Great location. Clean spacious room especially for not having a window. Cleaning staff were very helpful.

The breakfast didn’t suit our needs. I don’t eat eggs, wouldn’t eat any of the savoury Vietnamese options and I don’t eat cereal.

Cheap and great location. Close to the market, mall and cafes.

Setting of rain shower too low. Water pressure low. Room sound proof not good, I can hear other room door closing and opening 1am in the morning It has floor to ceiling windiw, but there is no view, just another wall.

it’s extremely dirty. when we checked in the cups were not washed still with tea stain. horrible. no floor mat was provided too. third day of our stay, there’s no cleaning service eventho we had put on the sign.. the female waiter at the restaurant was putting annoyed face all the time.. totally fail!

particularly one staff was rude. because of my past experience i booked it again. I asked for early check-in as i was doing early check-out. In front of me 3 rooms were checked-out but was not allotted to me until 1:30. Too rude for a regular customer.

Location is fantastic market is only a skip away and great choice of pubs, restaurants and shops everywhere. Very inexpensive and staff friendly.

A little run down but it’s a cheap option that’s in a good spot.

- the location of the property was perfect. so close to everything and can be picked up for tours as it’s in district 1 -the staff were very friendly and helpful - room was small but had everything we needed including free water and kettle

- walls very thin so can hear neighbours and people talking in the corridor. there was also construction sounds coming from close by early in the morning - cleaning not done thoroughly, we had a big blob of hair in our shower drain the day we checked in. it was cleaned the next morning. The bedsheets and rest of the room were clean

Place should be closed there is construction happening in the building beside but the builders might as well be in your room no exaggeration. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to sleep in a construction site. 5 mornings I stayed here 5 times I was woken at 7:30am by noise and I'm a heavy sleeper.

Located close to the big market & walkable part of town.

The room had an odd smell (probably due to not being used in a while) but thankfully it dissipated after running the air-conditioning and opening the windows for 15 minutes.

the bathroom shower head, rain shower head, dust bin are ALL RUSTY! construction site next door, you are clearly heard all the construction sound like just behind your bedhead wall. very bad sound proof, you can heard people sing karaoke till midnight. the laminated floor come out and easy to scratch your foot; they provide a pairs of “massage shop” style” aging flip flop as hotel slippers.

The rooms are exactly as pictured. The balcony was big enough to sit out on. Staff were really friendly. Great location. Large foyer at front where we could meet up.

Bar/cafe in foyer was not operating when we visited would have been handy for our group of nine while waiting to meet up.
