Good locatiom. Excellent breakfast.
Very small room and even smaller bathroom. You couldnt walk normally around the bed but had to squeeze yourself around ir, and you couldnt bow down in the barhroom without opening the door with your bum.

The breakfasts were amazing!
Excellent location within walking distance of the train station and close to restaurants.
The room was larger than the Thon Hotel in Oslo, where we had stayed the week before. The room we had at the Oslo Thon hotel was so tiny that we considered cancelling our reservation at the Thon in Trondheim, thinking it would be just as small. Glad we didn’t!
The shower was small and it wasn’t easy to use. Difficult to turn the value to adjust the water temperature.

Nothing to be honest. the water was hot I suppose, and the shower was powerful enough. but that is the limit.
Everything. the staff were uncivil and unhelpful, the bed was hard, the rooms were dark and small, the restaurant was closed for dinner, there was no where to sit and relax, it was a huge disappointment.

Bathroom too small no shower matt seems room is for single occupancy bed not suitable for2 people and we are average size.

staff not particularly helpful, more like a processing line. don't expect too much help if you're trying to find where to park.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and beautifully set up. Even when arriving early in the morning, we got our room and could buy the breakfast for 13€ (a very good deal in Norway ;-)). Location close to main railway station and walking distance to main attractions, restaurants etc.

Rarely on our travels we met a breakfast you could eat a whole week of. Literally everything you could wish for was there. Several kinds of egg, all of excellent level, accompanied by the best bacon/sausage. Huge variety of meat/cheese/fish. Hot and cold vegetables. Glutenfree options. Fruit in many ways (sliced, smoothie, juice). There were even lemon and ginger shots. It's all a lot, but it was still sorted out very delicate. The room itself had a fantastic shower and a beautiful view towards the train station with the fjord behind it. The staff was very friendly.

Your receptionist Òse was exceptional... friendly, welcoming, informative, very pleasant. Good old-fashioned hospitality.
Bteakfast was very good. A wide range of great food available smorgasbord style. Delicious.

Great breakfast, convenient location. for day time sightseeing locations
Noisy and loud at night. While it is a great location during the day; at night it turns into hell for those who are not in the bar scene. At 3am my husband went out to look around and said the sound, revelry, yelling coming from every direction. Difficult to sleep thru it. Also the staff were the least friendly of all our Norway stays.
