Unser Stadthaus in Strandnähe befindet sich am ruhigen, privaten, schneeweißen Sandstrand von Crystal Beach. Von März bis Oktober profitieren Sie von 2 Strandstühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Dies ist ein Privatstrand. Niemand kann seine Liegen hinter oder um Sie herum aufstellen! Wir besitzen den gesamten Strandbereich vom Deck bis zur Wasserlinie! Genießen Sie unser Stranddeck, Grill, Schwimmbad, WiFi, Soaker Tub in der Master Suite. 3 Ebenen mit Terrasse und Balkon auf jeder Etage bieten die ultimative Privatsphäre für Familien. Dieses Stadthaus im West End bietet atemberaubende Sonnenauf- und -untergänge sowie einen herrlichen Blick auf das kristallklare Wasser und die schneeweißen Sandstrände! Es ist perfekt für Familienurlaube, Versammlungen, Kurzurlaube und eine kinderfreundliche Umgebung. Als neue Eigentümer sind wir in dieses Anwesen nicht nur wegen des Zugangs zum Strand und der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang verliebt, sondern auch wegen des 1. Stocks, der als Studio-Apartment genutzt werden kann, um es zu einem weiteren Mietobjekt zu machen oder als 4. Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, ein eigenes Bad, eine Küchenzeile, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, eine große Eismaschine mit 3 großen Fenstern und eine Tür, die den Raum abschließt. Wenn diese Tür geschlossen ist, gibt es eine Tür im Flur, die nach draußen zum Achterdeck und hinunter zum Strand führt, um die Gäste in diesem Schlafzimmer nicht zu stören. Wir können bis zu 11 Personen beherbergen und machen es zu einem 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Strandgrundstück in Destin, wie auf jedem Foto beschrieben. Garage nicht inbegriffen. Wir sind 3 Blocks von "Destin Commons", Bass Pro Shop, Rave Theater, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Beachside Restaurants, am Strand Tiki Bar, Minuten von Grand Boulevard Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 3 Meilen von Kelly Plantation Golf Resort, sowie Regatta Bay Golfplatz und San Destin Golf Resort. (Bitte keine Haustiere erlaubt / nicht rauchen)

Christine's home is amazing!! Beach was breathtaking! Condo was flawlessly clean and stocked very well! Lots of beach toys, towels and extra pillows and blankets. Beds very comfortable. Will stay again!!

We recently stayed at this fantastic beach house in Destin, Florida, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the water. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a spacious deck, plenty of seating, and a grill for evening barbecues. Christine was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

This home is equipped with everything you need for your beach vacation, chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, even an ice machine. We saw dolphins every morning from our balconies while we drank coffee. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great week at the beach.

Beautiful townhouse very close to the ocean! They supply everything you need for your stay plenty of beach chairs , beach toys, and even some baby accessories, this location is perfect right in the middle of everything.

What a great property! We enjoyed everything about our stay. It seems that you thought of every little thing that we would need to make us feel right at home. Our intention for this trip was to relax and enjoy the beach and we did just that. The views of the sunset from the second story deck were spectacular. The townhome had everything you could possibly need! Tons of beach toys, kayak and paddle boards, beach towels…you can leave all of that at home! The beach is so close that the kids can be out on the sand but still visible (and within yelling distance!) so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while they are out playing! We had a great time!

Absolutely in love with Crystal Beach and this fantastic ocean front beach house. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our group of 8. The private beach with included daily umbrella & chair set up was absolutely perfect. I watched the chair rental company ask people who didn't belong to leave the private beach area!! Having access to the Kayak's & Paddle Boards made beach play even more fun!!! Oh, and each bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, EVEN LOTION!! Beach towel and chairs provided as well -- all in great condition! Nice welcome gift which I used EVERY ITEM. The Dodson's were fantastic with all our requests/communications. We did the fishing excursion they recommended in the welcome letter and it was PERFECTION!!! We rented golf cart and scooters right down the street and had a great time tooling around Crystal Beach and beyond! Really fantastic location -- 5 minutes or less to great shopping, including grocery -- all accessible by golf cart! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I WILL BE BACK!!

We have always gone to pcb but the last time we booked there it was a disaster. The property was not as described. We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay in Destin. The property was in the perfect place. Very beautiful. The only not really problem was that we had basically a family reunion next two town homes over and they took over the deck. The property was so private for everyone in our group. The studio on the first floor was great for a newly engaged couple. The access to paddle boards really was great! We walked to Camille’s every day which is great! You really are in a very central spot. Check in was so easy. We will return.

Wonderful rental that is set up to truly let you unwind and enjoy the beautiful beach. The lower outdoor deck was a favorite space as well as the beach chair service provided. Just a few steps to the beach and water! The townhouse is updated and setup well to meet all of the guests needs. Several beach towels and beach gear also pro king the host! We will definitely be back to Destin and this will be our preferred rental on our next trip.

We couldn't be happier with our rental experience. The unit was spotless & had all the comforts of home. All of the extras make a huge difference when you are the renter. Not having to go out & buy shampoo, soap, spices, trash bags, toilet paper....etc is such a relief. Who wants to go buy all that stuff on vacation? I got a little too much sun on my first day & was so happy to see every bathroom stocked with even aloe!
I forgot my razor. Guess what? Every bathroom had razors, toothpaste & toothbrushes.
The unit is beautifully decorated with quality appliances & furniture. We had absolutely no complaints & would absolutely stay in this exact spot again. Thank you for a wonderful & relaxing week.

This property was amazing! Perfect if you have older kids 8 and up we let them run on the beach & could watch from the deck. It was so nice not to have to bring extra stuff ie; beach towels, washcloths, spices, sugar, coffee filters. We did Walmart delivery & boom done shopping ! Christine is the best host answered all my weird questions for months leading up to our trip ! And Tara the cleaning person is awesome as well We arrived a little early but stayed out of the house until check in & she told us she was done cleaning the house was super clean & she is a sweetheart!! We hope to be able to visit again in December!!

We had a fantastic vacation here. Easy parking, it was right on the water, paddleboards and kayak provided, 2 sets of beach chairs/umbrella set up every day , lots of beach chairs and toys available, the kitchen had everything we needed, keurigs on all three levels. The location is perfect too - close to many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We had a baby, 2 toddlers, and a 4 year old. Perfect for the kids. We also enjoyed the porches on each level, especially the one on the first floor, so nice to have a shower to rinse off when coming up from the beach. A perfect spot!

From booking to the time we left everything was awesome! Christine, the owner of our condo was great to work with. The property was immaculate when we arrived and we were able to get in a couple hours earlier than the normal check in. We were so surprised at how well stocked the condo was! There was very little we needed to bring from home other than clothing and personal items. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed this beach home. It was very convenient had everything we needed and was quiet with no crowds to deal with. Very relaxing.
Previous guests must have left a mess so we could t check in until 5pm or after and that was the only disappointment but once we were in all was great! We hope to come back again!
