Private Studio Within Walking Distance to the Beach, Restaurants, & Shops
Uriges Studio-Apartment mit eigenem Eingang, nur wenige Blocks vom Corona del Mar State Beach entfernt und in Gehweite zu Restaurants, Märkten usw. Doppelbett und Liebessitz, Flachbildfernseher, Wifi. Separates Badezimmer und Schrank. Keine Küche, aber ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Keurig Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle, ähnlich wie ein schönes Hotelzimmer.
Kürzlich renoviert und sehr sauber und gemütlich. Strandtücher und Strandkörbe zur Verfügung gestellt.
Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 31 Tagen muss ich die 10% ige Bettsteuer nicht berechnen.
Auch eine große Villa mit einem Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen im Obergeschoss. (VRBO-Eintrag # 832650).

The studio is super-clean and beautifully decorated, as pictured and describe. The details are so well planned - we were in town for a wedding, and we appreciated having a full mirror, iron and ironing board, and lots of hangers and room in the closet, plus bottled water and snacks on the coffee table when we arrived. The location is wonderful with close access to great dining and the beach. Our hosts were very kind to us when we got turned around on our way in. The studio was quiet for the most part, and the bed was very comfortable. It was extremely hot while we were there, so we appreciated having an extra fan we could bring out at night, as there is no air conditioning. I would definitely return.

Queer platonic partner flew and we had a spectacular stay. Easy parking, lots to do in walking distance. Good quiet neighborhood. Safe space for lgbtq partners to spend a weekend.

Colleen’s property is in perfect walking distance to Corona Del Mar destinations - my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her little slice of Paradise.

The property was as described in the listing. Property manager was very helpful. She notified us that the unit was available for early check-in and she reached out twice during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely considering staying here again. Great location—short walk to the beach and several stores and restaurants.

We traveled to attend a celebration of life for family. We felt very comforted and at peace in this great little place. We found ourselves saying okay let's go home at the end of each day out and about.

Colleen is very helpful and lives on the property.
Despite not having a stove, it is not difficult to just use a micro oven to heat up local cuisine. There are lots of options for meals prepped and sold at Mother’s Market or Zinc Cafe just to name a few.
I would stay there again My visit was 4 days.

Property is clean and comfortable. We slept well. Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. We will definitely dray again in the future when it’s available and we need a short getaway.

The was very clean and comfortable. I like that there was laundry on site. The beach was in walking distance. The host provided beach chairs and beach towels. I highly recommend this cozy getaway.

Our stay at this Corona del Mar studio was wonderful! It truly is in the best location possible. Walkable to restaurants and cafes and the beach! We would wake up grab breakfast at the French cafe and then walk to the beach. We also brought our car and there was always parking available right by the entrance to the studio. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate my husband’s 40th.

Everything about this little studio is perfect. There are so many little shops on Coast Highway and it’s so close to a few local beaches. I drove to the beach every morning. I can’t wait to stay again!

This little nest was perfect, seemed so much larger than a studio. It was close to everything in Newport Beach. Clean, great community great communication from the host. Will be back!

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe. We enjoyed the local coffee shop, Grounded Coffee and how close it was to the beach!

Colleen's Studio was a perfect fit for my husband and I when visiting our son and his family. The place was lovely - comfortable bed, loveseat, nice bathroom, and added conveniences of a Keurig coffee machine, small refrigerator, microwave and toaster. It was within walking distance to their home and PCH for a host of restuarants and coffee shops. We will definitely stay again!

Had the pleasure of staying at Colleen's studio, perfect centralized location to the beach and restaurants. Although we had an unexpected plumbing issue- Colleen was communicative and promptly fixed it and making our stay as comfortable.

Studio Del Mar is a cosy and well appointed place to stay. My wife and I travelled from Australia to visit family in the area. We found Colleen to be easy to contact and communicate with.
Studio Del Mar is easy walking distance from shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach.
The accommodation has convenient and private access. It provided us with all the amenities that you would find in a hotel including wifi, toilet/shower, snacks, comfortable bed and coffee.

After a long day of flight cancellations, I arrived late at night and found Colleen’s directions spot on. I was greeted with any amenities I’d need to feel like I arrived home. The apartment is cozy and in a great neighborhood right near restaurants, coffee bars and a short walk to the beach. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I were visiting our son, wife and grandson. This was a perfect place to stay. Great location-super clean. The host had provided everything we needed-coffee, cream and sugar, snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we come for another visit!

I felt well taken care of by my host. It’s a very comfortable and quiet studio, yet close to the PCH and all the conveniences there. Quick trip to Starbucks in the morning and walks down to the beach. Fantastic!

We had a nice bed, good water pressure in the shower, and a fresh cup of coffee on demand. Close to the friends we came to visit. Would stay again anytime.

Clean, cozy, thoughtful provisions, beautiful walks to ocean. Would stay again, but needs better airflow- like a fan or exhaust, since no a/c. Bathroom activities effect the air quality in main living area. Bed was very comfy but couldn't sleep in past sunrise when the home began heating up. Definitely stuffy in there, but opening windows & doors eliminates any privacy & security; nice safe neighborhood though. Hard for romance if you're shy.
