Location is indeed very convenient, walking distance from all major spots in central Hiroshima

Room was tiny and facilities of the room looked ancient. I wouldn't complain if not the price we paid for the night. Many cheaper options offer better value (and quality) for significantly lower price.

Good size room. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to shopping streets and food places, and t Hiroshima station.

Great location. Close to historical sites, mall, food,and convenience stores.

The place clearly needs an update...the shower/ bathrooms had their days, basically a plastic unit plonked into a part of the room, you have to step over a plastic ridge to enter. Poor ventilation, smelly. The reception area has been spruiked up, looking quite open and welcoming. I stayed 2 nights, the room wasn't cleaned and not even the bed was made up. The manager mumbled some lame excuses about "since COVID we don't clean the customer's room, only if specifically requested"... At this point, a 2 star rating would be more appropriate.

A standard hotel, very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Good value for money and with nice views of the river. Very good okinomiyaki restaurant 5 minutes on foot. Smile okinomiyaki and we did!

Most of the lights on one switch. Would have liked option for more individual lights.

Large room with a very wide desk. Enough space for everything. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Great for the price.

Only one power outlet available in the desk. Bathroom had a smell but was not overpowering and did not leak into the room.

I really liked the room space even with a double bed. The location was excellent. Superbly convenient to the tourist attractions if its your first time in Hiroshima. The area is a little quiet which is great to wind down, but accessible combinis and my view of the Kyobashi River. Love it.

The positioning of the TV was odd. It faced an empty space .. I guess there was supposed to be a sofa? But the floor space was great for me to sort out my luggage.

The staff were awesome and the stay was perfect, clean rooms comfy beds, very happy with the stay and will definitely recommend for anyone else looking at staying here 😊

Very close to many things, nice staff, simple room.

It was a bit warm because of the central air system, so we had to open the windows to cool down.

Great location, tidy, quiet and the view to riverside is wonderful. Friendly staff and effiecient check-in. The room had bit more space than average smaller hotels, which was enough to open up suitcases and leave them around and still have a walkable room. Overall wonderful place to stay at.

The location was superb by the river. It was really pleasant to look outside the window. Room was spacious too

1.There was no intercom in the room 2. No tea/coffee in the room. Just a kettle and mugs 3. The amenities like hairbrush, body sponge etc had to be collected from front desk 4. The air conditioner did not have temperature control. Just Low medium and High buttons 5. Window could not be opened. Handles had been taken off 6. Only one button to switch on/off all the lights simultaneously. It was either very lighted or no lighting. Nothing in between
