We stayed in this house for a week playing games with lots of friends. It was a great space with lots of comfortable beds and lots of tables to play games on. The property is secluded and beautiful. The directions for checkin and check out were clear and easy. This is our second time staying here, and we definitely want to stay here again.

House was large as advertised. Great areas for large groups. Maintenance and cleanliness were a bit forgotten. Close to d'town, airport, the mountains and anything you would need or want for a large outing.

We had a wonderful time there. The home is spacious and very clean. Checkin was easy. Plenty of room for parking. Good location for restaurants and activities. It was great for a family reunion of 37 people ages 6 months to 75 years. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay in Lisa‘s house. We were there for a nonprofit board meeting. The large kitchen was great for catering and meals. We used Elizabeth’s Catering and would highly recommend them as well! There was plenty of room for the caterer to set up a buffet as well, as for all of us to eat around the island in the kitchen.
The 10 of us were able to hold our meeting around the large dining room table that was right off of the kitchen area.
The outdoor space is great for hanging out, grilling if you want to, and playing outdoor games! The house has cornhole, giant Jenga, ring toss, and a few other outdoor games. Inside, the ping pong/pool table was fun as well!
The only thing to be aware of is that there are only four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A fifth bedroom has a bathroom down the hallway that is essentially a private bathroom for that bedroom. Two bedrooms in one upstairs area share one bathroom. Three bedrooms in a second upstairs area share a very unique bathroom set up. Most bedrooms are set up with multiple beds so that you can fit a lot of people in the house if you need to!
We had a couple of very minor issues and Lisa was very quick to respond and help us address those in a timely fashion. Prior to our arrival, when I had questions and reached out to Lisa, she always responded quickly. She is a great host!
We would absolutely return for another stay at this home!

This house was perfect for our large group. Almost every bedroom had multiple beds - even though we only used one bed in most of the rooms, there was an upstairs area of the house where we had several single guys sharing rooms, so having multiple beds in each room was so convenient. We also loved that a lot of the rooms had their own bathrooms. This was especially nice for the married couples in our group for privacy.
My favorite part of the house was the main kitchen. It had a huge island and lots of seating so that a lot of us could gather together at one time, with the rest of us just in the next room at the dining table or in the adjacent living room. The younger adults in our group loved the game room. But everyone was in agreement that this house was a perfect way to be together for the weekend.
The host was amazing! She was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond both before arrival and during our stay. Everything really was seamless.

We are a non profit and take combat wounded veterans to Snowbird for adaptive skiing. The house was perfect. Lots of bedrooms so everyone had their own bed. The kitchen was clean and fully functional as we had a cook with us. The family room was great for hanging out. The guys loved the hot tub. The communication w host was prompt! We will definitely rent again!

The location is great. The house was clean the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large enough for all of us to be in there doing things together. There’s also room for all of us to eat together at a single table plus many rooms where people could gather or just be by themselves.

Even though it rained one day, the kids had fun with billiards, movies and games. Bathroom toilet handles have to be held down to flush. No plug in the jacuzzi tub. We just enjoyed being together as a family. We brought too much food to eat.

Our family reunion was a great success. The accomodations were excellent for ages 7 months to over 70 years. Each family had plenty of personal space with extra room for our teenagers. It had enough space for lawn games in the front. Thank you.

First let me start by saying how amazing Lisa has been and her help accommodating our numerous flight arrivals went above and beyond. We came for a large event in Salt Lake and had 20 of our team members together and this property was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed and lots of rooms to lounge and hang out. The beautiful pianos made a great time for us to sing and bellow out loud, and of course, everything we needed was equipped and we didn't have to go to the store for anything except food. We are grateful for the chance to stay here as it worked out perfectly. Thank you and until next time!

We held our family reunion here and we all managed to fit comfortably in this house. We had about 17 people stay at the house with no problems of people feeling cramped. There were plenty of rooms (many bedrooms had extra beds that we never used) and space to either have individual personal areas or everyone congregate together. The house is a bit of a "frankenstein-home" with different areas just connected to one another, but in the end, it was more than adequate in providing our family with a great space to meet together. The property manager was very attentive and easy to get a hold of. We were even able to get an early check-in which helped a lot for some of our families.
There were essentially 4 wings to the home, so multiple families could have their own areas and not get in each other's way as well as large open areas where everyone could meet together. Plenty of individual break-out rooms for separate events/activities could occur if desired.
The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of devices (multiple coffee makers, crock-pots, etc . etc.) and no shortage of crockery and flatware. There were also multiple kitchens/fridges if you needed them, but we just ended up using the main kitchen area which was plenty for our purposes.
There were 2 pianos as well as billiards/ping pong table and plenty of separate rooms to hold activities to keep everyone entertained. The hot tub was also nice to allow everyone time to relax and unwind.
The outdoor grill and picnic area was nice as if you had your own picnic shelter at a public park. There was also a nice public park within walking distance for those with children who wanted to play on a playground or just run/bike around.
Overall, this house was great for our vacation.

We had a great stay! Some dishes in the cupboards were not very clean and we had to reassure. There wasn’t extra toilet paper but the manager brought some over. A breaker flipped in the kitchen and we had no access to turn it back on. But it served our needs for a large group.

My friends and I had a great time at the house! The property was in a great location and very close to all the amenities. We had a little toilet issue but our host, Lisa was fantastic and addressed the issues within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Utah.

From start to finish absolutely nothing to complain about. Spacious, super clean and comfortable. We’ve never stayed in a place so perfect for what we needed. A place for everyone to sleep and also have some space for yourself. There was nothing that we couldn’t find in this house from cooking utensils to appliances, blankets pillows laundry supplies. What a great place and great stay for large groups! We traveled to SLC for a hockey tournament and the boys and parents will NEVER forget our stay, and much of that has to do with this place! Great place to stay for large groups, we had 22 people join us for Christmas and we had a great time! Plenty of beds and private rooms that fit our party perfectly. Huge living room for getting together on Christmas morning, and loved the huge kitchen! Awesome stay! Thank you!

The home was warm, inviting and nicely decorated for the holidays. It accommodated our family of 34 people, 14 adults and 20 kids ages 14 and under. Many in our family went skiing/snowboarding at Brighton, the Cliff spa at Snowbird and sledding at a nearby park. The house was close to everything! There was plenty of parking, an outdoor BBQ, ping pong/pool table, hot tub and piano for our family talent show. The big “main” kitchen and family room/dining gave us plenty of eating space. The combined dining and “red” family room was big enough for all of us to gather to open presents. In addition, there were many “other” rooms for people to chat or chill in. House layout was “funky” but after we “learned our way around” we settled in. Lisa was communicative and responsive to our needs! We would stay there again!

It’s a huge house with lots of bedrooms but it’s 2 houses combined so it’s a weird floor plan. It’s an older home with uneven floors and shoddy workmanship inside. But the kitchen is big for everyone and the living room. The bedrooms are nice and the 2 acres is mostly unusable. But we had fun together.

This place is one of the best I’ve found for a group gathering. My friends and I gathered for a Thanksgiving celebration and having a giant kitchen and places for everyone to sleep was just what we needed.
Lisa was a fantastic host and was quick to reply. The house had everything in it and I recommend it for any large group gathering.

This house was so great for our girls' weekend- plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of sitting/talking/laughing areas. And such an interesting house- so many nooks and unexpected spaces. We loved staying here. Plus, it was so close to all the things we love to do. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful location for our family reunion.
We had 28 people staying at the house and it was a perfect location. There is plenty of room for all with hang out zones throughout the property.
The kitchen is well stocked with every item and utensil needed for large family dinners.
The side yard was great for family games and eating. The pavilion got a bit hot in the afternoon though, so our dinners were on the lawn under the shade of the trees.
The property location is great for day trips with quick access to downtown sights, hiking, Park City attractions and shopping.
