Although breakfast was not provided, the overall stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and the heater proved to be efficient, which is particularly important for me as a non-native to the country.

None at the moment. We shall return with a longer stay and give an accurate feedback.

OK inrydded kjøkken og fint baderom.

Leiligheten lå på en annen adresse enn angitt på booking, ca 10 min å gå. Leiligheten så betydelig anderledes ut enn på bildene. Det var angitt at seng er på egen soverom men det var en stor rom med stue, soverom kjøkken i ett.

Die Küchensusstattung war sehr spartanisch. Alles in weiß und zweckmäßig, aber unpersönlich und ungemütlich.

I got clear instructions on where the box was and it was rather self-explanatory on how to collect the keys I also got the email the morning of my arrival that they keys were already waiting for me to be collected.

The apartment I was staying in was not present in the pictures and I made my decision based on the pictures presented at the Booking but ultimately it was not the property I was staying in. It's a bit misleading that the actual property is not on the pictures.

The apartment is relatively in central location and quite clean.

Super tight room and soft beds, limited space in living room gives us trouble for four suitcases. Meanwhile we booked for 1x double bed and 2x single beds room but got 2x double beds in the end, very awkward situation and don't even mention the epic key hunting part.

Il faut prendre la clé à 10min à pied de l appartement et avec les valises ce n est pas pratique.

Det var rent, ryddig og rolig. I tillegg er beliggennheten sentral. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Litt forvirring om søppelsortering og fargekoder - kun en bagatell

Syntes det var dårlig forklart nøyaktig hvor man fant nøkkelen. Jeg kom etter deres åpningstid og kunne derfor ikke få hjelp. Det var minusgrader og jeg brukte ca en 1/2 time for å finne nøkkelen. Etter det var alt virkelig ok :)

Very complex process to get to the apartment: received 9 emails with info given a bit each time. The apartment’s temperature was extremely hot and there was no way to regulate it. Called the host to get support and got the reply to “open the windows” (literally!). The apartment is showing few signs of missing maintenance.

We were given false direction and never found the keys and were forced to get a hotel

Apartment was a reasonable size. Bed was comfortable. Lady that came on day two to give us a replacement swipe fob was very nice and helpful.

Communication with apartment manager through the booking.com message process was poor. Payment process was outside booking.com and confusing. Check in was awful. No one to show us in. Phone number given to call for assistance was unanswered. Key pick up, carpark and apartment are all in different buildings. Person we eventually collected the key from was rude and unhelpful and when we asked for assistance said he had nothing to do with the apartment and worked for the nearby hotel. Apartment was very difficult to find with poor instructions given. Swipe fob to enter the apartment building front door did not work and we were given a working fob on day two. On day one we had to enter the building via garbage shute area, let in by other tenants. Tenants of the building said they had assisted other people who had rented this apartment with the same problem of the swipe fob not working. Smartwatch given for entry to the carpark did not work initially and instructions to find the carpark were poor. Ended up having to park under a shopping centre and pay for that. Apartment is not nearly as nice as the photos suggest. It is hot. Stove top is very slow. Courtyard is a slab of concrete covered in weeds (see photo).

On warm days ,there was little ventilation.

Very clean and quiet location with many restaurants and shops close by. The size of the apartment was perfect for a couple. Having a washer and dryer for clothes was very nice.

Not having a fan in the bedroom and only 1 key.

Well equipped and comfortable. Great location close to supermarket, shopping centre and restaurants.

Front door lock a bit tricky

Apartment was nice and quiet, nice shower and well equipped with all you would need. TV and internet easy to get going, nice balcony with chairs.

Driving downtown Trondheim is terrible, parking was OK. It would have been usedelig to have street address to Bakklandet hotel were key pick up was. There could have been one more chair at table, we met with a friend for a drink before going out.

It wasn’t easy finding the apartment. A map was provided with the check-in envelope but it still wasn’t easy. there’s no number to the building or a name to the building or the apartment number while one is on the street trying to locate it. I thought maybe it was me, but the following day I saw another guest on the street struggling to locate the apartment. so yeah pls fix that part. rest was great

The shower water was not heating up as expected, some issue with the faucet. Needs maintenance to fix.
