Beds are very comfortable, great entertainment by hotel. staff are helpful. comfortable loungers pool side. Internet in room was decent. views are great. Water pressure in showers was excellent.

Great location, Very clean, few members in the reception were very nice and pleasant. The food was very good, great verity.

There were few problems in 2 of 3 rooms regarding air conditioning but they fixed it. We tried to get some answers regarding the big fire in the mountains but the hotel manager did not want to meet us, although he was their and we asked few times. Some of the staff in the pool and in the dining room were not very friendly.

Maybe the quality of coffee could be improved.

It would be great if the hotel could arrange an airport transfer to the South airport, or at the very least offer some advise when asked about it.

Good location, staff was friendly and helpful, large breakfast selection, swimming pool was clean. Overall a nice stay.

Our first bedroom was leaking (the ceiling above the toilet), after 4 times complaining about it (stayed in a hotel for 12 nights), they gave us a nice room with big terrace on the top floor, it also had kettle, smart tv etc, which the first one didn't. Netflix didn't work with the hotel internet, which was disappointing. There were cockroaches in the room (top floor), the phone in top floor did not work, so impossible to call the reception. Although there is an entertainment each night, it seems it only lasts 1h (approximately 9-10pm). The bar at the swimming pool needs more people to work there as it took 15 min to get a drink.

Everything was great. The ocean view was the most beautiful part of this room.

It's a nice and clean hotel. The view from the hotel is excellent. The staff is happy, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed the wok made to order in the restaurant, which was there every night. If you take the elevator down to floor 0 there is a shortcut that makes the walk to the town a lot shorter.

Two out of four elevators were out of service which created long lines. For a hotel with 17 floors it's not ok to not repair them in one week. Would like more fresh salad, nuts and grains in the buffet. The (unpeeled) fruits in the buffet were not changed for a whole week and started to look brown and rotten. When there was a theme in the restaurant there was sometimes no refill when the food was finished. For example, the guacamole was finished 1 hour after the buffet opened and never refilled after that, very disappointing. The restaurant is a bit noisy. Bad wifi signal in the room.

Room view was amazing, food very tasty and good variety. Spacious rooms and nice restaurant. The area is quiet and beautiful landscapes. There is billiard, ping-pong, swimming pools available.

Not enough parking spaces available, we had to leave our car far away. Wi-fi was slow, especially if two people in the same room use internet. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were available but they looked a bit old. Pillows in the room looked old and not comfortable. Overall the hotel looks a bit old, it needs some improvement here and there, but was a great experience every time.

the personnel of the hotel was very friendly and professional. Just to name a few: Janet, Pedro and Josi. location was very good. 20min from the airport (North) and 20 min walk to Puerto De la Cruz

It’s not a 5 star hotel, at least for us. Buffet restaurant was not up to the standards. Food and beverage need to be severely improved: quality, presentation, preparation and care- already spoke with the Manager about this and I was very honest and transparent. She was extremely nice. Lift situation was chaotic. More than 10min wait one day. Only 2 lifts working for a full hotel. To the extent that on the last day we got stuck inside the lift, took us all the way down to level 0 ( Reception is on 16th), where the doors were not opening, lift not responding and no body attending the alarm button we were pressing. All with 2 kids aged 5 and 1 yo. Amenities in the room were low quality. Overall infrastructure and common areas are looking old and not appellant, and, again, not 5* alike

We arrived early. Hotel let’s early check in. The lady in reception was friendly and efficiently, provided all information we need to know. We also got welcome drink. The lobby is in 16F, the restaurant is in 15F, our room is in 14F. We can easily access to swim pool, jacuzzi, restaurant and bar by stairs (Thank Hotel let’s to stay in higher floor).The view is wonderful in lobby, restaurant, bar and room. We went to downtown by elevator down to ground floor. The first dinner was Chinese Theme with Chinese music. The food tasted good with a lot seafood. By Chinese standard, the rice noodles cooked very good. The wine was not expensive. One glass house wine was 1,5€. The breakfast buffet is rich, provides various choices. I like to sit in restaurant in the morning and evening to see sky changing colors.  The heated swim pool seems to open 24hours. I went to swim every very early morning, enjoyed the peaceful moment.

1. When i need elevator, i always need to wait for a while. 2. WIFI sometime slow. 3. Need to have sound proof windows or curtains against waves sound.

I think generally the hotel should be renovated, the hotel is cozy and cool but needs renovation elevators should be repaired/changed as well

Amazing sea views and superb location. Breakfast was epic offering an excellent selection. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was stayed in was starting to get a little ‘tired’ i.e. loose loo seat, bathroom door was sticking and general signs of wear and tear in the room and balcony area are are becoming obvious.

One of the best views you could imagine and an excellent room.
