2019 sieht nach einem großartigen Jahr in Rehoboth aus. Tolle Wochenpreise im September mit beheiztem Pool. 3-Tage-Miete ab dem 24. September. Der Pool ist bis zum 15. Oktober geöffnet. Dieses brandneue Haus wurde im Jahr 2015 fertiggestellt. Die geräumige erste Etage verfügt über einen offenen Küchen- / Wohn- / Essbereich mit 10,5-Zoll-Decken, Massivholzböden, einen Gaskamin, eine große Gourmetküche mit Arbeitsplatten aus exotischem Granit, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl sowie 2 Geschirrspüler. Erster Stock Meister kennzeichnete kundenspezifische runde Dusche, doppelte Eitelkeiten und Jacuzziwanne. Seiteneingang Mudroom, hat Waschmaschine / Trockner und Keramikfliesen.
Der private Hinterhof verfügt über einen 13 x 24 Zoll großen Pool und eine 12 x 19 Zoll große Terrasse mit Gasgrill.
Die zweite Etage verfügt über 5 Hauptschlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Der Master im zweiten Stock verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Die Wet Bar im 2. Stock hat Granitoberflächen, ein Spülbecken und einen kleinen Kühlschrank, sodass Sie für die erste Tasse Kaffee nicht die Treppe hinunter müssen.

The house is as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds in the back and the two living areas, both with big TVs. Some areas show signs of wear and some parts of the cleaning process could have been better.

The house was beautiful and spotless. It was the perfect set up for four couples. The host seemed to anticipate anything we could possibly want. The kitchen was well set up. There was even a tool drawer that came in handy. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, hitting all the shops downtown, and tons of restaurants. We appreciated that the host David stopped in to tell us about a little glitch with the alarm. Because sure enough, it went off at 2 AM and we had the heads up and could fix it. We are looking forward to returning next year!

It's a beautiful property. We loved the space. Each room having it's own bath was wonderful for privacy. Gorgeous kitchen, well stocked with cookware and utensils. The huge dinner table was great for our family. The family rooms were quite comfortable. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. There weren't many things wrong with the space . However, the light switches were a bit of a pain. They weren't marked and some were installed upsidedown. I wasn't a fan of being jarred awake by the sound of the dumpster nextdoor being dumped. Had the lights been less of a pain and the home not right next to a restaurant parking lot it would have been perfection.

Fantastic house which resulted in a fantastic vacation! I’ve been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over 35 years. We have stayed at many, many houses during this time. The Pines has been hands down the best! A beautiful house, clean and very comfortable for two families. The pool was terrific after a nice day at the beach. David, the property manager, checked in with us in person upon arrival and made sure everything was just right. I would love to stay at this house again in the future.

INCREDIBLE!!!! The house was immaculate and extremely well appointed. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing. The pool got a ton of use to soak and float with cocktails! The location to “downtown” was the perfect distance and the beach was an easy, healthy walking distance (half mile).
We were initially concerned with one “neighbor” being a restaurant parking lot (my wife and I aren’t night owls:)) however there were zero issues with noise. The Neighbor to the other side is an owner and he was pleasant and welcoming.

This is a great house. It is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for a large group to gather together and yet to have separate space when desired. There are two big seating/living areas, two eating areas as well as the pool and back patio (with a dining table), and each bedroom has its own bath. The house was very clean and well-equipped. David was easy to deal with – he is very responsive and helpful, and is nearby if you need him to stop in. The house made for a great experience for our family beach vacation.

We are a group of six friends that travel together frequently and spend one long weekend each October in Rehoboth. This property was perfect for us. There was plenty of comfortable sitting areas for both eating and relaxing and we each had our own room with comfortable beds and ensuite baths. The location is one block from the main road and we walked everywhere. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. So much so that we are planning to return next year. Thanks David for sharing your home with us.

Great space, everything in walking distance
The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking for large groups. The location is accessible (about 10 min walk) to the beach and boardwalk. The driveway can accommodate 3 cars. Restaurant is next door, another down the block, and coffee shop is at the end of the block. The manager is very accessible and responsive to any questions.

Extremely comfortable house for 6 adults and 5 young kids, even on a rainy day. Great location to the beach, boardwalk, playground and Rehobeth Ave with all the shops/restaurants. Very clean and incredibly stocked kitchen.

The home has every amenity and comfort you could hope for....private bath and large screen tv in every bedroom, fully stocked kitchen with high-end glassware and cookware, fireplace and more than enough room for our family of 8!

The house is wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect. The pool nerds to have the tile scrubbed. Dumpsters at the restaurant next door are noisy in the morning when emptied.

From the location to the amenities and the responsive service this house couldn't be beat. The heated pool was a favorite for the kids on cooler days while the beach and boardwalk were a short 10min walk away. Lots of space to spread out with a clean modern design. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful house and great location
We are so happy that we have stayed here for our 5 days vacation. It is a beautiful house with heated pool. The property location is very convenience. The house is modern and great layout of 6 bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has a lot of tools and equipment. All the space are used in the house and good size for 15 of us to move around. The only thing that is not prefect is that on Saturday early morning(around 6am) the trash truck came by to pick up the trash. There is a restaurant right next to the house and the trash can is right near our fence. It was very noise. Anyways, this is a minor problem. Overall, great experience and fun vacation. My kids did not want to leave. We will be back next year.
The owner David has stopped by twice to check if we are all good. He came when we arrived and when we checked out the property. He is a very nice person.

Rehobeth beach!!
David was AWESOME!! The neighborhood was superb the children loved the house! The pool was a little piece of heaven. the beaches are clean everyone was so pleasant. We will definitely be back.
