We couldn’t get our AC to work but we brought a little fan so we weren’t too fussed. I’m sure if we mentioned it to anyone they would have resolved this issue but we weren’t really fussed.

The location is really great, and the view from the window is stunning. The rooms are clean and beautiful. If you like sweet breakfast, then you will enjoy it.

At first, we couldn't come into the hotel, the staff was not responding and also there was a language barrier. But in the following days, problems were solved.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the sea, amazing view from our room, big bathroom and a good breakfast. 10/10 Also there's privet parking for free and a nice pool

the noise level in the morning if you want a lie on you won’t get it . it isn’t the most relaxing place . cleaners start early and you hear everything

the breakfast was the only redeeming quality. the garden is a nice idea.

the entire hotel is a dump. the rooms have broken and loose and missing floor tiles, the windows leaked during the rain, the AC doesn’t work (we even asked for a room switch or fan and we’re told ‘it works’). there was no hot water at all for half of our trip. we looked for a new hotel as soon as we arrived but we’re t able to get any kind of refund and/or find a new place. the walk to sorrento is about 30 minutes which we knew but not worth the stay. I would have gone back to Naples it was so bad.

The staff was really friendly, the view by the seaside nearby amazing, the location was ok in a not too touristic suburb of Sorrento, but not far from the train station to reach Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento

the views were beautiful from our room, the staff were so kind and helpful and the garden / pool area was pretty.

nothing we didn’t like, but could offer more range for breakfast like hot food.

Was nice having a pool and view of the ocean with quaint backyard.

Further walk to main Sorrento. Also the air conditioning and coffee wasn't the greatest.

Nice room, very close to the sea - magnificent view from the window. Swimming pool is very very great, given that options for a swim in Sorrento are scarce :)
