We liked the convenient location close to the centre of town and the spacious suite 629. It was well equipped and had a separate living area. The staff were helpful especially Nina on Reception. The breakfast was really good with a huge selection of food. The small gym was clean and well equipped. We liked the free fresh fruit at reception. We liked the Cafe Dublin close by. It was great to have a kettle instead of the pod machines. The room was very quiet too

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Trondheim! The staff was nice and pleasant and the coffee machine in the lobby was a great touch. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Most comfortable bed I slept in. The city view was spectacular! Breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety of hot and cold food and a very pleasant dining room.

The hotel was beautiful and a really good, central location. Breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of choices and good quality. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice, and the coffee machine by the reception was a lovely feature to grab a coffee before heading to the room for the night.

We found it puzzling with the lack of general information in the room. As in breakfast times or check out. There was no phone in the room, and as we needed an extra duvet, we had no idea how to call reception as we had no number either. The hotel had shutters at the windows, which we couldn't control. They would suddenly go down, and we didn't have much light in the room and vice versa. Annoying we couldn't control this ourselves.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Nice addition to have the conditioner on top of the shampoo. Really loved the Nespresso coffee machine for breakfast and for free use in the hall.

The size of a single room is really small. The wifi is not very reliable. The cast/streaming system to use the TV in the room is very nice in principle but unnecessarily complex in practice. Additionally, this remote control systems is quite annoying, as my Android phone was allowed control over other rooms' screens.

Excellent location, great transport links, welcoming staff and great breakfast selection.

This is an excellent hotel which is well located for everything in central Trondheim. It has a major bus stop outside to enable travel in the locale like the 26 bus to Bymarka ski area. Our room was well appointed with electric window blinds and a step free rain shower. The reception staff were friendly and accomodating. The whole hotel was also spotless. Another excellent part of this stay was the exceptional breakfast with a huge choice of hot and cold food and drinks. The breakfast dining area is nicely decorated and has a huge amount of seating. This hotel also has a pub/bar and two restaurants which were great places in their own right. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Trondheim.

It would have been nice if the integrated pub/bar and restaurant had been open on a Sunday.

Tiny room. Terrible view. Absurdly small bathroom. For the first visit and first use of the hotel, we expected that Superior Family Room would be spacious and family friendly. The room was small so that after all sleeping space was set it was nearly impossible to move around. The bathroom was so tiny and claustrophobic. It was of maybe 1.5m2. Never seen smaller bathroom. It was of a toilet size. The view was at the other hotel walls and staircase. This was room 303. Perhaps other Superior rooms are better. This was disappointing 😞

Great breakfast, great location nearby sights and shopping. Nice espresso/coffee machine in the lobby for extra caffeine on way out of hotel.
