First off the step was broke and a family member fell going up the stairs at check-in. Property manager was contacted and she said she was aware and days later had it repaired. Place was dirty, food and finger prints all over the windows. Ceiling fans had like an inch of dust/dirt on them. Stained ceiling tiles from water damage. Furniture in the main living room was so broken down, it felt like you were sitting on the floor. The grill had a gas leak from the main line and the pile of grease build up under the grill that could cause a major fire. The washing machine does not shut off on its own. You have to time it right when your wash is done and open the lid or it will lock and start a new cycle. I could go on! Very disappointed

This property location is great. Minimal issues getting in an out to the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. The property value paid was good for what we were after, but there are several things the property owner/management should address. The cleaning staff is failing, there is a lot of dirt in this home, potentially years of dirt under couches, fridge, between table surfaces and more. The home has loose trim, dented walls from door knobs, crack drywall (normal), bad weather stripping in doors, deck boards and picnic table are peeling badly and need repaired/painted. Property has a bad propane grill (listing said charcoal), washer and dryer are not good (many issues), ice maker worked sporadically, hot tub was bath tub warm (blower didn't work), and upon arrival our assigned door entry code didn't work. As for Maintenance, upon arrival the AC unit on top floor was not working, I called for help and they were on site within an hour to fix it and was able to fix it. A second call to the maintenance line and they were able to assist us on the door code and got that squared away for us. Yes, the back door was not locked, and we were able to get into the property. Not affiliated with this property, but the neighbors also had issues getting in their unit because of a bad pass code. All in all, the property worked for us, just had issues with the one year old crawling on the floor and coming up very dirty from the poor cleaning being completed between visitors. The location and readiness of the Maintenance staff to fix the much needed items was great. We would consider staying again here because of its location, but would hope that a few things were fixed and cleaned. Oh the resort pool area is a nice bonus to the property.

The property was large enough for the 13 people who stayed and the issues didn’t kill us… however, the property had NO view and was in need of a good cleaning and some repairs! One of the cupboards was broken and another was missing a handle. The floors were dirty and made our feet black. The counters had built up grime on them. The ceiling tiles in the basement had large amounts of water damage and some were even missing leaving the exposed plumbing and wiring visible. The toilet on the main floor leaked down directly above a downstairs bedroom so that water was dripping on the bed. Maintenance did come fix this but also stood on the bed with dirty shoes. The decks had cigarette butts and ashes on them. We found wrappers and random candies around the house. Additionally, we found a pull-up in a basement closet and a pair of boxers under the main floor bed.

Was a very nice cabin and fit our family well. Will defiantly stay again.

Our cabin was perfect! Very clean and in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Pigeon Forge. Very close to everything as well.

The overall condition of this property was horrible!! Everything surface, towel, bed, blanket, pillow, dish, glass, etc...GROSS!! After driving 10 hours I was looking forward to relaxing; that didn’t happen had to wash all the towels and sheets just to be comfortable! On top of having to go buy paper plates, cups, plastic ware because I WAS NOT EATING OFF ANY THING FROM THOSE CUPBOARDS!! Fridge did not cool below 55 degrees. I could go on forever but I will just say absolutely horrible property!!

I booked this rental for my birthday celebration. To start, there was a funny smell (possibly the carpet) that was on the lower portion of the cabin. The blanket that was in the closet in the bottom level of the house had a bed bug on it. I slept in that same room only to be awaken by bites from a bed bug that was in my bed. I was totally disgusted. I had gotten bitten all over my back. I removed my belongings from that room and then decided to sleep in the room closest to the front door. There were bugs in this bed, as well. My friend was also bitten in this bed. I now have bug bites all over my body now. I was bitten in my face, neck, hands, back and ankles. I called the front office only to be notified that the office was closed on the weekend. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied and I would not recommend this cabin at all.

Very clean property, great location

My two brothers and I decided to take our families on vacation. This place was very easy to set up for the rental. The location was good as far as close to town. Had REALLY REALLY close neighbors. The price was kind of expensive however the house did house 8 kids ages 14 - 4 and 6 adults. The house did have some malfunctions that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. There was a bath on all 3 levels, 2 of which were jacuzzi but only 1 of those works. Of the 3 showers only 2 worked. You change the roll of toilet paper and the holder falls off the wall. Pull the drawer of the dresser and the know falls off. The closest doors off track and leaning. The broom breaking in the middle from bring previous bent in half multiple times. All of these things we still managed to make the best of. However for the price it was a little upsetting to feeling like every little thing was falling apart.

Great space and location. It was as advertised and met our needs.

Just a couple of issues that would have made it more enjoyable. Not enough parking for size of home. Hot tub and fireplace wasn't working properly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the near future

Everything was so easy. No problems at all.

Being with family is always a great time. I would like to se this property fix a couple of things. The recliner in living room was broken... no one could sit in it all weekend, the pool sticks (one of them) had no tips on them, there was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent left as described. For the most part, all was well, just think the price was a little high.

The only think about the place the house don't have a number and we passed more that four time until we started knockin in door until we founded ( I really hope that we started in the correct house) and we have a Great time...

The cabin was cozy! We all loved the space. Each of us had privacy and space. We have two teenagers, and they really liked having their own bedrooms and separate space downstairs. The jacuzzi was very nice. However, the outdoor grill was in such a sad state that we were afraid to use it. There was grease everywhere and the porches needed repainting and some TLC. Also, the oven was dirty upon our arrival. The recliner chair had a broken right arm. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the week neighborhood was very quiet. We loved that we were able to enjoy peace and quiet, but be so close to Gatlinburg and all the sites and shops.

We were told the cabin had a charcoal grill so we stopped on the way to buy charcoal. Had to take it back because it was a gas grill. However, the gas barely worked. It didnt have a lot of pressure. Wanted to use it two nights but couldn't tolerate a second night dealing with the low heat. We had two other couples with us and it was very roomy and clean. A handle on the lower cabinet closest to the kitchen table kept coming off and we wished there was more seating outside as the seating that was there wasn't enough for six people without two of us having to sit at the picnic table. Which after a time, isn't very comfortable. Also, the right arm of the recliner is either broke or loose. I would rent again for sure. Just a few little set backs.

we had an awesome time the house was way bigger than what we needed and had everything you need the pool was nice too. The only thing we noticed is during the day it would get very hot upstairs but by the time we went to bed it was always cooled back off the sun shines right into the master in the afternoon i think is why it gets hot in there but other than that everything was wonderful!!

Gorgeous property only a mile from the strip. Hot tub, pool table and swimming pool big hits.

House was very nice and clean. My kids loved having their own rooms. My youngest liked the 5 squirrels that visited the trees right off our deck.

Great location with quick access to the main strip. We were visited by 2 black bears the first 2 days of our stay. Rooms were nice and clean. The outside decks could use more attention. Woodpecker is destroying the picnic table. Animal poop (dog) on top level deck. No outdoor grill available. That may be due to fire hazard but not sure. Overall nice property but to use some updating.

Enjoyed staying at this home, it was very clean and roomy, plenty of towels and never ran out of hot water, all floors had separate heat and air controls, plenty of bedding in all rooms, I think the only true negative was the parking, there was only room for one vehicle, which is really sad for such a large home

We had no problem with anything. Everything worked and everything was clean. We were there families of four and had perfect space and the location was quite but really close from all activities and restaurants. Looking forward for next time!

There was plenty of room for our family of 15, Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. We enjoyed the 3 level balcony

We were all happy with our stay. The cabin was clean and attractively decorated. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Grandchildren could play downstairs and adults talk on main level. We could see Dollywood fireworks from top level. It was a great location from the Pigeon Forge strip. Only problem was the surprise of the extra VRBO charge. We assumed it was included in cabin fees and did not notice that fee until it showed up on our credit card bill. We will not book through VRBO again unless the fee is more prominently displayed.

It was convenient to everything nice and clean and very tastefully decorated And comfortable there is two minor issues one the rug in the living room with tripped on it a few times because of the corners were wore out and the grill was not clean and there was grease over the burners we could not get the food to be fully cooked and we have to discard the food but all in all I will definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to friends and family

Parking could have been a little better. Great location.
