"Evangelyn" ist eine sehr saubere, gepflegte Erdgeschosswohnung in der 218 West Arctic. Diese Wohnung gilt als direkt am Meer, Sie müssen jedoch eine sehr ruhige Einbahnstraße überqueren, um zu den beiden verschiedenen Strandseiten zu gelangen. "Evangelyn" ist eine von 3 Wohneinheiten in einem Privathaushalt. Es gibt eine Einheit im Obergeschoss und zwei kleinere Einheiten im Erdgeschoss. "Evangelyn" hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad. Schlafzimmer eins hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, einen Schrank und eine Kommode. Schlafzimmer zwei hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein zusätzliches Doppelbett, zusammen mit einem Schrank und Kommode. Die Betten sind mit Laken aus 100% Baumwolle ausgestattet. Diese Vermietung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse, eine große Waschmaschine / Trockner, Comcast Wifi, Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player und Direkt-TV-Service. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Picknicktisch, an dem Sie im Freien sitzen und speisen können. Dies ist ein wunderbarer und einladender Ort, an dem sich die Gäste zurücklehnen und entspannen können. Befindet sich weniger als zwei Blocks von Restaurants, Geschäften und dem Pier entfernt und dennoch auf der ruhigeren Westseite von Folly. Großartige Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wunderbar für eine Einzelperson, ein Paar, zwei Paare oder eine kleine Familie.

This is our second year staying here and the property is perfect for us. We don't like being inside much so it provides the minimal support we need, while being literally across the street from the beach and a few short blocks from town! It's so easy to come in and out and the beds are really comfortable. We will be back :)

It was a perfect spot for us. While some repairs need to be fone (hello we were there the end of July, can you say beyond busy time!) the house clean and perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach and very doable carrying a chair even with a bum knee. No steps to climb was a very great added benefit for us "older" ladies😁 The only thing missing was a view of the ocean but for the price we paid, we understood that limit. The dunes were pretty though. It was a great stay!

Overall nice place to stay and the location to the beach and shops is perfect! We suggest providing more beach chairs, we had to purchase 2 of our own and leave them there. Provide better outside eating area, provide charcoal grill would be nice along with an outdoor umbrella. We recommend updating the bathroom and kitchen area. We recommend replacing front door and if possible add a screen door. All around we enjoyed our stay and look forward to being back next year!!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here! It was very clean and conveniently located to the beach and shopping and entertainment! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Lynn who was extremely kind and welcoming! We will be back!

over all good, a few things needs to be addressed. the (up stairs) neighbor t.v. could be heard (clearly) from the door that was bolted and locked (leading upstairs). the entire place needs a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom vanity needs to be replaced.

I have stayed at Evangeline before with family & kids, so I knew that it was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to have a quick, last minute Folly visit this time around. The home was as before, clean/tidy and comfy. The location is one of the best; across from the beach, in the quiet area but still a short walk from everything such as Center St, pier, restaurants & shops.

We truly enjoyed this rental and everything within it. Every step was covered and very easy to utilize. The location was just perfect with 2 small children and senior adults for getting to everything (beach) especially. It was the best arrangement for us. Thank you for offering a safe very clean and exciting place to visit and stay. This was just perfect for the Easter week and getting to visit Folly Beach! 5 stars to you. P.s. we tried to clean the sand off the floors before we left because it was so clean when we arrived. Have a wonderful season. We loved all of it!

Great location. The only minor negative is that there was a lot of construction going on that we were not aware of. One of the construction truck's battery died and we ended up having to jump their truck - no problem, so a lot of extra activity with the construction.
We loved our stay though and would definitely return.

Great location, very clean, perfect for a sister getaway.
Our only issue was with renters in one of the other building units that did not respect the quiet hours. We easily heard all their noise through the shared wall, one night until 2- 3 AM. 😳 It did help some when we closed our bedroom doors.

Wonderful Place, Perfect Location
Our little family of four absolutely loved our stay at “Evangeline”! The location was perfect - short 5-minute walk to town and a super short walk to the beach. There are public restrooms and showers right at the beach access, which is great if you don’t want to track sand into the rental. The apartment was super clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. The living room was the perfect place to rest, play board games, etc. after a long day on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to make it our annual Folly Beach rental location. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive to our questions. 10/10 recommend

The location is truly 10/10. The end of the street is nice and quiet. The rental is across the street from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the Main Street with restaurants and shopping. It was a nice quaint lower level apartment to keep our belongings and sleep.

It was wonderful being so close to the beach while also a couple blocks away from the main street so it wasn't so loud in the evening. The set-up was perfect for a family with the two bedrooms.
