Location and really well equipped.

Close to public transport, shops including M&S, and many attractions such as Oxford St and Hyde Park. Good size apartment for a 1 bedroom and looks and feels modern. Spacious kitchen and fridge, large oven, and had a washer/dryer. Adequate bedding available. Eric was very responsive.

The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and as a folded out bed was no better. The apartment floor throughout was not clean - it covered our crawling baby in hair and dirt on day 1 (Eric offered to get a cleaner in but we'd already wiped the floors over with antibacterial wipes which we bought). The kitchen had limited utensils and cookware I.e cutlery for 4, 2 wooden stirrers, and a pot and pan. No potato peeler, nothing to use in the oven or convection oven. No cloth to wipe the bench etc, just a small sponge for washing up. Had to buy tinfoil, a cloth, and had to clean the floors on hands and knees with antibacterial wipes - only a brush and pan provided. Could've benefited from a mop being made available.

There were BED BUGS!! I informed the person responsible for the flat and got nothing back. also, the sofa bed is only for one person (adult). We booked this apartment for 4 people and in the end only 3 people could fit. They brought us an extra bed (camp bed) which was dirty, full of dust with the sheets already on it. Disgusting

All good, close to the Edgware station. Self check-in is available.

Some areas require a bit more cleaning. It would also be great if towels and extra sheets were provided. The toilet seat, the mirror and a few other things require replacement.

The toilet need mantaince as there was a Leake onntge shut off valve which makes the using very uncomfortable

The location, the ease of access and the price.

Overall, a good flat, large hall, and the kitchen facilities were good too. On the main Edgeware road, so lot of eating places nearby - - Turkish, Lebanese etc, Walking distance to Hyde park and 2 min walk to Edgware Road station. Good service when asked for help

Noise on Edgeware road, not so much inside the bedroom though.

I liked it all..I had the best of time and it's real value for the money spent...I would always reserve whenever I find myself back in London

Good location, good kitchen equipment.

Noisy neighbours and little bit dirty.

It was quieter in the property than I expected but would be noisier if you needed the windows open. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was good but a few small changes would make it much better - a bin in the bathroom, larger bin in the kitchen and more than minimal cutlery & cups for instance.
