At the time of booking we thing villa only but in real very big villa and all facility in this villa like fully functional kitchen and all bathrooms extremely clean

The owner was very rude...we reached the venue and he was directing us to a shared room where even other people were staying...it was like a hostel..it is very misleading. People have to be very careful from this kind of fraud..it can happen to anybody.

Tap was leaking. And inside the house there was a pool of water from the tap and many times we skid and fall on the floor.
They are claiming a kitchen facility and even a induction cooker they don't keep and told us to bring one.
Very rude manners from the hotel staffs.
Map of the hotel was showing somewhere in Baga and actually we got confused on finding the house. It was on some other place than on map and they don't even called us for mentioning this. We have to call and wait for them for hours before our stay.
They demanded a price higher than the amount shown in booking.com.
Not even providing a wifi facility there and the main mobile range is not there within house.
Thinking of deleting my account from booking.com because you team are supporting this cheaters.

Spacious Villa with separate restrooms for each bedroom. Quite place.
Check-in was hectic. I booked an early check-in of 9 A.M but we were middle of road with luggage in hot sun till 12.00 A.M to check-in. The location of the room was also not given correctly in the booking confirmation and also the location given by the hosts. In booking.com I gave the card details for payment and it is said that the host will deduct the money but they said they cannot we were asked to transfer an advance before check-in.
We were not sure of the location, whether we will get a room because we were just trusting a stranger and sending the advance to them personally and it was a very vulnerable situation for us.
