for the price we paid for this hotel/app c.a. 3 weeks over 3000 euro`s cleaning should have been 2 x time`s a week! also the people working there none spoke Dutch or very bad englisch! we had ones a fire alarm and we where not informed why this happend!! location is very good easy to get around

Clean, good furniture .. very close to the station

Awesome hotel, with perfect rooms, super clean, well equipped, very friendly staff. The room that we had has a living room with a confy sofa bed, a small kitchen fully equiped (latest kitchen appliances😉), a separate bedroom with a king size super comfortable bed, a huge bathroom (for accomodation in Europe😀). There were also laundry services, very easy to use by installing an app and top up with the desire amount. A supermarket was very close by. Getting to the city was just 6 min ride by train from Sloderjik Station whic was right across to the hotel. Definetely it is a highly recommended place to stay, as price, comfort and location are super top for the accomodation value for money in such an expensive city like Amsterdam😀

Nothing, all was excellent

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice equipped kitchen, good location.

not enough dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, low internet speed, poor cleaning quality; also laundry costs 5.50€ but you only can top up the app for laundry minimum for 20€ and loose other money

It was clean also the location is good as it is close to big station

It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel to be honest! It was 100% self service by taking our luggage from lobby and bring the hotel bag trolley from Mercure ''hotel next door'' and I had to push it across to my hotel and take it by myself to 5th floor , It was weird to us to be honest! Want us to empty our bins and clean the room before we leave, OK we always clean our room when we leave a hotel but not that detail to empty trash and switch on the dishwasher, this brings a question, where is the housekeepers? who I saw working around the corridors ?

This flat was super close to the train station in the Western part or Amsterdam (Sloterdejik) Availability of an own kitchen to prepare and cook food!

The bed room very small that you can't put your bag also the living room.the sofa bed just box and can't be used without moving it toward the wall and the room service not liking that we moved it though at the end wr returned it back no washing machine in the room.

Great location, great apartment. Exactly what we needed.

Still waiting for our £100 deposit an entire month later - no reply to our emails about this either.
