Felt like it was in a safe, clean and nice part of the city and the overall situation with cleanliness, no smoke smell and other that actually made it good

It looked a little shabby. The temperature in the room was very hot and it was cold outside. We turned on the air conditioning, but it kept going off.

Room was DIRTY. Stains all over the bed sheets and blanket it was disgusting

There was a bed.

Not a very clean room. Subpar breakfast. Splatter on wall decor. Stains on curtains. Not very hot showers. Not full tissues or toilet paper on arrival. Wobbly table. Dusty.

That it was in town and we could walk everywhere

That the elevator was broken and you have to go outside to walk up 3 flights of stairs that was really rough for 2 seniors I would have like to have known about it prior to booking.

The location and price was nice.

The bathroom door would not open all the way due to hitting the toilet. The room was huge to have such a small bathroom. The lobby area was very dated and I couldn’t find staff to assist with the limited continental breakfast.

The room was dirty, plumbing was bad in the bathroom sink, water took a long time to go down and room was dated with a strange odor. We first were given a handicap room. Representative said we'd have a view of the lake but we had a view of the parking lot instead. I just checked my account to see I was charged 249.87 on July 21st then full amount 412.91 posted July 25th which is accurate. I have no idea why they took out 249.87 but my bank handled it. Never again... do better!!!
