Spacious updated home near Lake Superior walk to restaurants, breweries, beach
Watermarq 351 ist frisch gestrichen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dieses Ferienhaus aus dem Jahr 1895 mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern liegt günstig in einem schönen Viertel im Osten mit altem Baumbestand. Leicht zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Parks, Stränden, Brauereien, der Innenstadt, Läden und vielem mehr. Der perfekte Ort, um Marquette Home zu machen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wintergarten mit Tagesbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, ein großes Ess- / Wohnzimmer, eine Gourmetküche, ein WC, eine Veranda zum Beobachten von Menschen und ein Achterdeck / eine Terrasse zum Entspannen in privater Atmosphäre. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und kann mit zwei französischen Türen und einer zusätzlichen französischen Einzeltür vollständig vom Rest des Erdgeschosses abgeschlossen werden.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei große Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einer großen Doppel-Kommode und viel Stauraum sowie ein neu renoviertes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wäscheschrank, Waschtisch und Wasserklosett.
Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss auf der Südseite des Hauses verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, eine Sitzecke, ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Einzelbett (wir bewahren es im Schrank auf). Im Schrank ist auch Platz, um ein PAK-N-PLAY einzurichten.
Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss auf der Nordseite des Hauses verfügt ebenfalls über ein Kingsize-Bett.
Unsere andere Vermietung war ein großer Erfolg für Reisende und wir sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn Sie das Gefühl haben, dass etwas fehlt, lassen Sie es uns einfach wissen und es ist erledigt. Nice, clean spot with plenty of room and a nice porch and backyard. The location is great too! There's a beach that's about a 10 minute walk from the house. Downtown is also in walking distance. Brooke was quick to respond to my questions. This is a great place to stay!

Very clean, up to date furniture, lots of room to sit & converse, very comfortable bedding. I can hardly think of a negative but if I had to say one it would be that the only bath/shower is quite high off the ground. I had my older parents with us that have both had hip & knee replacements and it was a little hard for them to enter & exit shower.

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was clean and definetly made good use of space. I appreciated that there were a number of cooking pans and adequate utensils to make a good breakfast. The location worked well for us, situated in an older, quiet neighborhood with wonderful character. The beach, downtown and many of the reatuarants on Third Street were all walkable (in my opinion).

The house and property were so clean and beautifully decorated! We had to bring our dog for our wedding weekend last minute and Brooke was very accommodating! The bridal party got ready at this house the morning of the wedding and was perfect with the decor and space of the house. We would defiantly stay here again!

Brooke let us check in a little early which helped us a lot after a long drive. The house is very nicely decorated & comfortable! We were close to downtown Marquette. Brooke also had the bathrooms & kitchen stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, etc. We enjoyed decompressing on the front porch after busy days.

We had a short stay here but loved the location and neighborhood! The property was very clean, well decorated, and had an adorable atmosphere. The house is also dog friendly and we greatly appreciate that we were able to find a nice spot that allowed us to stay with our dog. Highly recommend this spot!

The property is perfect for a family. It is well stocked and nicely decorated. There was nothing we were missing and the host went above and beyond to make sure every extra is available. The only potential downside is that there is only one shower. I would highly recommend!

This house is in a great location to discover Marquette! So close to all the parks presque isle, sugarloaf mountain. There are also other beach parks along lakeshore drive.
Nice walk to downtown . Don’t miss ore dock and black rocks brewery. This location is not to far from Munising about 40 min. Check out Picture rock’s kayaking.
We used the large king size bedroom and the bed was super comfortable there is a full bath upstairs. The tub is pretty high so some might have a problem with that. Communication with Brooke was excellent!

Fenced back yard great for larger dogs - my 4lb and 8lb babies easily slipped through picket fence, but who doesn't watch their dogs 100% of the time... (this girl) Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Perfect walking distance to lake and downtown. Awesome spot!
