The variety for breakfast although the cups for juice and coffee could be bigger. Had to make multiple trips to get drinks. Sunday morning there wasn't any regular bagels out. And had to ask for the waffle mix to be refilled

Cost of room expensive for just a place to sleep. Beds could have been more comfortable

The bed was super comfy, staff was very nice and accommodating

We got a hot tub suite but the hot tub was dirty so we didn't use it

Pull out couch was full of dirt under the desk was very dirty.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and always making sure to ask how everything was going when we walked through the lobby.

Fans in pool area were a bit loud but nothing too bad

So many problems. Trying to get my money back because the housekeeper walked in on me showering. Wouldn't get out. Hot tub didn't work. Housekeeper also threw away my clothes for no reason.

The rooms were amazing! Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve been too. The hotel was able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms even with the short notice of booking the hotel.

Where do I start! Upon entering the room, we initially thought "not bad" but let me tell you, it got bad. We found a VERY DIRTY TANK TOP in couch. Blood on the bathroom floor. A consistent long beeping noise that happened all night. We first complained about the beeping. Front desk sent up someone who did not speak any English, so he could not understand what our problem was, and promptly left. Next was the tank top, we picked it up like you would a dog turd in a bag and brought it to Andrew at the front desk. Andrew! Where do I even get started? We tell him about the tank top and our concerns with maybe the pull out couch not being clean, which he promptly shut down with "What do you want me to do about it?" I was pretty confused as I don't know, either give us clean sheets or move us rooms? Instead Andrew continued his tirade of "It's a clean couch, nothing I can do, what do you want me to do?" He started giving us a HORRIBLE attitude and being sarcastic. I asked him "I'm being very nice to you, very respectful, why are you being so rude to me when I'm here for my wedding?" and he YELLS at me "OH now I'm ruining your wedding?! Yeah right, whatever." Like a teenage boy. He honestly continued with some kind of power trip towards us 4 women. Then he walked away and refused to acknowledge the issue. When we came back, Lina was working the front desk, and was much more helpful. Gave us a clean sheets, and apologized for Andrew and told us he was having a "bad day". Listen, it's tough times. I also work with the public, but we were 100% calm and never were disrespectful or rude. Feel free to watch the cameras. Booking was NO HELP with the refund, nor was the hotel really. Hotel said booking has to issue the refund, they've been impossible to get ahold of and then offered us $100. What a joke!
