Beautiful Cozy Cottage in Assembly Park.
Schöne Miete zur Verfügung in Assembly Park, Delavan, WI. Drei Schlafzimmer mit einem Vollbad in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Doppelbett und eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt auch zwei große Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle. Es gibt eine wundervolle Frühstücksbar mit Platz für 8 Personen, einen großen Küchentisch, ein Sofa, einen Liebessitz und einen Sessel im Erdgeschoss. Das Cottage verfügt über Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player. Um Sie abzukühlen, gibt es eine große Fenster-Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss und eine Klimaanlage in jedem der beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Fenster umschließen das Haus mit Blick auf den See. Ein tolles Deck auf der Rückseite umfasst einen Tisch, Stühle und einen Grill, um alle Fische zu kochen, die Sie tagsüber gefangen haben. Auf einerinhalb Hektar gelegen, verfügt dieses Anwesen über ausreichend Parkplätze für mindestens 4 Autos. Viele tolle Restaurants, Geschäfte und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. We loved our week long stay here! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (Kids 11, 8, 4) and even had my Mom and brother visit for a night from IL. The location is perfect, tons of parking. Games for the kids / family, internet, TV, A/C! We would come back again!

The Perfect Lake Cottage
Great open layout with ample space for all our family’s needs. The location is great with a nice view of the lake from the front yard. We’ll definitely be back.

My only con would be that there wasn’t any extra toilet paper and no paper towels. I’m sure Art would have resolved these things quickly, but we weren’t there long enough to even mention it to him. He was fast in his response to all questions, so I have no reason to believe he wouldn’t have been with this one! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. We want to come back and utilize the lake next time!

Cottage Getaway
This cottage is in a wonderful family vacation community, a short walk from the lake. Nice space to spend with the family indoors or on the deck. Cookware was somewhat lacking- bring your own if you need cookie sheets, pots/pans, or other bakeware. Grill is older, with plenty of propane.

Cozy cottage in great location!
Perfect for 3 ladies to relax and unwind. Lake Geneva 20 minutes away. Found some neighborhood gem restaurants in Delevan. This cottage is located in a private association and you feel like you've arrived in a blast from the past with a quite neighborhood on Lake Delevan. Owner is great with communication.

We had an amazing time! The cottage was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We had 7 guest and all had plenty of space. Art was incredibly responsive if we needed anything at all. We cannot wait to go back!

We loved our stay in Assembly Park at this sweet, modern cottage. It was clean, open, and bright, perfect for letting our daughter have some space to play and lots of room for the family to eat and spend time together. Amazing Cozy Cottage by Lake Delavan!
This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay while visiting our daughter in nearby Sharon, Wi. We had a delightful time relaxing and enjoying the view as well as the accommodations. It was a pleasant experience to talk with Art, the owner, who was also available for rental arrangements as well as any questions or needs. The weather was absolutely gorgeous this time of year! We plan to stay here again!

Cozy, clean and bright!
Have stayed in Assembly Park all my life and cottages can vary wildly. This lovely vacation home is clean and bright. Plenty of communal space. A downstairs bedroom my aging parents appreciated. Two upper bedrooms. (Dressers, no closets, so plan accordingly.) Only bathroom on main floor. A nice, open kitchen. Simply had to bring food and drinks. Easy communication w owner. Would stay again.
