1. NO HOT WATER RUNNING IN THE TAP. 2. SHOWER MALFUNCTIONING….I COULD HAVE MY BATH FOR 2 days 3. THE CARPETS ARE DIRTY 4. THE TOWELS NEEDS REPLACEMENT

Location was good for visiting family

Bed covers smelt of damp washing unfortunately. Carpet was filthy and the blind above the bed had so much dust on it if we moved it at all we would have been covered in dust.

Facilities in the room. Steep stairs. Above a take away, fire risk Room needs updating, old a dirty carpet. Looks like everything has been bought from a charity shop. Blind above bed was full of dirt and dust.

Located in convenient place for our needs.

The mattress needs changing as also pillows. Seen better days. Decor was ‘tired’ to say the least. Stairs steep and no hand rail. No fire alarm, especially as above restaurant/take away. Keys don’t work first time round and should be marked to show what door they open to save trying each one each time. Sorry to grouse but two nights on a very small uncomfortable bed didn’t go down too well.

It did what it said on lid. Perfectly adequate for late/early check in/out. Wouldn't be suitable location wise for longer stay.

Electric shower didn't maintain steady temperature, maybe owner not aware, but actual flow of water brilliant.

There was no breakfast at this property

Didnt like climbing the stairs due to a bad back

Location for our needs we good, easy access and location. Met all of our needs!

But my TLC to the grouting in shower. Could do with a repaint to the walls. Hot water takes a while to warm up in the sink.

We were unaware of two steep flights of stairs and no bannister into the property. Stained carpet, old uncomfortable bed. Odd mugs and no cereal bowls. Scratches all over paintwork. A shabby tired looking room.

Self check in and check out.

No extractor fan in shower. Ripped wallpaper and mould spots. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Floor is on a camber and very noisy. Dodgy electrical sockets. Old rickety furniture.

Room was in the loft, up a lot of stairs. Carpets were sticky so I wore shoes all the time. Bed seemed old. Room smelt
