Perfect for us. We bought food from the shops and sat chatting and eating all evening. The property had everything we needed for. Great catch up.

A wonderful home from home. The suite has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay. The kitchen area was well fitted out and made our short getaway super easy. The views from the dining area were stunning. John the host was super friendly and checked in with us at the start and end of our break. He was easily contactable if needed. With Lyme Regis just ten minutes’ drive away, we had the best of both worlds. Busy days out followed by quiet nights in.

First class facilities with plenty of room.

We loved the location with stunning views and the vicinity of Lyme Regis. The room was very spacious, and was fully kitted with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very good and the host brought it to our room for us to enjoy.

The bathroom light was a bit scarse for me but apart from that all was in good condition.

Lovely location with gorgeous views from dining room window. Large bedroom with comfy bed; under bed storage; wardrobe & drawers. Large en-suite with two person bath & piping hot water. Didn't get chance to test the shower but it looked great. Nice little kitchen area with fridge freezer; oven; hob; and microwave. Off road parking.

Although fairly well stocked, the kitchen area was lacking in one or two essential items which would have been a little frustrating had we been staying longer. With only one saucepan & one frying pan, it would benefit from another saucepan and a few more utensils such as a colander; serving spoons; etc. Despite having the extractor fan on, when the oven door was opened to take out some bread rolls, the fire alarm went off (even though there was no smoke from the very clean oven). One of the bedside lamps didn't have a bulb & the main light was a little bright (perhaps a dimmer switch could be installed). The extractor fan in the bathroom seemed to come on whenever the light was switched on, which we found to be a little annoying, especially as it took a while to stop once the light was switched off again.

The location was stunning and very tranquil. John the owner is very welcoming and efficient. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Everything you required was available.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Absolutely no complaints.

We stayed in Netherleigh for a night. We love the place, great location to all the beaches, top quality accomadation, the whole apartment is very clean, and the bath a real bonus. John is great and go out of his way to ensure we have everything we need. The apartment is on the second floor and has great views. Definitely will be booking to go back again!

Breakfast N/A due to Covid restrictions. Many thoughtful details, prompt replies to queries, clearly very experienced hosts. Very peaceful location and not too out of the way.

Really struggling to nit pick here - perhaps the lighting could be brighter over the bathroom mirror.

The owners were super responsive to our needs and dealt with any issues we raised very quickly and effectively. The view from the dining area on the countryside is lovely, very nice sunsets. The bed was very comfortable. The contactless check-in worked as announced.
