instead of parking in a car outside the property like an errant teenager. This experience honestly felt like I was living at a hostel yet the same rules didn’t apply for the people who were in the adjoining apartment who had a constant flow of visitors and even had a birthday party.
