Beautiful up-graded beach block 1 bedroom condo with pool. Steps from boardwalk!
Wunderschöner Strandblock in der obersten Etage mit 1 Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen und Blick auf das Meer und die Promenade. Befindet sich an der E. 19. Allee. Die Küche ist mit Granit, neuen Schränken und neuen Geräten ausgestattet, darunter eine 2-in-1-Kaffeemaschine und eine K-Cup-Kaffeemaschine. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 große Betten und das Wohnzimmer über ein Schlafsofa aus Memory-Schaum für zusätzlichen Komfort (Bettwäsche und Badetücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden). Das Gebäude umfasst einen Parkplatz, einen Aufzug, eine Sonnenterrasse mit Grills und einen beheizten Pool mit separatem Kinderbecken. Das Gerät verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage und 2 Flachbildfernseher. Tolle Lage für Familien. Einheit ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe aller Promenadenattraktionen. North Wildwood bietet auch gute Restaurants und Nachtleben. Das wunderschöne Cape May ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Muss 25 Jahre oder älter sein, um gemäß unseren Richtlinien für Eigentumswohnungen gemietet zu werden.

Very clean condo no issues with the condo. No washer and dryer as advertised. People partying with loud music in the general deck area. My car was parked under deck and beer was poured over onto my car.

The condo was perfect! Great location one block from the beach and boardwalk. I was impressed at the cleanliness. The pool was well cared for and the owners of the other condos are so friendly. Would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely well-equipped apartment/condo that is a close walk to the boardwalk and beach. Fully equipped kitchen, nice furniture, updated modern unit. All utilities work very well.

My parents, daughter and I come to Wildwood yearly and this place does not disappoint! This year was our second time staying here. It is clean, convenient location to beach and boardwalk and the owner is fast to respond if you need to talk to him. The pictures shown represent the place. I plan to come again to this beautiful property. When you find a place that is clean, has a great property owner and close to everything you love for your family, why look anywhere else.

My family and I stayed here this past week, and really loved the location. The beach and boardwalk is a short 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the convenience of watching the Friday night fireworks right from our balcony. The manager, George, is really friendly and helpful, and other residents who live there are also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was super clean, decorated so nicely, and the location couldn’t be beat! But my most favorite part was the balcony. We watched the Friday night fireworks from there after that was suggested by other reviewers. They were great! We also sat out there for morning coffee and happy hour too, so lovely! The pool was really nice, we had it all to ourselves and it was comfortably heated. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the door to a keypad lock for added convenience. The lockbox is okay but a bit of a pain so we just carried the keys with us but then thought we lost them for a stressful few minutes.

Just a block from the boardwalk, this was a nice little beach condo very central to everything. We went in the off-season so anywhere you had to drive had ample parking. Even when the weather kept us at the condo, it was very comfortable

This is my first time using VRBO. I was a little hesitant but the owner was amazing! I received emails and text about the check in process days before I arrived. The instructions were very detailed! The owner was available to answer questions I had with timely responses! The owner even checked on me the day of check in to see if I needed any help. This was an awesome experience. Very cozy condo and well kept! I enjoyed my stay in New Jersey!!! Would stay at the same condo again next year!

This was my 3rd stay at this condo since last October. I absolutely love it here. The decor and furnishings chosen by the owner are perfect for the size of the condo. It feels comfortable and open. The views and the close location to the beach.... Wow! It's perfect! I have been to this condo in October of last year and June and October of this year. My only regret is not coming and staying for some Friday night fireworks. There would be a perfect view from out front :) I will definitely be back again.

Everything in the unit was exactly as pictured. We had no issues during our stay. Beds were really comfortable. Also, the owners of the other rooms at the hotel throw a party for the holidays and allowed us to join in on the fun. Highly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, beach block, an easy walk to the beach. The boardwalk is right there, so super easy to get your steps in each day! The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything by we needed to cook some meals (breakfasts and dinners). The managers and full time residents were super friendly, too. One of our favorite places we have stayed over the last several years that we have been coming to WW. Definitely recommend, and hope to be back ourselves.

Perfect Getaway Spot!
We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The unit is exactly like the photo's. It was clean and had everything we needed and more! We like to come to Wildwood several times a year and this place is just perfect. It is in a great location, close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Raymond is excellent! He left great instructions for check in/check out & was reachable/available for any questions. We will definitely be back to stay here again and again.

This property was outstanding! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, cozy, and inviting! We had a wonderful weekend away and would definitely recommend it. The place is not large, but feels bigger due to well thought out furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. The condo is full of beach vibes and charm. We loved it!

George has done an amazing job keeping the Mali Kai in pristine shape and is so nice to talk to. This unit we stayed in before and it's was perfect. Location location location. Condo is beach block and just a few minute walk from beach and boardwalk. Watched the fireworks from outside our fifth floor room. Place was clean and has everything we needed for the two of us. Had a super relaxing time and would recommend staying here.
