if you love great views for the whole city and a swimming pool at the top of your building - this is a place to be! we have been so surprised to see that from this pool you can see amazing sunsets and panoramas for a whole Puerto! As for the apartment itself, it was clean and normal. Ideal for two people with a small terrace outside to eat some breakfast and enjoy a view of Teide! additional plus - big supermarket is just under the place:)

mostly great(really!), just be careful with few things: ( I am still recommending it though!) - door from the bathroom are really hard to open once you close it so don’t get scared at the first time - don’t leave any food outside of the fridge. normally there are no insects but we left a pizza leftovers in a box once and really small ants were all over the floor and kitchen 😅 - there were a little bit of mold in the room, no smell though and I forgot all about it after seeing a view from a rooftop

The appartment was good and on a good location

It was difficult to get the keys and find the entrance. When I arrived at the location and called the owner, they asked me to get the keys from the office which was 2km far from the appartment. Finally, when I arrived late in the evening, it was difficult to find the appartment, even we didn't know the floor and the number of the appartment. had to call the owner several times

The location is great , also really good that below apartments there are many places to eat , and also supermarket. (But chose restaurants carefully, many of them has low quality food) The personal were nice, and even tho they couldn't prepare room in time , because of last minute reservation, they delivered key in our location, that was pleasant.

A lot of ants , if you leave food at table, be sure that in few minutes there will be group of ants trying to steal your food 😂 Also in last day at morning, there were construction works in hall, near our door

Had to wait approx 20 minutes for agent to arrive at the property to let me in even though we had spoken during my transit from the airport. When we arrived at the accommodation I was shown into my room and told that internet connection was noted on the card in the room which was not accessible. No other information was given on the arrival and I was told to contact the agents if any further assistance was required. As the apartment is situated above a supermarket, deliveries commence early in the morning which disturb sleep from approx 07:30

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with all needed equipment. Great location. I was worried about the parking but in the end it was always no issue as supermarket parking was always available. Host was very nice and helpful. Well equipped kitchen, clean room with all restaurants and services nearby. Really recommending this accommodation! Great value for money!

No downsides, except little noise coming from the busy street and nearby bars, but you need to count with that in city centre and I had no problems to sleep.

it is advertised as private parking but it does not belong to the flat, it is the supermarket parking that can be full during the day and you need to find another spot to park. also the flat is on the first floor with direct view across the parking lot

Well located. Within walking distance of the centre & the beach. Directly around it, there are a few more touristy options for food which are convenient but much much much better options can be found by going into Puerto. It has a nice large balcony. Host provided bath and beach towels and some basics (toilet paper, salt, pepper, coffee etc..). There is a nice bar nearby called "La Clas" for cocktails and "Vinoteca" for Spanish wines and Tapas. There is a supermarket underneath the apartment complex which is useful but it is expensive compared to the other supermarkets that are nearby.

Host was not responsive when we checked out and we did not know what to do with the keys. The room gets very hot on sunny days and does not have any air conditioning. The parking next to the apartment complex closes at night (the sign says 00:00 but we found it was closing at 11) which means having to find on-street parking which is generally available, if not a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment's pool was not available and seems to have been removed from the advert but we were not informed.

The place is really comfy, very well located, with a big terrace and a Teide view. There is also a supermarket at the ground-floor, coffee shops and a free parking place. The studio is renovated and it has anything you might need inside - except the washing machine. Strongly recommend it.
