Great location near by the shopping street, great staffs, and also delicious breakfast, even though the hotel is a little bit different as five years ago for my first time staying in the hotel, but the fantastic sever ice has never change. Besides, the room also have a great view.

The staffs are the worst I have encountered in Japan so far. Was really tired from long drive but took long time to check in the room. And it was very expensive for for a bad staff service.

very chic building. the lobby is spacious and beautiful. location is great for nearby nightlife and eating. JR sightseeing loop bus stops in front on the scenic, leafy Peace Blvd which is lit up at night with Christmas lights.

Not a lot

First - the hotel only had two small elevators to service about 10 floors and maybe 250 rooms. That is not enough. But what made it a lot worse was that one was not working, so every time we used the elevator we had to wait a long time. That is how it was on the day we checked in and nothing had changed when we checked out 2 days later - that is just NOT GOOD ENOUGH. All guests should have got at least a discount for this - not only was it very annoying, but also increased the COVID risk because the one elevator was always full of people. Second the design of the room was poor in some ways. The lighting was particularly bad - no bedlights, just one big overhead light so it was not possible for one person to be reading while the other slept. And not even any tables or shelves beside the bed - just a high narrow shelf behind it. And no cupboards or drawers for clothing. And they did not provide much in the way of bathroom supplies - just the usual soaps and a toothbrush. The other little items that hotels often supply were not there. They were available at reception, but why not have them in the rooms? The excuse was 'the environment' -but I think it was really just a money-saving measure. Also they did not provide coffee and tea bags in the room - you had to go to the hotel restaurant to get those. The position of the hotel was OK, but not really close to the centre of activity.

From my initial check in to the check out, the staff at the hotel showed an unmeasurable amount of kindness this goes for the staff at the breakfast hall as well. Good location and convenient location to see further out into Hiroshima.

TV system is not recent

breakfast was not good and you could not adjust temperature in room. The hotel had master thermostat that would not let me make the room colder with A/C.

Location was excellent and facilities were clean. Beds were really comfortable.

Went in winter and couldn't adjust the heating enough to cool the room. It was far too warm for sleeping even with the heating off and the window couldn't be cracked to let in some cool air.

Room is spacious and was cleaned everyday. They supply fresh towels and other toiletries. Complimentary bottled water were always available. Same thing with coffee and tea available from 3 PM to midnight.

The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in a few hours early and we greatly appreciated that. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was yummy.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but that’s nothing new for Japan!

Staff were extraordinary, went above and beyond, very empathetic, excellent English language skills. Breakfast wonderful. So clean. Wonderful.
