This was an awesome property with a beautiful view! Peter was kind enough to bring the over 50 ladies fans, one for each of us! Location was close to everything without being right downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing and convenient location for Sedona outdoor activities. Everything provided in a home you could ask for. Nothing negative about this property.

We loved staying here during our honeymoon. Very clean, well kept home, and the heated bathroom floors are the best! Great floor plan for group fun if you bring the whole family, but the bedrooms are all far enough away that everyone has privacy.

House was conveniently located close to stores and restaurants but also gave us the feeling of being off the beaten path. We loved the cleanliness and attention paid to practical needs. House was well appointed and gave us a homey feel. We absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars.

This updated, stylish home had everything we needed, and was so quiet and comfy with nice views from the deck. The jacuzzi was a big bonus at the beginning and end of the day. It was walking distance or short drive to many restaurants and great trail heads. We look forward to coming back again!

An immaculate, well furnished and comfortable property with everything we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed relaxing on the outside deck. A great location on a peaceful residential street, but just off the 89A, so very easy to get around. In close proximity to many beautiful walking trails and other attractions and Downtown Sedona is just a few minutes drive away. We also went to some nice restaurants and a couple of bars within walking distance along the 89A, as is Wholefoods, Bashers and Safeway for provisions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return.

We loved the house. It is thoughtfully furnished with attention to details and amenities. We especially loved the outside balcony. The view is spectacular. I highly recommend this property.

This is a great property. It is just a short drive to everything you will want to do in Sedona. It has a beautiful view of Cathedral Rock from the Living Room window and the deck. They are great hosts. My wife and I forgot a couple of items and they shipped them to us. Stay here for your trip to Sedona.

The location of perfect! It is super close to grocery stores, restaurants and uptown Sedona. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and sitting on the deck watching the sunset on Cathedral Rock was awesome! The house was beautifully done with all the comforts of home. It had everything you could need to cook meals and relax after a long hike. We would come back and stay here again without a doubt!

We selfishly considered not reviewing Peter's property, to increase our odds of getting it again for such a steal of a price. Everything about our stay here was phenomenal. This is hands down the nicest rental property we've ever been to. The property has an amazing layout that feels like a home away from home, numerous bathrooms and bedrooms, a hot tub, a great view with a beautiful picture window, large closets and comfortable bedrooms and beds, a kitchen built for entertaining and cooking with beautiful stone countertops, and plenty of natural light from every direction. Its hard to make a list of whats best about it, the materials used throughout the house are modern, beautiful flooring, HEATED tile in the bathrooms, large shower with multiple showerheads, we really could go on and on. The living room has a massive TV but honestly we never even touched it. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the porch, the privacy of being able to sit outside, and the incredible amount of space this rental offered. It was perfect for a 2 person getaway, with the ability to relax in the hot tub after the numerous hikes we took, and the location benefitted from being literally in downtown Sedona, so it was typically a 10 minute drive at the most, from all of the popular destinations. Checkin process was quick and simple, with contact-less modern checkin and the host Peter was very communicative and easy to reach. They even dropped off extra laundry detergent (without us asking). We cannot wait to stay here again!

For our family this is the perfect location. It is close to many hiking trails, some are even within walking distance. This location is also close to grocery stores and good restaurant options. The house is clean, comfortable, and the owners are responsive to our inquiries. This was our fourth time in Sedona and second time at this property.

Gorgeous views of the Red Rocks, fantastic hikes at the end of the road (challenging and easy), relaxing hot tub. One of our favorite VRBO finds. House was clean with comfortable furniture and beds, hosts were great, neighborhood was both quiet and friendly. Close to delicious food, grocery stores and hikes. We highly recommend!

Great house! Perfect for the 4 of us on a ladies getaway. Hot tub was a nice perk. The herd of javelina’s were an extra little surprise. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was extremely clean and nicely remodeled. Proximity to town and hikes was perfect. The pictures weren’t not as sharp as the house was which is opposite of what you usually find.

Vacationed in Sedona to hike, relax and regenerate. This property was perfect for the stay- clean, lovely, welcoming and comfortable inside with beautiful view of red rock. Everything we needed had been provided. Great location. Close to trails, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the deck in the morning. We cooked some of our dinners in the gourmet kitchen. Kitchen is well-equipped! Living area was spacious to read, watch movies or play games. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub under the stars. Will stay here again if possible.

One of the best places I have stayed in all my travels. The lay out of the house was perfect for privacy for all. The jacuzzi was also private in the back yard and a wonderful finish to long days of adventures. Thank you.

Fabulous spot in Sedona, close enough to everything, nice neighborhood streets for relaxing evening walks. Owners very responsive to questions and needs, easy check-in/check-out. Many hiking opportunities very nearby, just really enjoyed our stay. Would rent this home again on our next trip to Sedona.
