We had a wonderful time at Arturo's villa. The unit needs a little updating/maintenance to receive that 5th star but the location and amenities of the property were fantastic. It may also be worth noting because it's not clear in the pictures or description that this is not a stand alone villa, but rather a unit/apartment in a building with about 10 others. We LOVED Bahia beach and will absolutely come back. The golf course, boat house, spa, pools and beach are 5 star! The food was great and the resort staff could not have been nicer.

My husband and I had a great one week stay with our two teenage daughters. The layout was perfect for our family and the location was wonderful. Arturo was a delightful host and went above and beyond to make our stay hassle free. He pleasantly took care of any needs we had while we were there and was very attentive to us even before our arrival. I highly recommend staying here if you are considering it!

You have your own villa in a resort setting steps from the beach club. There are a half dozen restaurants, a couple of different pools, a long beach with warm water, etc. The staff is very attentive. Tons to do for adults and kids. Get a golf cart!

Arturo was helpful starting from when we booked the place to when we left. He arranged transportation for us and suggested restaurants to try. The place is very clean and so close to everything you need. There were a few minor things wrong with the condo but Arturo got right on it and also offered us a complimentary mid week cleaning. We got the golf cart and passes to St Regis because we had a baby. We went to that pool and the restaurants at St Regis. Very expensive but it was good. The pool at our condo was just as nice and we liked the restaurant there as well. It was 2 minutes from our place. This is a great place for families with children and also golfers. So much to do and walk the beach and trails. All the people here are very friendly and polite. We felt like we were in the tropics. Beautiful foliage everywhere!

From the moment we drove into the property, it was evident that this was going to be a stay unlike any other. Arturo's hospitality was a shining example of what makes a trip memorable. He was kind, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand or offer a recommendation, ensuring that our family felt right at home. The residence we stayed in was an absolute gem. It comfortably accommodated our family of 8 and just steps away from several pools and private beaches. The resort itself is a haven of amenities suitable for all ages. Nestled within a secure gated community, it boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, golf course and so much more. While the resort had its own dining options, we were delighted to find an array of restaurants outside its gates and the close proximity to local grocery stores meant we could easily stock up on essentials and treats. A highlight of our trip was the mesmerizing Bioluminescence Bay. Witnessing the waters glow in the night was a surreal experience, and it's undoubtedly a must-do for anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Our first time in Puerto Rico was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the impeccable accommodation and the warm hospitality shown by Arturo and the community. We are already looking forward to our next visit. If you're considering a trip to this Caribbean paradise, don't think twice - this is the place to be.

The villa was nice…you have to take groceries there is nothing to even get you started like to make a pot of a coffee or a bag of snacks. The golf cart is a must and you don’t need to buy the day passes for the resort because nobody ever checked for them and I never even received any confirmation they were ever actually bought by the rental company. We used the concierge at the resort for help since the Cakypso team didn’t seem very interested in helping us book trips. The food at the resort restaurants is expensive but very good. The Boathouse was fun for the kids.

The treat of the staff was excellent. Annie, Jr and Arturo were super attentive. We loved the facilities, our villa, the environment, nature, the pool and the beach. Also in the pool area we were treated super well. We hope to return!

The apartment and Beach club are amazing. We did enjoy and I recommend renting a car so you can also enjoy all the wonderful cuisine Puerto Rico has to offer, has the options on property are limited. It is about a 30 min drive, mainly on freeway to San Juan which has some delicious restaurants.

We stayed at Arturo’s lovely villa for four nights. The location and the villa itself are incredible! It is steps away from the beach and pool. The beach is stunning and completely private. The villa is tastefully decorated and kept really clean. Arturo was very attentive and responsive to everything we needed. With guest passes to St Regis, all hotel amenities are accessible pretty easily. We will definitely return!

Place's small TLC wasn't a bother ( One bath clogged , or uneven temperature in two bedrooms were handled naturally by the openness layout if this place, great Art!

We wanted a treat. A one-night special time for my son's arrival. He is attending college and was joining us for our family holiday -just for the weekend. The room was super pricey, but we thought - let's do it. Something special. Then came the forms to fill out ASAP (we were in Rincon without a laptop so filling out forms on my phone was less than great). It wasn't one form - it was many forms. Within the forms was additional fees to ENTER the resort. Photos, Covid cards. Forms with severe financial implications for penalties. Hold your bags? $500. Dent the golf cart? $1,000. It was offensive, honestly. And the first time I felt stress in PR. Was it nice? Yes Was it worth the price and the hassle? No.

If Arturo offers the property tour on your first few days take him up on his offer. It will set the tone for your stay. Making you well informed and better positioned to take advantage of everything offered on property.

The villa was impeccably clean and well appointed! The location was fantastic: a short walk to the pool, beach, bar and restaurant! And within walking distance to the resort hotel, tennis, pickle ball, golf, and the water park. We had a blast and Arturo and his team took care of all of the planning and logistics so we didn't have to worry about a thing! He was also very responsive during our stay with any last minute questions or requests. I highly recommend!!!

First off - I have ocd and other health conditions that require the upmost sanitary arrangements. This property is 10x better than the pictures. Its fully renovated - about 1 minute away from the beach - and 5 steps from the St Regis club house that had great food and drinks. Above all else Arturo was more than accommodating. He answered every call text and inquiry. He arranged multiple rides for me as I was here on business. He was professional and gave total family vibes! When I come to San Juan I will only be booking with him!

Perfect getaway
The property is amazing - a lovely getaway that feels remote and quiet but lots to do on the property to keep kids, teens, and adults happy. The condo is very spacious, well-decorated and clean, and as noted is very close to the beach and a great pool. We all add more than enough room to gather and to have personal space. Arturo and his team are so nice and ready to help with anything. They checked in on us on an unintrusive way and we’re very helpful with my mom, who had arrived on her own and has mobility issues.

Bahia Beach is simply unmatched and condo was stunning
The condo itself is very nice and very comfortable. Arturo and his team were incredibly communicative - checking in ever so often and quick responses to questions. Location of this condo is great! Short walk to all pools (~1 min) and the beach (~2 mins). We opted not to get a golf cart and it was totally fine (we got our steps in!) but given the location of the condo we didn't need it.
Bahia beach / St Regis is just unmatched. We've stayed at other places in Puerto Rico and every time keep going back to Bahia Beach. It's worth every penny. You have access to St Regis, Las Ventanas pool (which is right off the beach) and the beach club pool. There is also the boathouse which is my kids favorite! The gated community is large, however it remains very quiet and private even during spring break. We were the only ones at the Las Ventanas pool for 7 of our 8 day stay.

Arturo and his team are fabulous. If I could give 6 stars I would. They provided great recommendation for things to do outside the resort and the accommodation at the resort were fantastic. Walking distance to multiple beaches and pools. Arturo’s place was very clean and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Beach Resort Villa
This space is absolutely wonderful! Arturo is a thoughtful and very responsive host who has taken into account every detail. He even made arrangements for a custom tour of El Yunque for our family and provided excellent guidance on where to go and what to do in the area. The villa is spacious, elegant yet comfortable, especially for our two children. Thank you, Arturo!

Bahia Beach is relaxation
This location is a wonderful escape from the usual days in our busy lives. Just walking a few steps, we were able to have sand in our toes. The quiet beach and pristine accommodations made the weekend perfect.

This town home was great , Great location in Puerto Rico and the property itself is beautiful esp with the proximity to the hotel . Arturo is fantastic and very helpful. His crew does an amazing job with excursions, trips to town or anything you need. our family had a blast , would highly recommend

Very enjoyable week long stay
Beautiful resort, villa is very close to the beach club pool and beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Comfortable space for six with a bathroom for each bedroom Nice kitchen amenities and grill. Only downfall were hiccups with dishwasher, washer and dryer and golf cart. All were addressed fairly quickly but detracted from a stress free stay and no compensation was offered for the multiple inconveniences.

Fantastic Condo and location!
We loved this condo! My mom has super high 5 star standards and loved this. there are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, great zen decor, outdoor seating/dining area. Everything you need! it is just a couple minute walk (really right next door) to the beach club which had two gorgeous pools and sets up with umbrellas on the beach. we enjoyed dining at the restaurants on proprety and also using paddle boards and bikes. Highly recommend! Arturo was very helpful and easy to work with!

Property was spacious and two minutes walking distance from the beach. A few minor maintenance issues, but the management responded favorably. Kids and adults had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Bahia is one of our favorite places to vacation in Puerto Rico...So beautiful and so much to offer! Nevertheless, the villa is so wonderful that you don't need anything else to have a memorable and relaxing vacation. Luxurious and yet relaxed; state-of-the-art and yet classic; this villa's setting promotes togetherness and enjoyment...simply perfect for a memorable family vacation or to simply unwind. Arturo and his staff are professional, welcoming, and pleasing. I highly recommend their properties for an experience you will forever cherish.

Bahia Beach is one of the top resorts in Puerto Rico and this villa is located near the clubhouse and other amenities. The villa is modern and spacious. Arturo is punctual and responsive. Our group enjoyed the experience and would definitely book again.
